Hogwarts: I am the White Lord

Chapter 450: Are you playing dirty? Come on!

"Dudley, your mother is calling you home for dinner."

At the entrance of Magnolia Crescent, Harry saw Dudley saying goodbye to several of his friends.

Hearing Harry's call, Dudley didn't say anything more to the crowd. Instead, he walked towards Harry at a leisurely pace, humming a tuneless tune.

"Hey, Harry, could you buy me some more ice mice? Those are the candies that make you squeak and give you a chill. It's so hot out there, so nice to eat them."

"Okay, I'll use Hedwig to order some when I get back."

"That's very nice," Dudley patted the other man's shoulder and whispered in a low voice, "When the ice mice arrive, can I take a few to open the eyes of my good friends and let them see the power of magic?"

"I don't object, but you have to be careful that the Aurors might cause trouble for you," Harry said with a smile when he saw the confusion on Dudley's face. "Oh, in layman's terms, they are the police over there. They might use their wands to erase all your memories."

Erase memory?!

This is too scary.

Dudley shrank his neck and quickly said that he would never let anyone else know about the ice rat.

It was getting dark. Harry and Dudley were walking and talking, and before they knew it they had turned into a narrow alley. This alley was a shortcut from Magnolia Crescent to Wisteria Lane. After passing through it, they would soon be back to Privet Drive.

There were no street lights in the alley, and it was much darker than the streets at both ends. On the left was a continuous garage wall, and on the right was a tall wooden fence. The footsteps of the two people echoed here, sounding low and hollow.

At this moment, a strange thing happened. The stars disappeared, the moonlight disappeared without a trace, and even the two dim street lights at the entrance of the alley went out silently.

Apart from that, the low roar of cars passing in the distance and the rustling of leaves in the wind all disappeared, and the whole world became quiet.

Then, the temperature in the alley dropped suddenly. The air, which was originally a bit hot, seemed to be instantly injected with ice-like coldness.

This feeling... is a Dementor!

Professor Swan was right, a Dementor really attacked him.

How bold of them, that it was not enough to smear themselves in the Daily Prophet, but that they allowed Dementors into Little Whinging, in Muggle territory.

Harry reacted quickly, pulling out his wand with his right hand while grabbing Dudley's arm with his left hand, pulling him to his side to steady him.

"Harry! I can't see anything!" Dudley's voice was filled with fear and he struggled violently.

"Calm down, Dudley, the light just went out," Harry whispered soothingly, "We're in trouble, but don't be afraid, I know magic, I can fix it."

As he spoke, he took out a few magic lamps from the Traceless Extension Bag with his left hand and threw them around. The lights lit up instantly, illuminating the originally dark alley.

Then, he took out a magic camera of the same type that he used for filming during the competition and let it float beside him, faithfully recording everything in front of him.

You want to play dirty, right? Then come on!

With the help of the magic lamp, Harry saw that a thin layer of white frost was spreading rapidly from the end of the alley. Even the wooden fences were covered with thick ice wherever they passed.

Two tall figures appeared at the end. They were wearing hoods and their wide black robes were sliding like waves, floating silently towards Harry and the others with suffocating despair.

"Call the gods to protect you!"

Harry did not hesitate, and a ball of silvery-white light suddenly burst out from the tip of his wand. Along with the light, a strong stag Patronus broke through the air and landed lightly on the frosty ground with all four hooves, emitting a warm and pure glow.

The stag ran straight at the Dementors, knocking them back with its antlers until it had driven them completely out of the alley and disappeared.

The icy cold began to dissipate, the air regained some warmth, the stars, the moon, and the street lights began to shine again, and everything returned to normal.

Harry waved his wand, collected the scattered magic lights, and said to Dudley, "Dudley, hold on to that camera, we have to get out of here quickly."

Just as he finished his words, he heard heavy footsteps coming from another part of the alley. Not wanting to delay, he quickly raised his wand and pointed it at the newcomer.

When Harry saw that the person coming was his neighbor Mrs. Figg, he instinctively wanted to hide his wand, but unexpectedly Mrs. Figg stopped him directly.

"Don't put your wand away, Harry, it's not safe yet! I swear, I'm going to kill Mundungus."

Mrs. Figg's behavior confused Harry: "Who is Mundungus?"

"Mundungus is a rogue. It was his turn to watch over your safety today, but he left his post for a few cauldrons. He was supposed to be on duty until midnight," the old lady said angrily. "I must tell Dumbledore about this."

Harry thought instantly of Dumbledore's name.

Professor Swann told him that Headmaster Dumbledore had arranged for members of the Order of the Phoenix to ensure his safety.

However, he never expected that a member of the Order of the Phoenix would be so close to him.

"Mrs. Figg, are you also a member of the Order of the Phoenix?"

"I'm not, I'm just a Squib," Mrs. Figg said anxiously, "Don't put away your wand, our safety depends on you for the time being."

The three of them walked along and soon returned to Privet Drive. Harry said goodbye to Mrs. Figg and returned home with Dudley, who was still shivering.

"Dudley, have some chocolate, it will help your condition."

Before he could catch his breath, an owl flew in through the kitchen window and dropped a letter at Harry's feet.

Harry opened the envelope and saw it clearly written on it.

Dear Mr. Porter:

The Ministry of Magic has been notified that you cast the Patronus Charm in the presence of a Muggle at 8:05 this evening.

This behavior is a serious violation of the Regulations on Reasonable Restrictions on Underage Wizards and the Statute of Secrecy.

After research and determination, you have been expelled from Hogwarts, and the Ministry of Magic will send Aurors to your residence to completely destroy your wand.

In view of your extremely bad behavior, please go to the Ministry of Magic at 9:00 am on August 10th to undergo further trial.

Ministry of Magic's Improper Use of Magic Office

The contents of the letter did not surprise Harry, nor did he feel the slightest bit of alarm.

He just calmly took out his magic phone and contacted Sebastian.

"Hey, Professor Swann, I was just attacked by a Dementor, and the reaction from the Ministry of Magic was just as you expected."

He repeated exactly what happened tonight and nodded after hearing Sebastian's instructions.

"Okay, I'll pack my things and wait for you here."
