Marvel crosses Star Wars, and everyone attacks the galaxy

Across the battlefield, the Avengers along with the Jedi and Clones are chipping away at Ultron's forces.

Spider-Man webped up a bunch of drones and threw them into Ant-Man's hands. The giant Ant-Man instantly smashed them into scrap metal.

Luminara exhaled lightly, and she deflected dozens of blaster beams, but countless blaster beams were still coming at her. Suddenly, a man in dark gray armor stood in front of her.

"Colonel Rhodes."

"General Unduli," War Machine responded, and then his shoulder-mounted machine gun blasted every Ultron drone it was targeting.

Luminara looked at the man standing in front of her, the corners of her mouth slightly raised, revealing a bright smile, but unfortunately the war machine standing in front of her couldn't see it.

As the battle progressed, the number of Ultron drones continued to decrease.

In space, the Republic and Separatist fleets led by Dooku achieve a clear victory, beating Ultron's ship into a mess.

At this time, on Dooku's private Star Destroyer, Count Dooku watched the battle silently.

"Ultron is losing ground, Count," a female voice spoke, causing Dooku to refocus on the battle.

"Don't back down, Seventh, Cadrian," Dooku said firmly. "Make sure every one of his ships, every one of his fleets, is destroyed."

On the ground, Ultron was breathing heavily, he had lost an arm.

At this time he is facing Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch and Vision.

Ultron attacked the Avengers frantically.

Suddenly, Ultron staggered slightly as he was hit hard by Quicksilver, and Wanda used this opportunity to surround him with magic. Ultron used a burst of energy from the remaining Kyber crystal to dispel the magic around him, resulting in Vision and Thor attacking Ultron at the same time.

Light sabers, blaster beams, magic, spider webs, the Force, lasers, bullets...all were used on Ultron.

Ultron could no longer withstand the blows and fell to his knees, his arms ripped off and his kyber crystal either removed or destroyed. There were dents, cuts and holes on his body, and the upper right half of his face was now disfigured. He was barely holding himself up. The chest area was slightly dented.

Ultron gave up struggling and just slowly raised his head, his killing intent seemed to be mixed with a hint of acceptance. His eyes were fixed on the Avengers standing in front of him.

Ultron lowered his head and clenched his only remaining hand slightly.

"So...you bastards succeeded," Ultron growled.

"There's nothing to be happy about, young man." Iron Man spoke, with his usual wit and tough edge in his tone, "You really made us work hard this time."

"Oh? I should feel very honored." Ultron sneered, stumbling forward. "Maybe I should hold on a little longer. Before I finish you all off."

"Can we take care of this bastard now?" Wonder Man said. "He has caused enough chaos and damage on Earth and in the galaxy."

"Totally agree." Ghost Rider said, and the flames around his skull surged instantly.

As Captain America, Thor, Black Widow, Hawkeye and the rest of the Avengers walked forward, with Iron Man standing in front of them all, Ultron looked up defiantly at his creator.

"Vision?" Iron Man called softly.

"He's not going anywhere," Vision affirmed.

Captain America turned to look at Ultron, then looked up at Iron Man.

"Tony," Captain America said quietly, briefly locking eyes with Iron Man, silently conveying his concern.

"Don't worry, he will disappear completely." Iron Man said with unclear emotions.

Iron Man's glowing white eyes fell on Ultron's blood-red eyes, and the creator and the created stared at each other.

"What?" Ultron said coldly. "You want to kill me with your eyes?"

Iron Man managed a smile, "Just a father realizing he screwed up his kid, really. The worst part is that for nearly a year my friends and the entire galaxy had to pay for my mistake. You really did do it wrong."

"I really thought I was right, you know? Because I created a global artificial intelligence civilization." Iron Man said softly, and then he slowly lowered his head, "But look at what this has caused."

Many Avengers glanced between Iron Man and Ultron with mixed expressions.

"I did it all," Ultron's voice squeaked. "Everything you said. I did it. Everything you gave me instructions."

"You did." Iron Man shook his head. "But that's not what we want."

"I carried out the plan and created peace in this era."

Iron Man sighed and shook his head, "In your eyes, yes. But in our eyes, that is not peace, it is destruction."

"You...you want to change the world, change everything, protect everything." Ultron suddenly became crazy, he said hysterically: "You said you wanted to protect the world, I want to realize it for all of you, just such a promise. However, when you were afraid, you backed off."

"Yes, I am scared, scared of many things. But you have gone too far, you have lost control."

"You wish to destroy all life." Thor roared, and thunder suddenly crackled in the sky.

"This is the only way you want complete peace," Ultron shot back angrily.

"It's insane and evil, you know it." Captain America began, a sense of anger radiating from him and the rest of the team, all directed at Ultron.

"This is evolution," Ultron retorted, "If it can be achieved, it would be perfect."

"It's perfect indeed." Iron Man said painfully, "Everything is unknown. If I had known that creating you would lead to such an uncontrollable situation, I would not have..."

"I'm sorry," said Iron Man. "Everything you are comes from all my mistakes. I'm sorry, Ultron. I'm sorry."

Many people didn't know what to say or do at this moment, and just looked at Iron Man.

"Tony," War Machine muttered.

The talented superhero glanced at War Machine with a smile, then turned to look at Ultron and slowly raised his hand.

"Let's just say goodbye now." His voice was low, but everyone could hear it.

Ultron did nothing but watch in silence as his creator's rounded palm was pointed directly at his face, the familiar sound of a repulsor beam being charged.

Ultron said calmly: "Do you think this is the end? Maybe it is true. If I am alive, all of you and all your organizations will be unprecedentedly united and focus your attention and conflicts on me. But if I die, then your various organizations and factions will only return to the beginning, endless war."

"We know it," Captain America said, "but no matter what happens next, we will accept it."

"Oh? That's good. Let's do it."

A pulsing beam shot through Ultron's chest and up into his head, and Ultron's body collapsed to the ground, motionless.
