HP: Hogwarts, but pro-generation

Chapter 16 Andromeda Black

"Then let's go find Andy now."

"Come on, Sirius, didn't I tell you that we don't have a good reason right now?" Regulus was almost amused by the anger, "Why don't you consider writing a letter?"

Sirius really didn't understand Regulus's thoughts. Why did he need a reason? Why did he need a reason to do something he wanted to do?

Seeing that Sirius still looked confused, Regulus sighed and began to explain, "Think about when was the last time you saw Andy and the others? At the family banquet. Okay, I'm glad you still remember. Then do you know why we can only meet at family banquets?"

"Merlin, don't tell me you really don't know!?"

"Hmm..." Sirius used a long silence to show that he really didn't know.

"That's because Signus has always wanted to have the say! Otherwise, why would he get involved with Travers?"

Sirius, who was yelled at by his younger brother, gradually understood. He had never cared about these things before, but he didn't expect there were so many reasons.

"Don't tell me you don't care about anything. What you don't care about is what many people want all the time! Family, status, money! Sirius, please use your brain."

"I'm not... I just..." Sirius had to admit that he was not as perceptive as Regulus in this regard, but that didn't mean he didn't know. He really didn't care, but his intuition told him that now was not a good time to explain. "Okay, then Leir, the next step is to write a letter to Andy?"

"Yes, yes. If you are willing to listen to me, then make an appointment with Andy to meet at Diagon Alley. The reason is to invite her to help you pick out things for the start of school. Please, I know you are ready. I am just checking!"

Regulus left Sirius' room after saying "write the letter quickly". He felt that if he stayed any longer, he would be the first little wizard to be angered to death by his brother!

"Dear Andy

We are going to Hogwarts soon. Can I ask you to go to Diagon Alley to help me buy some more things? Leir can't wait to go to Hogwarts. He said he also wants to prepare in advance. Leir and I are looking forward to meeting you.

Love you Sirius"

After the owl delivered the letter, Sirius lay on the bed, quietly thinking about his life over the past few days. First, he spent two unforgettable days and nights at the Hopes' house, and almost hurt Xia. Fortunately, Xia was fine, otherwise he would really be too embarrassed to play with them again.

The next day he went to the Muggles, which was an experience he had never had before. He even discovered Andy's secret. He hoped that things could be resolved smoothly. He didn't want Andy to be punished by Cygnus again.

Yes, Cygnus was just like Walburga, maybe even crazier than Walburga. He thought of Cygnus's crazy expression and vicious curses when Bella and Andy tried to resist...

If Bella's magic power had not been so much stronger than Signus's, and if she had not seriously injured Signus during her second resistance, the situation would probably be difficult to resolve now.

That's right, Cygnus didn't want his daughter to be much stronger than him and gradually take over his power, so when Travers offered to help him get rid of Bella, he decisively chose to give up Nott and sold his second daughter to Travers instead.

Soon, the owl brought the letter. As expected, Andy agreed, and Sirius hurried to Regulus' room.

If Regulus hadn't insisted on telling Walburga, they would have arrived earlier. Sirius thought silently while sitting in the coffee shop in Diagon Alley. He didn't pay attention to the conversation between Regulus and Andromeda.

……

"What? He's a Muggle-born?!" Regulus's suddenly louder voice pulled Sirius back to his original thoughts, and he fixed his eyes on the table where the conversation was taking place.

"Yes, don't be like this, Leir." Andromeda showed a pleading look, "I know what you are thinking, but Ted is very good to me."

"Don't include me in this," Sirius took the opportunity to say. He listened roughly and found no problem. The only problem was that Regulus was dissatisfied with the man's background.

"What about Nott? Your previous engagement--" Regulus was still trying to change his cousin's mind.

"Oh, Nott? Don't you know? He married another pure-blood lady."

To be honest, before meeting Ted, Andromeda had always recognized Nott, and she was not opposed to this marriage, but she met Ted Tonks.

Just when she was struggling with how to ask Nott to cancel the engagement, she was pleasantly surprised to find that he seemed to have met someone he liked. In this way, the two of them successfully canceled the engagement, and Nott was with that lady as he wished.

"I know I'm selfish, but I really can't stay there any longer." Andromeda hesitated for a long time before she spoke to the two brothers who had always cared about her. These days, she had been wondering if she really needed to stay in the Black family. A relationship that was destined not to be blessed, and a future that would definitely be blocked...

"Oh, it's nothing. It's all Signus. If it weren't for him, you wouldn't have been involved with that Travers, but... have you really thought it through? Leaving the Black family?"

Regulus thought that only Cygnus and Travers would be satisfied with this marriage, but after hearing "leave the Black family", he showed his disapproval.

"Leaving the Blacks? What if that Tonks - sorry I don't remember his name - treats you badly? Have you thought about that, Andy?"

"Don't worry, Rael."

Seeing that Andromeda still looked unmoved, Regulus turned his head away and no longer looked into her eyes.

"I agree with your idea, but if that gentleman has any thoughts of regretting, please tell me." Sirius winked at Andromeda to ease the atmosphere.

"I contacted Ted after Bella found out, and he supported my idea. I just didn't expect you to let me use Bella as an excuse to break off the engagement." Andromeda relaxed after hearing what Sirius said. "We were originally planning to leave directly. I really appreciate your help. Leir, thank you for thinking so much about me."

Sirius raised his eyebrows. He thought that maybe Leir and Andy talked a lot while he was distracted.

"It's nothing, Andy." Regulus lowered his head and said with an imperceptible sob: "But if he treats you badly, I won't care anymore."

Andromeda smiled when she heard this, "Okay, okay, my little brother Leir, don't worry, if it really happens I will be the first one to get rid of him."

"It better be this way."

The three siblings chatted for a long time outside the coffee shop. They did not forget the reason for going out, so after buying a book, they went to the Leaky Cauldron.

Standing in front of the fireplace, Andromeda hugged the two brothers separately. She told them to protect themselves and not to blindly resist before they had absolute power. She specifically pointed out Sirius, the troublesome Young Master Black. She also asked them to minimize contact with her. She said she would take care of everything, and they didn't need to worry about the rest...

Just like that, they returned to where they were supposed to go.

As night fell, Regulus lay in his bed, still a little angry. He still couldn't accept that his sister Andromeda was with a Muggle-born.

Regulus turned over and buried half of his face in the pillow, still emitting some resentment. He thought angrily that if Tonks treated Andy badly, he would not help her anymore!!!

But when Regulus thought of the smile that appeared on Andy's face unconsciously when she talked about Tonks, he still sincerely hoped that Andy could be happy and that everything she wished for could come true.
