Marvel crosses Star Wars, and everyone attacks the galaxy

Chapter 366: A Melee in the Mirror Dimension

"If we fight here, things will get out of control," said Doctor Strange.

"It's getting out of control, Doctor Strange," Celeste said.

"Yes, but it's still more or less confined to this part of the city," said Doctor Strange. "Once we all start fighting, things will get out of control.

"What should we do then?" Mordo asked, his nerves tense as the battle was about to resume at any time.

"Bring the battle to a place where it won't affect the real world."

Celeste, Mordo, and the Knight quickly understood what the former surgeon meant.

"Doctor Strange," Mordo said in a warning tone. "If you are going to--"

"We have no choice, Mordo." Doctor Strange said, already preparing for what he was about to do. "If we stay here, this whole city will be destroyed.

“Whatever you are planning, do it quickly.”

"I'll help get it up."

As the Jedi Knights assist Doctor Strange, the others take off to attack the summoned Rak'ghosts, their masters, and the traitor sorcerer.

And just like that, the battle started again, everyone joined in, and madness broke out around them.

She-Hulk is attacking some Rak'Kids and teams up with Wonder Man and Jumbo a few times. Shuri and White Tiger catch a few, but Iron Fist quickly helps them out. Hawkeye fires a few explosive arrows from a safe distance, with Mordo and Ghost Rider covering him. Iron Man knocks some people down with his repulsor, then takes a few shots at Maul, Kaecilius, and his henchmen.

Just then, Doctor Strange slammed his hand down on the ground, and a ripple of mirrors appeared on the floor, which quickly spread out, enveloping all the fighters on Bleecker Street.

The battle scene stopped immediately, and everyone looked around, because -

"What just happened?" Shuri asked in confused surprise.

"We are in the mirror dimension now." Doctor Strange said, his voice echoing around them. "We are here and cannot affect the real world.

"They can't escape unless they find a way to get out of here." Celeste said, raising the dangling ring in her hand.

"The mirror dimension is--whoa!" said Iron Man, deftly dodging the dimensional debris thrown at him by the Zealot.

Doctor Strange retaliated by sending out a spell that struck the Zealots as they attempted to attack Iron Man as the former neurosurgeon directly confronted Kaecilius and Maul.

"See who gets the last laugh, asshole."

The awakened Sith looked at Doctor Strange and a smile soon appeared on his lips.

"It's definitely not you."

Moore waved his hand, finally warping reality within this mirror dimension. Everything began to rapidly shift and churn along with the cityscape.

As they tried to get away from their adversaries, more of the cityscape changed further. Cars began to drive at interesting angles, streets began to curve, buildings twisted and split, and people walked up walls sideways and upside down.

"Well, who let Escher go crazy here?" Iron Man said, his eyes wide behind his helmet.

"Wait, I only thought the Ancient One could do that," Doctor Strange exclaimed in shock.

"Mul's current power and Caecilius' connection to the Dark Dimension make them even more dangerous in the Mirror Dimension. They can't affect the real world, but they can still kill us." Mordo said seriously.

"We know the risks, but we can't let the Rak'Kei expand further and let Kaecilius and his followers blow up half of New York," Celeste said. "Let's get started now."

The fighting resumed, with all parties clashing simultaneously.

When Moore summoned dozens of Rakki to give him an offensive advantage, the heroes began to struggle.

The mirror dimension quickly became a madhouse of warriors, hurling energy, arrows, fists, kicks, dimensional shards, magic, and everything they had in every direction.

Wonder Man held his hand, grunting softly as the Rakki bit his arm.

It didn't pierce his skin, and the teeth were slightly broken, but the force of the bite still injured Wonder Man.

Before he could fight off the Rak, Celeste Moon quickly cut it in half.

"Good swordsmanship." Wonder Man praised.

"Thank you. Just make sure these things don't bite or scratch you, or else—"

Wonder Man interrupted the Jedi, "I've seen enough horror movies to know where this is going. Thanks."

Celeste nodded and the two separated, only for the street beneath them to separate into four different sections.

"Whoa, what the hell is going on?" Iron Fist wondered loudly, looking around as the buildings began to fold, expand, shrink, and perform all sorts of puzzling movements that could not be fully identified.

"Okay, seriously, what the hell is going on," Jewel Girl said as the twelve heroes were either standing together, upright, sideways, upside down, or floating against an ever-changing background.

"What's going on now?" White Tiger asked, trying to comprehend what he was seeing.

The world around them is constantly segmenting and shifting, splitting and reorienting itself into a nearly endless mirror of distorted reality.

"This is Inception level shit," Hawkeye commented, a passenger standing on a moving bus none the wiser than the Avengers standing on the bus.

"Haha, that's hilarious." The passenger chuckled to himself, reading a book about mystical energy and chakras.

With a swift gesture, Caecilius caused the mirror dimension to fold in on itself, making the present environment increasingly complex.

Then the world lurched and did a 90-degree turn.

When this happens, many heroes quickly fall into a seemingly endless abyss of the cityscape structure.

Iron Man and Precious quickly fly up and try to grab a few of their allies. Doctor Strange tries to help as best he can, but hisses when the two grab his hands with force. Mordo uses his boots to quickly form magical runes to help slow his fall. However, the rest of the group must quickly come up with their own strategies before they make a sudden landing.

White Tiger and Black Panther clawed at several objects before leaping over others. Wonder Man landed with a stereotypical superhero slam, cracking his position all over the place before grabbing Celeste. Hawkeye and Iron Fist were carried to safety by Iron Man.

Jumbo lands smoothly, while Ghost Rider swings down with his chain and lands on a moving train.

Doctor Strange and Mordo's magic weapon allowed them to land without any problems.

"Did you see this when you went through that wormhole four years ago?" Hawkeye asked, sticking close to Iron Man.

The Iron Avenger could only shake his head blankly. "I... didn't even know that was possible.

"My God, this is such a great first outing as an Avenger," White Tiger exclaimed in sheer amazement and fear. "Don't think anything will surpass this thrilling experience any time soon."

"Here they come!" Black Panther shouted, and they turned around to face a group of Rak ghosts attacking them.

She-Hulk grabs a nearby car and she swatted away several Rak'ghosts.

When she dropped the car, it was intact in her hands, and it drove away, down a road that led straight into the endless void.

"My goodness, has Bruce Banner ever done anything like this?" Precious asked beside Hawkeye, who fired an arrow at the Zealot who had now joined the fight.

"I do not know."

"We can't stop now!" Mordo shouted as they were all forced to flee separately.

"The worst...playground...ever...ever...time!" Shuri complained.

Iron Man opens fire on all of the Rak Ghosts before engaging one of the Zealots.

The magic user managed to grab Iron Man's arms and direct the repulsor away from him, but he didn't take into account his chest.

A powerful beam shot out from his center repulser, blasting the Zealot into a set of folded buildings.

Iron Fist, Ghost Rider, Jumbo, and She-Hulk find themselves face to face with Cannith Moore, who has transformed his arms into a pair of clawed hands and multiple eyes appear on his head.

"You're a monster," Iron Fist commented, his fist coming down with his power.

"I am Maul, you little bastard." said the Sith Lord. "I will soon be the master of this world."

"Well, pretty sure Bruce Banner has dealt with megalomaniacs like you before," Precious Girl muttered.

"Who are you then?" She-Hulk suddenly asked. "Are you related to the Hulk?"

"Now is not the time to ask questions. The demonic voice of Ghost Rider interrupted their conversation, and he ran forward brandishing chains and axes.

"Yes," the two women muttered to Ghost Rider with a hint of embarrassment and fear.

Ghost Rider threw his chains first, and the metal chains wrapped around Moore's left arm.

The Sith took the opportunity to pull Ghost Rider towards him, holding a magical replica of a lightsaber in his other hand.

His weapon collided with the knight's axe, and the two men engaged in a brief clash of power.

Then the world shook and changed again.

This gives Iron Fist, She-Hulk, and Jumbo a chance to attack at the same time.

The three launched a physical offensive that caught the Sith Lord off guard, as he had not expected his fists alone to have such power.

He summoned a shield, which Iron Fist's glowing fist pierced directly through, and was then hit on the chin by a hook punch from Jewel, and then smashed into the endless void of the mirror dimension by She-Hulk.

They are unable to celebrate their victory because the world around them changes again and they are all separated from each other.

This is something that all warriors experience, they are all caught up in the vastness of endless change.

The warriors were scattered to unknown places, and the eight heroes who came to participate in this battle were truly beyond their understanding at this moment.

"Avengers," Iron Man said over the comms. "Speak. Anyone who can hear, please tell me you're still alive.

He breathed a sigh of relief when he got a response from Hawkeye.

"I'm coming, Stark," Hawkeye responded. "I'm bringing Shuri here."

Iron Man flew off to what he guessed was... a street in Manhattan that he recognized.

"Oh, good. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get a signal in this mirror dimension.

“How do we get-.

The call was suddenly cut off, and Iron Man was stunned. "Clint? Clint?!

"Tony, this is Shuri, Clint just--Wow!

"Princess!" Iron Man yelled in panic, "Damn it, can anyone hear me? What the hell is going on with everyone? She-Hulk, are you there? White Tiger? Iron Fist? Anyone?"

Like his fellow Avengers, he was suddenly pulled by some unknown force.

"Damn it, damn it, damn it--whoa!" Iron Man yelled, and found himself being pulled into a portal.

Just like that, he found himself suddenly somewhere else.

As all this is going on, Doctor Strange, Mordo, Celeste, and Ghost Rider have managed to regroup and fend off the Zealots as well as the Rak'k Ghosts that are heading their way.

"Where are the Avengers?" Doctor Strange asks, cutting a Sith spawn in half.

“I don’t know,” Celeste said, deflecting a dimensional fragment. “I can’t even remember.”

"We need to keep moving forward," Mordo ordered.

"Wait." Doctor Strange looked around in panic. "Where are the Avengers?"

"You lost them?"

"You know I didn't."

“Guys, now is not the time.” The Jedi Shadow yelled over all the shifting commotion, sprinting and leaping from one moving platform to the next. “We need to figure out what to do next.”

Celeste was so distracted while running that she didn't notice Kaecilius tackling her. She fell hard and struggled with the traitor sorcerer. During the struggle, the Dormammu Zealot took her Dangling Ring from her. He then summoned the Shard in his hand and tried to kill her.

However, this action was unsuccessful.

Celeste seemed to be pulled away with a force, and at that moment she saw a series of objects thrown onto the surface around her.

Looking around, Jedi Shadow soon spotted her rescuer and smiled at the Ancient One's arrival.
