Black Widow smiled, finding herself amused by the waving arms of a happy Mara Jade raised high in the air.

"Thank goodness you're not as fat as Clint's little new guy," Black Widow said teasingly, putting the baby down and poking her nose gently.

"It's a good thing she doesn't understand anything yet," the Wasp said, smiling at the laughing baby.

Quicksilver, Ant-Man, Falcon, and War Machine had just returned from a dinner out. Cap and Daredevil were getting to know each other better, while Spider-Man was busy figuring out how his suit was fully functional. There were so many damn programs and attachments on his suit, and he had a feeling Mr. Stark had gone too far. Right next to Spider-Man was Baby Yoda, happily swinging on a little web swing that Spider-Man had made for him.

"This is very interesting." Tap spoke from within War Machine's armored suit, moving to a computer set up by Ant-Man and the Wasp. "Guys, I found something. Interesting stuff.

"What?" Cap asked, directing the other Avengers to look at Tap's holographic radio display.

"I'm on the Republic interstellar communications channel, and I found some sort of matching signal, so to speak."

"What?" Spider-Man looked up. "Signal? What signal?

"Matching of Earth-based comm waves," Tap said, gaining the full attention of all the Avengers present.

"Are you serious, Tap?" the Wasp asked, wondering what the chances of such a thing were. "What, when…where?

"The place you and Comrade Natasha recently heard about Senator Padmé's return." Tap said clearly.

"Geonosis?"

"Yes, comrades."

"Geonosis," Captain America muttered to himself. "Anakin and Obi-Wan told me that's the planet where the war started. You two talked to Senator Amidala about a droid factory being built there, right?

“Hmm.” Black Widow muttered, her eyes fixed on Mara, whose red hair she had managed to grasp in her chubby hands. “So…it’s possible that one of our friends or enemies is on Geonosis.

"Wait, how do we know this is a signal from our planet?" the Wasp asked. "Even if it's recent? For all we know, it could have been weeks ago...right?

"This is the latest signal, Comrade Hope," Tap said. "Calculating the time it takes for the message to be sent and received by the Republic's communications system, the communications relay only has a week.

"Well, that solves everything," Daredevil said, "So what do we do?"

Spider-Man snorted loudly. “Well… aside from that Rumlow guy who was in the warehouse with us when we were sent here, the only other person present besides the Prince of Wakanda is Klaue. And possibly Ms. Maximoff and Mr. Vision.

"So there's a one in four chance of finding an enemy." The Wasp held out a hand, index finger pointing upward. "—and a three in four chance of finding one of our missing heroes." She held out her other hand, holding up three fingers.

“25% is still a good chance,” Black Widow muttered.

"Captain, what do you think?" Daredevil asked respectfully.

Captain America looked at the blind lawyer with a confused smile, and his expression turned into deep thought after a moment.

“We do need to speak with the Jedi before I attempt to make any final decisions.

"why?"

"Need to make sure we can try to get there. From what Natasha and Hope found out, it's Separatist territory again, which means we might be walking into a trap.

As if by chance or fate, the door to their room opened and in walked Ahsoka, Anakin, and Obi-Wan Kenobi.

"Speak of the devil," Spider-Man said, giving Daredevil a knowing look that he knew the blind lawyer could detect with his other senses. Daredevil just stared at the young teen with a blank expression.

"Anakin." Captain America greeted. "Obi-Wan, Ahsoka, what can we do for you?"

"Just came to check on you guys, okay?" Ahsoka said cheekily, watching in amusement as Baby Yoda was still happily swinging on his web swing.

"That would be nice," Obi-Wan said bluntly. "I'm afraid we come with a very serious request."

"what?"

"Geonosis."

The Avengers looked at each other for the briefest of moments, different expressions on their faces.

"Uh... good timing I guess. Spider-Man said, rubbing the back of his head.

Ahsoka frowned. "What do you mean?"

"Let's say we recently discovered something from our assistant Tap that is related to your request for this planet." Daredevil said vaguely.

“It might involve one of our lost comrades.” The Wasp said. “Or… an enemy.

Now it was the Jedi who exchanged glances.

“Maybe we should discuss something with the others.
