HP: Hogwarts, but pro-generation

"Legend has it that witches wear pointed hats." A deliberately lowered voice sounded in the room where candles were lit. The girl who spoke shone the candle on her face. The dim candlelight and the ferocious expression she made made the young girls sitting around hug each other.

"Like me." Emily, the girl who was speaking, put on the hat she had carefully prepared. "They usually have sunken eyes and hooked noses, and they hunch over and stroke their pets, which is the black cat."

Penny couldn't help but sneer when she heard this, but she was considerate of the sisters who practiced ballet with her, so she didn't show it too much, and no one heard her chuckle.

Emily continued, "Her black cloak completely covers her, and the house is very dark, so generally no one can see her. If it weren't for the sound of her mumbling coming from the room, no one would have noticed that someone lived there."

She could disagree with what Emily said about the appearance of witches. After all, Lily and Xia beside her were both very beautiful, and Mrs. Hopps was gentle and generous, which was completely different from what Emily said. And they didn't have black cats as pets, and they didn't mumble to themselves... right?

Lily has a little habit when studying. She likes to repeat in a low voice what she has read and wants to remember. Thea does the same. Is this considered mumbling? Penny thought with some difficulty, but how can studying be considered crazy?

"This...is this really drinkable?" The little girl who had just been cheering spoke again. Emily shone the candle in her hand in her direction, and everyone's eyes looked in that direction.

Lucy swallowed her saliva and said timidly, "Venomous snakes are poisonous. Can we really drink the medicine made from the poison? Won't it kill people?"

Penny was stunned. She had the same doubt for a moment, but she believed that there should be no problem with Xia and Lily's abilities. Besides, the magic world would not allow poisonous potions to harm wizards. They, the wizards, would not be unsure of their own things.

Penny silently comforted herself in her heart, but once the seeds of doubt were planted, it was difficult to pull them out.

"I say," Xia looked at the cauldron in front of her doubtfully. She squinted her eyes and examined the pot carefully. "Is this drinkable?"

"It says in the book that it should be like a thick slurry that bubbles up before the final ingredient is added." James pushed his glasses up cautiously. He glanced at the cauldron and read the book. "It's the same as what it says in the book. I think it's fine."

As the one who worked hard to make the potion, Ander was naturally full of confidence in himself. He patted his chest and assured Xia, "It's made by Andrick Hopps, guaranteed."

It’s no wonder that Xia was full of doubts about this pot of potion. It was because these two people were trying hard to prevent her from knowing what it was.

When she argued with good reason that as an ally she could not be kept in the dark, the two of them would convince her to read the Potions textbook on her own, saying that this was also an adventure.

It was not difficult to find out what the pot was, but it still took her some time.

Xia first ruled out low-level potions. She compared them with high-level potions and was shocked to find that they were brewing a polyjuice potion.

"Of course, we didn't drink the pot we brewed yesterday. We stole it from Aunt Anna." James pointed to a small room in the potion room, where were some potions stored by Anna. They were not usually used, so Anna didn't set up any defenses. Unexpectedly, these two people took advantage of the opportunity.

Hearing that the two people were not drinking what they brewed themselves, Xia breathed a sigh of relief. Fortunately, they still had the brains to not drink it carelessly, and they remembered to take the finished product made by their mother.
