Chapter 138 The Adventure of True Heart Chapter
"Let's play Truth or Dare," Penny suggested.
"What is that?" Except for Lily, several wizards showed the same confused expression.
"OMG!" Penny exclaimed in shock. She looked at the people in front of her in disbelief, doubting deeply whether she and they were really living in the same universe and country. She swept her eyes over everyone and found that their doubts were not acted out but were expressing from the bottom of their hearts that they didn't know this simple, popular little game.
Penny screamed again. This time, she looked at the few people with eyes that were no longer scrutinizing. She began to pity these poor, ignorant little wizards who had always lived in the wizarding world. She couldn't help but put on a pitying tone and said, "Oh my God, I can't believe you don't even know this! Oh, I mean, your life is too boring. What do you play if you don't even know this most common game?"
I heard a few people mention Wizard Chess, Thunderbolt Explosion Cards, and Guess the Taste of Strange Beans...
Penny once again showed her poor expression management. She asked from the bottom of her heart: "After so many years, haven't you guys gotten tired of playing?"
Lily poked Penny's arm, and Penny pouted, somewhat dissatisfied: "Oh, if I had known, I wouldn't have let you come to the wizarding world. Look, there's not even an entertainment game."
James couldn't sit still after hearing what Petunia said. He retorted, "Hey! Lily can't not come to the wizarding world!"
His reaction was so strange and abrupt that it attracted everyone's attention. James didn't expect him to say such a thing in a hurry. Although he could confess directly, James didn't want to reveal his feelings so quickly. He looked at Xia. Xia received James's pleading eyes, twitched her mouth, and silently complained about his quick words in her heart, but she still honestly made excuses for James: "Oh, James, are you worried that I will lose my best friends Lily and Petunia? How touching."
James immediately accepted Xia's excuse and nodded, "Of course, I care about you very much."
Xia really wanted to punch James. At this moment, she strangely reached an agreement with Regulus in the afternoon. Why could the boys in Gryffindor be so shameless?
Penny said nonchalantly, "Then let Xia go to the Muggle world. Life is colorful and safe." Penny especially emphasized the word "safe", and everyone present knew what she was talking about.
Ander said coldly, "Give up this idea. I will not separate from Xia."
Sirius also nodded quietly, but his movements were so small that no one noticed. During their quarrel, Regulus glanced at Remus who was also watching the fun next to him and asked in a low voice: "Hey, are they always like this?"
Remus knew what Regulus meant. He did not rush to answer Regulus' question, but said seriously: "First of all, my name is not "Hello". Oh, why would I say this? It's weird." After that, Remus frowned, a little confused about why he said such a sentence inexplicably. Then he said to Regulus: "It's always like this, but it's interesting, isn't it?"
After listening to this, Regulus looked at Remus carefully, then he turned his head and stopped talking to Remus. He had realized that few of his brother's friends were normal, well, except for Xia, and Evans was just okay.
Before Penny could refute Ender's sentence "Then why don't you go to the Muggle world too", Regulus spoke impatiently. He tapped the carpet with his fingers and said, "We are going to play a game, how long are you going to argue?"
The field suddenly became quiet, and everyone looked at the serious little Slytherin with concern, which made Regulus a little unhappy. He frowned and asked, "What are you looking at?"
"Stop talking, Rael. I didn't know you didn't have a sense of humor." Sirius' tone sounded quite regretful, which made Regulus roll his eyes. After Regulus' interruption, the others no longer had the idea of arguing, and they started the first round of the game according to Penny's instructions.
Because there were too many people playing the game, it was difficult to discuss a challenge that would satisfy everyone, so a few little wizards decided to let the final winner of rock-paper-scissors make a request to the loser.
Soon, the first person to be punished appeared.
"Come on, Regulus." Sirius looked at his brother with ill intention, while Regulus, who was about to accept the punishment, sat there somewhat stiffly, his eyes dull, he couldn't believe that he would be the first "lucky man", and Sirius was the real lucky man.
Regulus's righteous and heroic performance made Sirius want to laugh. He thought that since Leir was ready, how about changing the simple truth or dare that he had prepared at the beginning? Regulus saw Sirius's malicious smile and felt a little scared. He hoped that Sirius would be nicer to him. Then he heard Sirius's 37-degree mouth say the most chilling words of this summer.
"Alas, Reil is not as cute as he was when he was a child now that he has grown up." Sirius sighed in mock sadness, "I really want everyone to see how interesting you were when you were a child." Sirius pounded his fist on the palm of his hand and said something that didn't care about Regulus' life or death at all, "Imitate the tone of your childhood and say that Sirius is the best brother."
Regulus took a deep breath and smiled a fake smile. Regulus thought, does he have to play this game?
Yes, it was absolutely necessary. Regulus was being stared at by a group of Gryffindors, with no room to retreat. He tried to calm himself down and quickly said in the innocent tone of his childhood: "Sirius is the best brother."
Although Regulus tried to make his voice as low as possible, it was inevitably heard clearly by everyone. After Regulus finished speaking, he saw that everyone showed a satisfied expression, and he covered his entire red face with his hands.
"You're amazing, Sirius," James commented. He was already looking forward to the rest of the game.
After several rounds, everyone present was punished to varying degrees. The boys seemed to be trying their best to embarrass their good brothers, and each truth or dare game was more embarrassing than the last.
Soon, the moon hung over the treetops, and it was almost midnight. The truth or dare game was about to end. When everyone was about to return to their rooms, Xia took advantage of no one's attention and pulled Sirius's sleeve. Sirius lowered his head and saw the little witch mouthing something to him. He nodded and slowed down his pace.
When everyone returned to the room and there were only two people left in the corridor, Xia pointed to the terrace and Sirius followed her. Standing on the terrace, Xia looked at the sky and felt the wind was much weaker. Xia turned around and looked directly into the eyes of the man next to her and said, "I've been wanting to ask you this while we were playing games just now."
Sirius couldn't help but feel nervous when he met Xia's gaze. He felt the surroundings suddenly become quiet, with only the breathing sounds of him and Xia around. Sirius unconsciously lowered his voice: "What do you want to ask?"
Sirius was not the only one who was absent-minded. Xia also came back to her senses after hearing the familiar lazy tone. She quickly retracted her gaze and looked away: "What color do you like?"
The originally somewhat ambiguous atmosphere was suddenly broken by Xia's serious questioning. Sirius chuckled, and his low voice was tinged with laughter: "If I asked this sincerely, James and the others would definitely be dissatisfied."
When Xia heard Sirius' words, she couldn't help but smile, "Well, you haven't answered my question yet."
Sirius ignored Xia's words and asked, "What about you? What color do you like?"
Xia was surprised: "Me? I like blue, that's the color of my eyes." She still answered Sirius' question honestly.
A laugh reached Xia's ears, and she heard Sirius say in his usual nonchalant tone: "What a coincidence, I also like blue, that's the color of the sky."
The black-haired wizard did not finish his words. What he kept in his mind was: It is also the color of your eyes.
