Jabimu on the Outer Rim is currently experiencing a storm in more ways than one.

Before the war arrived in this world, a heavy rain shower fell over many areas of the planet.

After all, this is a world that is flooded with torrential rain, with less than five days per standard year without precipitation. Its surface is constantly moving due to the downpours. Due to the weather, this world has a very unstable electric field, and electrical storms are quite common. As a result, aircraft and repulsor craft are severely affected.

For generations, Jabimu has contained valuable ore.

But over the years, this form of trade has dwindled.

This ultimately led to civil unrest among the planet's inhabitants.

When the Republic fleet, comprised of six different regiments and battalions, arrived over Jabium, they were almost immediately swarmed by Ultron's forces.

All the ships' pilots were quickly deployed, and many on the bridge watched in wide-eyed shock at the chaotic battle currently taking place.

Many watched as Republic and Separatist forces desperately tried their best to avoid the seemingly limitless numbers of Ultron drones and commandeered fighters that were besieging the ship from every direction.

The arrival of more Republic troops only added fuel to the naval battle over the war-torn planet.

Just as someone wanted to help the Republic fleet that was already struggling to survive in space, it was clear to those in the know that now, they needed to get down to the planet.

As a result, nearly hundreds of LAAT gunboats were sent in droves to Jabim.

As the ships broke through Jabimu's atmosphere, they were beset by rolling winds and endless rain.

The pilots said it was very difficult, but they were still able to reach their intended destination, Sanctuary Base, the acting headquarters for Republic forces on the planet.

By a stroke of amazing luck, most of the LAAT gunships managed to reach their intended destinations, and clones came out in droves to reinforce the already established clone battalions and the two dozen or so Jedi who had already appeared on Homebym.

The Jedi, Avengers, and Clone Task Force quickly poured out of the gunships and were met by the scorching heat of Jabiim.

In a matter of seconds, nearly everyone was soaked from head to toe.

"Man, I thought the storm was bad on the East Coast of the United States," War Machine said, glad his suit was air-sealed, preventing dirt and water from getting into his suit.

His fellow soldiers, with the possible exception of Peter, Matt, and T'Challa, were not so lucky.

"This place is the worst." Ahsoka exclaimed, as if her fighting spirit was also extinguished by the endless rain.

"I agree," Barris said, choosing to remove her hood and tie her long hair into a bun rather than letting the cloth stick to her forehead. Her clothes were soaked and weighed down her.

"For once, I find myself regretting my choice of attire reserved for the Jedi Knights," Luminara muttered to herself, having to adjust her headdress to keep the water out of her eyes.

"Not everything is universally applicable in every setting," Obi-Wan admitted.

"It could be worse." Steve said, annoyed. The super soldier shrugged. "Back in the old war, I had to stay in some nasty places.

"I've slept in caves a few times," Falcon added.

“The jungles of Wakanda are a place I’ve traveled through many times,” T’Challa said.

Many people are starting to notice a growing sense of foreboding, and frankly, they don’t like it at all.

"Glad Mr. Stark heated up the suit," Peter said.

"Of course, Mr. Parker." The voice of the artificial intelligence came from his suit. "Mr. Stark has carried out detailed planning to cover the multiple scenarios you may experience.

"Mr. Stark has gone too far this time." Peter muttered, grunting as he pulled himself away from the muddy surface. "Of course, I do wish I didn't have to really fight to get my feet out of the mud.

"At least you have something like this to keep you warm," Ahsoka purred, giving her arm a quick rub, and Barriss stepped closer to her friend so the two could bond over warmth.

"Don't you have robes?" Falcon asked. "Why don't you have Jedi robes?"

Tano gaped at the pilot, her mouth opening and closing until she pouted in an annoyed expression.

"Shut up," she muttered in frustration.

The group couldn't help but laugh at the Padawan's reaction as a clone with an accent and a human female Jedi approached them all.

"Master Kenobi, Master Plo." The woman smiled with relief. "Thanks to the Force, you all came when we needed you."

"Leska," Obi-Wan greeted warmly, and the two men locked arms.

“Thank you all for coming here when we called,” Leska said, her tone conveying a sense of exhaustion. “Jabiym has completely spiraled out of control. We’ve been fighting a new enemy—”

"That's what we're here for," Captain America said, getting Leska's attention. "Tell us what's been going on here since this new enemy force arrived."

While the adults were discussing current events, the teenagers were talking to themselves.

“So you have this AI…” Ahsoka hesitated a little because she was a little nervous. “It’s not like… you know?

"Mr. Stark came to me personally for the sole purpose of helping Peter the Avengers." Peter's AI said in a kind tone from inside his suit. "That also means helping their friends and allies as well. Including you and Barris.

"That's like the guy in the Rhodes suit, not Ultron?" Barris mused.

“Basically.”

"Glad to know Peter's suit isn't going to get out of control," Ahsoka muttered with dark humor.

“The suit does have an ‘instant kill’ mode that makes this possible,” Peter admitted.

Silence filled the space before them as Barriss and Ahsoka took a step closer to Peter.

"Is this true?"

"Yes."

The Padawan took another step.

Peter blatantly rolled his eyes at the two of them. "You guys, I control it. I only turn it on in emergencies, not on a whim.

"This is true, Peter wouldn't do that." came the voice of Peter's suit AI.

Barriss and Ahsoka exchanged a glance before facing Peter again, who was staring down at the mask he held in his hands.

"There's still a lot to learn about this suit though." Peter muttered. "I know Mr. Stark put a lot of features on this suit, but I barely understand them yet.

"Mr. Stark installed the training wheels protocol, which allows you to absorb various functions," the AI responded.

“Training wheels, huh?" Peter muttered in amusement. "Not sure if I need that now."

"I agree," the suit's AI said, sounding wholehearted. "I have reviewed a large number of suit recordings, and as your participation in combat has escalated, my emergency functions have been unlocked, and the use of the full suit has also been unlocked."

"I think it would be safer if you came out sooner," Barriss said with a slight frown and Ahsoka nodded beside her.

"Unfortunately, my programming prevents this from happening," the suit's AI said seriously.

"Look, it's okay," Peter said, patting the badge on his chest. "You're here now, so let's make the most of it and figure out what this suit can do on the road."

"Sure." The combat suit AI said in a delicate voice.

"Okay, so...she's not going to kill us." Ahsoka joked in a dry tone. "But...I don't know about you, but I don't think we should keep calling that AI 'Battle Lady'.

"Maybe we should give it a name," Peter agreed.

“It does have a feminine voice,” Barris noted.

The three of them hummed and pondered.

"Liz?" Peter asked, then quickly shook his head "no".

"What about Lea?" Barriss suggested, but Ahsoka frowned in disapproval.

"Maybe Gwen?" He began to ponder for a moment. "Karen?"

Karen? the girls said at the same time.

"Karen." The AI hummed loudly, thoughtfully. "You can call me Karen if you want."

"Okay, Karen." Peter smiled and put on his mask.

After a while, the three teens heard Anakin calling out to them.

"Looks like we have work to do," Ahsoka said.

"Yeah, let's get started then," Barris nodded and they walked back to rejoin the larger group.
