Marvel crosses Star Wars, and everyone attacks the galaxy

Chapter 133 Excellent Bounty Hunter——Bain

"You'll have to save that enthusiasm for later, kid."

Everyone turned to see Anakin, Rex, and Yularen approaching the gathered crowd.

"What do you mean, Sky Guy?" Quicksilver asked, causing several of the clones to stifle snickers.

"Okay, we're going to board a Separatist frigate, rescue Master Ropar, and recover a holodragon," Anakin stated the mission.

"Seems easy enough," War Machine shrugged.

"There is one small problem, however," Yularen said, looking at Skywalker, "we have no way of boarding the Separatist ship."

"I am fully aware of that, Admiral," Anakin said eloquently.

"So what's the plan?" Ahsoka asked, glancing at her Master.

Anakin looked around the hangar before his eyes landed on their transport.

He smiled a roguish smile and turned to Yularen, with a plan in mind.

"Admiral, please activate those All Terrain Tactical Assault Walkers," Anakin said, pointing to the three ATTEs stationed at the far end of the hangar.

However, Yularen hesitated in disbelief. “You are not going to use them to ferry soldiers to that frigate?”

Ahsoka exclaimed, "Well, they're pressurized."

“And they come with magnetic feet,” Rex added.

"Master, you are truly a genius," Ahsoka praised.

"These walkers are designed for land warfare, not space warfare," Yularen argued, still disagreeing with the idea.

"Wait, what happened?" Spider-Man asked the clone and the two Avengers.

"Well, since you want to help, here's your first chance." War Machine said, placing a hand on the boy's shoulder. "Is your suit pressurized?"

"Oh...uh..." Spider-Man looked down at his Spider-suit and patted himself down, "I...I think so. Maybe, I don't know."

War Machine stared up at the ceiling, then looked at Spider-Man after a moment, "Do you have an air mask I can use?"

"I hope you're ready for this baby." Quicksilver patted Spider-Man on the shoulder and said with his helmet under his arm.

"Stay sharp and watch out for those Demomen," War Machine said.

"Okay," Spider-Man whispered, as a thought occurred to him, "Wait, you guys aren't going to help me?"

War Machine and Quicksilver looked at each other, and the latter shrugged.

War Machine said, "Look, Peter, I'm going to be quick and frank with you. You're a 15 year old kid charging into a fight you had no training for. Then again, how many people are trained in these situations? You're an Avenger now. If Tony recruited you, it's for a good reason. Besides, you don't look like the type to sit around and watch while others do the work. That's not what the Avengers are about, and you've volunteered. So.. are you ready?"

Spider-Man stared at the Air Force Colonel, then nodded firmly and quickly put on his mask, "Let's get started."

As Republic forces and their allies assembled to assault the captured Separatist cruiser Bane, Duro bounty hunters were interrogating Jedi Master Bora Ropar.

"But how do we get on that frigate?" Spider-Man pointed out.

"Simply put, we'll be thrown into the vacuum of space within the locomotion machine and then enter by other means," War Machine speculated.

"It's not the craziest thing we've ever done," the clone known as Five said with a shrug.

"Trust your instincts, Peter," War Machine said, patting the boy on the back. "You chose to be a hero before Tony met you, right? Follow your instincts."

Spider-Man simply nodded, mumbling silently to himself as the Venator-class Star Destroyer flew above the Separatist cruiser.

As everyone was inside the walker, the Star Destroyer hatch opened and they were thrown onto the Separatist ship below them.

The AT-TE floated down, with Anakin and Ahsoka hanging onto their walkers, while War Machine flew down and shot down the two fleeing droids.

They quickly moved forward as the magnetic feet attached to the Separatist hull.

The Vulture robots were immediately deployed and opened fire on their opponents.

The Jedi soon emerged from their walkers, igniting their lightsabers. They swung their lightsabers and tried to knock the blaster fire away from them.

Meanwhile, Cad Bane has returned to the bridge after receiving a distress message from the droid cruiser.

"What's going on?" Bane muttered loudly.

"Sir, this is Newt Gunray calling," a yellow robot said, holding up an answering machine. "He wants to talk to you."

"Connect."

An angry Nute Gunray greets the Duro bounty hunter.

"Asshole," Gunray yelled, "What do you mean?! When Darth Sidious contacted me to loan you the Separatist fleet, I had no idea it was for war! You've already lost most of my ships, and only have three left."

"Your information is a bit delayed. Now there is only one ship." Bane said casually, "The other two have been destroyed by another Republic fleet."

Gunlei gnashed his teeth and said, "You will pay for all this!"

Bane pulled out a blue cube with gold designs on it, "A genuine Jedi holodragon, as promised, and translation crystals. When my employer gets his hands on this, he will compensate you for your paltry fleet."

Just then, the ship shuddered violently, causing Cade to grin, "It looks like the Jedi wants it back."

Outside the ship, Anakin, Ahsoka, the Clone Troopers, and War Machine battle the oncoming Vulture Droids.

Anakin and Ahsoka both hacked apart a vulture droid, while War Machine flew straight at one at full speed and twisted its head right off.

Bane was now watching the attack with an analytical expression.

"Republic troops are overwhelmin' our vulture droids. Should we send in reinforcements?"

Bane shook his head, "No"

"Baine, what are you doing?" Gunray said angrily.

"The Jedi will be aboard this ship soon. Bring back the holo-dragon and the mission will be accomplished," Gunray said angrily.

Bane said with a hint of annoyance, "This holographic dragon can only be opened by a Jedi, and the Jedi I caught is dead. Fortunately... here come two more."

Bane stared at Ahsoka and Anakin, who were outside fighting the vulture droids.

"You'd better come back alive. I want you to compensate me for my losses, Bane."

"You will certainly get what you want." The bounty hunter then turned to the droid and made his demands, "Destroy the frigate's memory banks, destroy every record of our mission. Initiate the self-destruct sequence."

"The rest of you, stay here and guard the bridge."

Bane glanced at the companion he had recruited for the mission, who was staring at a live feed of the Jedi and their other allies battling the droids.

"You'll have your chance," Baine said. "Stick to the plan, and they'll all be yours."

The big barbarian laughed grimly.
