Chapter 157 Is This Really Lockhart?

Horne followed Dumbledore and Snape in silence, while Lockhart chattered on about the various delicacies he had eaten during his so-called "adventures".

Horn muttered to himself that Lockhart was really a chatterbox and he had no idea why Headmaster Dumbledore wanted to see him.

They walked through the long corridor, and Lockhart's voice echoed in the empty space. "Do you know? I once tasted a magical pastry in that distant eastern country. The crust was crispy, and the filling was sweet but not greasy. It was simply delicious."

Snape frowned, obviously annoyed by Lockhart's chatter, but he couldn't get angry because Dumbledore was present.

Dumbledore still had a smile on his face, as if he was not affected by Lockhart's words.

They came to a staircase, Dumbledore stopped and turned to look at Horn. "Horn, I heard that you had a lot of interesting experiences during the holidays, can you share some with me?"

Horn's heart tightened. He didn't know what Dumbledore was referring to, so he could only answer cautiously: "Headmaster, I just practiced and explored some magic during the holidays. There's nothing special about it."

After Snape and Lockhart had gone far away, Dumbledore looked down at the alchemical puppet that looked like Horn and said, "Horn, do you really have nothing to say? Flamel told me everything."

"Principal Dumbledore, you already know everything, and yet you come to ask me." Horn was speechless. You already know it, and yet you still ask me.

Hearing this, Dumbledore stroked his long white beard and laughed: "Haha, you look like you have only had this interesting alchemical doll for a short time. You haven't fully mastered it yet. It's a bit inconvenient to be with other children. How about I arrange a separate room for you first?"

"I'm not... okay. I also feel that I haven't completely mastered it yet. I'm afraid it will affect other students. So, Headmaster Dumbledore, please arrange a private room for me."

Horn originally wanted to refuse and say that he could do it and it was okay, but after hearing the second half of Dumbledore's sentence, he immediately changed his mind.

After all, a private dormitory means I can do whatever I want. Although there are only Draco and myself in the dormitory, who can refuse a room of their own?

"Well, OK, I'll arrange a room for you. That room is right across from the mural on the eighth floor where the giant monster beat up Barnabas."

Dumbledore laughed when he said this: "I remember one night, I wanted to go to the bathroom, and then I went into a room full of toilets. Later, I could never find that room again..."

Horn felt something when he heard about the eighth floor. Then there was the troll and the room with all sorts of thoughts. Horn immediately knew that Dumbledore was talking about the Room of Requirement.

However, Horn later agreed to it, and he could go to the Room of Requirement openly. In fact, Horn also suspected that Dumbledore should have known that he and Harry had been to the Room of Requirement.

Soon Dumbledore and Horn followed Snape and the other man and came to the back of Holgwarts. There was an open space beside the path leading to Hogsmeade village. There was a forked willow tree that moved. Not far from the willow tree, some people could be seen there.

As Horn approached, he heard Professor Caiji saying in an exaggerated tone:

"Oh, I remember that I once passed by a primeval forest and fought with a vampire in it. Later, we became friends. I wrote about it in my book "Traveling on a Ship with Vampires". I think you should have read it, Professor Flitwick. After all, it is also one of my best-selling books."

"Really, Lockhart? It looks very exciting. Let's treat Weasley and the others first." Flitwick saw that Lockhart was talking so excitingly.

When George saw Lockhart's outfit, he whispered to Fred, "Hey, look who this fancy-dressed guy is! Lockhart! Why is he here?"

"George, didn't you hear it? The old bat just called him professor. Isn't it obvious?" George covered his broken arm.

"Ah, I'm telling you, why don't you think about how to explain the car issue to our parents? We're doomed, we're doomed this time!" Ron looked at the Forbidden Forest in the distance with a dull look in his eyes.

"Car? What car? Could it be that Ron lost Dad's car?" George said to Ron with surprise on his face.

"Yeah! Ron, you will definitely be scolded by your father." Fred also covered his broken arm, grinned at Ron, and said this in a tone of pity.

"You! You~you guys!" Ron, who was originally afraid that his parents would scold him for losing his car, was overwhelmed by his fear due to anger when he heard the shameless remarks of his two brothers!

I'm going to give my two brothers Ou Doudou's Iron Fist of Love.

"Okay, stop making trouble. Do you know how much trouble you have caused?" Brother Mao was very angry when he saw that some people were still bickering even though they were injured.

Harry was about to speak out what happened when Lockhart, who was wearing a rainbow, interrupted McGonagall and said, "Well, Professor McGonagall, children are naughty."

After saying that, he turned his gaze towards Harry and said, "Harry, we meet again. Look at your dirty clothes. Fortunately, nothing serious happened!"

Harry and his companions were protected by Ron's Hand of Ares and Harry's arm guard "Guardian", so they didn't suffer much damage. Even George was protected by Harry in front of him, so he only had scratches from falling to the ground.

Fred was simply unlucky and proud. Ron had blocked most of the branches of the Whomping Willow, so when he fell to the ground, he was hit by a branch.

Then, just before Flitwick and McGonagall arrived, his bones were broken.

Then, seeing Fred's forearm injury of 90 degrees, he walked over and said, "Hi, are you from Wesley? I remember your mother is a fan of mine. Don't worry, your injury is nothing. I had a more serious fracture than yours during an adventure, and I healed it myself."

"Ah! What are you doing?!"

So in full view of everyone, he bent Fred's arm back to its original position, and then cast a bone-regenerating spell on the arm.

Horn and Dumbledore happened to walk over and saw this scene. A hint of doubt flashed in the eyes of both Horn and Dumbledore.

Is this really Lockhart?

Then Snape, who was about to ridicule several people, saw this and immediately turned his head away from the person he was targeting: "Harry Pott, look at you, you are seeing a good thing, you asked your good friend's father to introduce the Ministry of Magic to an inspection, congratulations."

After saying that, he threw a prophecy newspaper into Harry's arms.

Then he looked at Fred who had just called him Old Bat. He was pretending that he didn't exist. He was not yet hard of hearing!
