Ancient One was busy collecting ghoul after ghoul, gathering them together and forcibly turning them into paste, ash, or anything else she could think of.

The part of Kathmandu that was in it was more or less safe, as she had cleared out most of the rakish ghosts. Her students came in later to clean up the mess, and any stragglers that remained were killed quickly and efficiently.

She stood on the roof of a building, looking down at the city with a frustrated expression.

The Ancient One would not allow this to happen on her watch, and now innocent lives were being lost because of it.

It will take a long time for the city to recover from this attack. Aside from the country's government getting things back to normal here, the citizens will need time to recover from the huge losses they have suffered.

Suddenly, her head jerked to the left and her eyes narrowed dangerously.

In a flash, she used her magic to summon strange energies to help her get to where she'd gotten her attention, and she landed slightly flustered.

"You have great courage to come here, Cannis Moore," Ancient One said loudly, summoning her usual eerie fan with both hands.

Before her stood the Sith Lord, radiating unstable magic.

His skin was no longer the slightly orange hue it had been when he first transformed the stolen corpse he had taken possession of. Now, it seemed much paler.

"It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Ancient One," Sith said. "My host treated you with great respect before he died."

The Ancient One just glared at him. "Do you really think that what you did gave you power? Real power?

"If it weren't for this, I wouldn't be standing here," Moore said fiercely. "This planet has introduced me to a power I never dreamed of."

"You sound like so many fools who have come before." Ancient One said, shaking his head. "Do you think the power you have is yours?"

"I've got it, haven't I?" Moore said in an overconfident manner. "The creatures that inhabit me obey my power and my rules. They are merely my tools.

"How long will it be before they break free of you and destroy you from the inside out?"

"I am Cannith Moore!" the Sith Lord announced dramatically. "The first Sith Lord in the entire galaxy, no, universe. My powers were derived thousands of years ago when the Force was at its most primitive. Do you believe these deformed fools inside of me could come close to my level of power?"

The Ancient One remained stoic, unfazed by the crazed Sith's proclamations.

"You forgot yourself, Maul." The Ancient One said calmly. "While you were trapped in your trinket, I was the Sorcerer Supreme for centuries. While holding that title, I believe your time with Caecilius made it clear that there are things you are not aware of. Not only am I one of the most powerful beings in this universe, but I am one of many others that are beyond your grasp and understanding.

The Sith Lord just smiled mockingly.

"Oh~ did you hear what I just said?" he asked back. "Knock you down from that position you claimed to be standing on."

Moore gave a maniacal grin, which made Ancient One very uneasy.

"Moore," she said slowly. "I will give you only one warning. You must surrender the beings you have trapped inside of you. You have no idea what you have done to your body, mind, and spirit.

He adopted a thinking posture. "Let me think about it," he said in a mocking tone.

The ancient Sith quickly summoned a large number of runes from all directions, releasing a magical shockwave at the bald woman.

The Ancient One simply raised her hands and easily absorbed the power directed at her.

"You may be powerful in the Force you know," the Ancient One said. "But when it comes to the magic I perform, you are only a novice."

"Then explain to me how I gained so much in such a short time." Moore boasted, slamming his hands on the ground.

The ground shifted and stone snakes erupted, heading straight for the Sorcerer Supreme.

In response, she conjured a sphere, which she threw into the dirt in front of her, which expanded into a dome of electricity that repelled oncoming snakes.

“You stole power. Unearned power can be a very destabilizing force.

"I heard an Earth phrase in my travels when I was trapped in the amulet," Moore said aloud, thoughtfully. "What was it? Ah, yes. The pot thinks the kettle is ugly - it doesn't know its own ugliness. We are not so different.

"So you say." Ancient One said calmly.

She then raised her hands and summoned multiple orbs that shot out beams that connected to each other and then shot them at Moore.

Maul roared, raising his hands and shooting black Sith lightning that connected to the beam.

He soon began to laugh maniacally, while the Ancient One maintained a calm and composed expression.

"It's a shame that someone as powerful as you would choose a path of self-destruction," Ancient One said loudly, shaking his head in obvious disappointment.

"While you do this to protect the Earth from outside threats, I do this for my own desires. Now, I'm having a lot of fun!" Moore laughed. "I've been trapped in the amulet for too long, I was so bored, and now that I'm out again, I want to finally let myself go. And I won't stop."

The centuries-old magician crossed her hands, her ring and index fingers touching her thumbs. A glowing blue kaleidoscope of magic appeared between her hands, and she stretched them out, from which a real lightning tiger emerged and rushed forward.

Moore raised his arm, which turned into a dragon claw, slicing the lightning-carrying tiger, and then leaped towards Ancient One.

Ancient One enveloped himself in a glowing golden aura and rushed forward.

The two combatants meet head-on in an explosion of light and magical power as they continue to duel.

……

Mordo, Celeste, and Wong cast a spell on a large group of Rak'ks at the same time.

Beneath the Rakki's feet, the ground cracked open, trapping them in purple tendrils, they struggled in vain as the tendrils dragged them underground before being sealed above them.

Not far away is Bucky Barnes, who slaps a Rak'Khound into Ghost Rider's hands, who turns them straight into embers after grabbing them.

Even Strange joined them, beating back the enemies with his spooky whip.

"Is this the last of them?" Wang wondered loudly.

“No, no, there are more,” Celeste said, her hands hovering beside her head, her expression focused. “I can feel them.”

"How did you do it?" Mordo asked.

"Using your Force?" Wang followed closely, and Celeste nodded to him.

"Come on, there aren't many left," the Jedi said, motioning for them to follow.

As they ran at full speed, the king stopped.

"King?" Bucky said, looking back at him, and everyone else stopped.

The magician lifted one of his sleeves, revealing a bracelet on his wrist that was gleaming with light.
