Well, she was a strange one in the eyes of the Avengers, to say the least. Although they had seen a succession of species and humanoids since arriving in this galaxy, this female stood beside Palpatine, next to Amedda.

She is a bald woman with pale skin and equally pale eyes. She appears to be blind, but instead of a milky white appearance, she has visible pupils and a faint line around the retina if you look closely. In addition to her strange appearance, she is wearing a blue robe with a strange fur coat over it.

While her looks are one thing, the aura she exudes, coupled with the damn near insane haunting stares she gives off, is something else entirely.

A few Jedi, clones, and senators briefly cast wary glances in her direction before turning away.

"Who is this?" Black Widow asked politely. "I don't think we've ever had the chance to meet before.

Palpatine gave the former spy a kind smile.

"This is Sly Moore, my senior executive assistant," the Speaker said, gesturing in Moore's direction. "She hasn't been here for a while due to health issues. But she's back again, and I'm grateful... despite the circumstances.

"Are you feeling alright?" Steve Rogers asked politely. "It seems best to rest up."

"I'm fine," Moore said politely. "My leave did end abruptly with this recent attack. So even if my health is slightly declining, I intend to fulfill my duties for the Republic here.

Palpatine gave Sly a kind smile and nodded, looking back at the large group of people in front of him.

"Now, then, to our pressing concern." Palpatine's voice was dead serious. "Who was responsible for this attack?

"We thought it was the Separatists," Mace Windu said, crossing his arms. "But they would not be so foolish and blatant as to attack the Republic capital."

"It seems that you and I have similar assumptions, Jedi Master." Palpatine said after a while. "I have recently received news from agents across the galaxy that not only the Republic worlds have become targets of this attack, but even the Separatists have, and shockingly, there is a huge underground criminal group on the Outer Rim worlds."

"The Outer Rim?" Senator Chucky began. "What do they want to do in the galaxy?"

"Based on my observations, these were tactical strikes." Colonel Tarkin spoke now. "I have heard of these reports and reviewed them in advance. This advanced droid attacked planets and systems of strategic and moral importance to many in the galaxy. The Separatist capital world and several foundries believed to be home to the droid army. Also Tatooine and Nar Shaddaa, two planets that played a major role in the criminal underworld, such as the Hutt Clan and the Pike Cartel.

"Such a large-scale attack..." Anakin's eyes showed an uneasy look.

"Why is it doing this?" Luminara muttered to herself, her expression conveying deep thought.

After a while, Captain Steve Rogers coughed and everyone's eyes turned to him.

Sighing helplessly...

"His name is Ultron, and we have...had a bad experience with him on Earth," Steve revealed to those present.

Now, several people present have now realized that the Avengers know who they are facing.

But for the rest...

"Excuse me, Captain Rogers," Palpatine said, puzzled. "You mean to say that the people who launched this attack are from your planet?"

Steve could only nod, and the other Avengers did the same.

Palpatine chose to set his sights on the Jedi Council.

"Master Yoda," Palpatine said. "Do you sense anything in the Force that could help us against this new enemy?

Yoda closed his eyes and bowed his head. "I do not, Chancellor. Outside the Force, this Ultron is. Find him, we cannot. Find him, we cannot. Do not know how to defeat an enemy like him."

The Chancellor frowned and nodded, looking back at the Avengers.

"Captain Rogers." Palpatine intertwined his fingers, fully facing the super soldier. "Most importantly, you and your friends told us everything we needed to know... Ultron. He is a new enemy, and he has shown everyone that he is not afraid of either side in this war.

“Where do you want to start?”

“The very beginning.”

"Okay, then sit down and talk. This will take me some time," said Natasha.

In this way, the Avengers, who first participated in the war with Ultron on Earth, began their story.

It starts with a simple routine raid on a Hydra facility. Meet the Maximoff twins. The attack on Avengers Tower in New York.

This leads to Pietro recounting how he and his sister first encountered highly advanced synthetic beings and were recruited to help him.

Hearing this news is undoubtedly a shocking development for some. Pietro was actually an enemy of the Avengers, and he willingly went along with Ultron's plans until he realized that the crazy AI that planned to exterminate their planet was extremely dangerous.

"Extinction?" Obi-Wan asked in confusion. "What is it that drives this Ultron to want to wipe out all life on your planet?"

“Peace in our time.” Steve shook his head. “That was the solution Tony Stark sought in his plan, but Ultron ultimately took it too far, too far, in his own way.”

"That's one way of putting it," Captain Rex muttered.

"If he wants peace, then why does he need all this?" Palpatine asked, his hand sweeping over the devastation that now shrouded Coruscant. "This does nothing to promote peace."

"Ultron's mind is always multifaceted," Black Widow said. "Evolving, changing times to better reflect current conditions, to achieve a higher purpose in life."

“He was tired of having so much conflict so he decided to just dump it all so he could start over,” Steve said.

"How could he come to such a conclusion?" Ahsoka asked nervously.

"The Internet," Peter, Sam, and several other Avengers said immediately.

"What?" was the collective reaction of everyone in the galaxy.

"Oh, you don't have that here," Peter said, "for comparison, the Holo-net. Ultron can process a lot of data simultaneously in a few seconds.

"Having learned everything he needed to know, he came to a conclusion right away," War Machine said. "Having seen what humanity has done to the planet, and continues to do to this day, he believes that total genocide is the only way to achieve peace.

"But what is the basis for him to do such a thing?" Mas Almeida asked impatiently.

"Look outside again and you'll see the answer," said Sam.

Following Sam's instructions, the group stared out the window and saw multiple armed helicopters, transport ships, and medical ships whizzing through the air, carrying away patients, debris, resources, etc.

“Conflict, war, famine, death, suffering, inequality.”

“All the problems that Ultron saw on our planet are now happening almost simultaneously throughout the galaxy.

"He basically found the same problem on Earth. War Machine continued.
