Marvel: Spider-Man Begins Spoilers
Chapter 18: Death of the Green Goblin
[Parker looked at Norman's hand and replied: "I only have one father! His name is Ben Parker!"]
[Norman, who had already stood up, had a change of expression on his face: "Goodbye, Spider-Man!" Parker's eyes widened, and he immediately sensed the danger. The glider behind him ejected a sharp blade and rushed towards him fiercely. Parker did a backflip on the spot.]
[Norman only had time to say "Oh!" before the sharp blade of the glider pierced directly into Norman's body. He wailed in pain, and Parker watched quietly on the side.]
[Norman held on to his last breath: "Peter! Don't tell Harry!" Then he lost his breath and fell on the glider! Parker looked at Norman's body, wondering what he was thinking.]
[Parker brought Norman's body back to his home. He had just put Norman's body on his bed when Harry happened to see this scene. Harry asked angrily: "What did you do? What did you do!"]
[Harry then took out a pistol from the cabinet, and when he looked up again, Parker had disappeared! Harry stared blankly at the room, not knowing what to do.]
"You've reaped what you sowed. Is Spider-Man so easily attacked by a surprise attack? But his physical fitness is too good. Jarvis, play the scene where Spider-Man is exploded in the face by the Green Goblin's bomb!" Tony watched the sky fall into silence again and asked Jarvis to help analyze the situation.
"It can blow up balconies and turn people into bones easily, but Peter Parker was able to catch the bomb on his face. And the bomb was obviously very powerful. Spider-Man was blown away and crashed into the wall, but it only destroyed his hood. Even his face was not broken. He was just dizzy and temporarily a little weak."
Fuck Man rubbed his brows as he looked at the analysis report in his hand. This was submitted by the Serpent Shield Agency immediately after the sky fell silent. "Is his physical strength extremely high? No wonder the dart could easily cut through the steel bars, but it only scratched his arm."
"And during the subsequent battle, he seemed to be unaffected by the wound. This shows that his recovery ability is also very strong. It is impossible for ordinary people to recover so quickly from injuries."
"Regarding Tony Stark, I invited him to join the Avengers before, but he refused. Later, the narration on the sky screen answered Tony's question, and I have always wanted to know what he asked." Nick Fury put down the report in his hand and looked up at Hill who was standing beside him.
"I don't know if he has found the answer. Natasha said he hasn't been to work and has been staying at home every day. I don't know what he is doing. I think I have to go and ask him in person!"
"Go directly to his house? He was very unhappy with you for entering his house without permission..." Hill said standing aside.
"It doesn't matter. He already had a bad impression of me, so it doesn't matter if it gets even worse. Get the things ready. I think he might need that thing."
[At Norman Osborn's funeral, Harry, dressed in black, stood in front of the grave. Parker came up from behind him and greeted him.]
["I'm sorry, Harry. I know how it feels to lose a father!" "I didn't lose him, he was taken away! One day, Spider-Man will pay the price! I swear, Spider-Man will pay the price!" ]
[Looking at Harry's face full of hatred, Parker felt mixed emotions and didn't know how to face Harry! Harry looked at his good brother.]
[“Luckily, I still have you, Peter! You are my only family member left!” The two hugged each other, and Harry turned and walked away. Parker looked at Harry’s figure, feeling very complicated.]
[He turned around and glanced at Aunt May and Mary Jane who were talking! 'No matter what I do, no matter how hard I try, the person I love the most will pay the price! ' The Green Goblin's words echoed in his mind. ]
[Parker stood in front of Uncle Ben's tombstone, Mary Jane came over, and the two hugged each other.]
[Mary Jane said with red eyes, "You must miss him very much!" "It's sad to lose him!" "I've always wanted to tell you something. When I was on the bridge, I thought I was going to die... I only thought of one person in my mind, but he was not the person I thought I would think of. He was you, Peter!"]
[“I’ve always thought, if I could survive, I’d really like to see Peter Parker again!” Mary Jane reached out and touched Parker’s face. Parker was a little surprised and said, “Really?”]
[“There is only one person who has been with me from beginning to end! He made me feel that I am much better than I thought, and I am who I am! And it feels good! The fact is, I love you! I love you so much, Peter!” Then Mary Jane kissed him directly. ]
[During the kiss, Mary Jane sensed something was wrong with Parker. She looked at Parker with tears in her eyes.]
['I want to tell her how much I love her! ' "But I can't!" Parker couldn't help but say it out loud. Mary Jane touched Peter's face and asked, "What can't you do?"]
[“Tell you... everything. I mean... too many things.” “Yes, there are too many things to tell!” Mary Jane looked at Parker with red eyes and a smile, but she already had a bad feeling in her heart. ]
[“What I want to tell you is that I will always be with you and will always take care of you. I promise you that I will always be your friend!”]
[Hearing this, Mary Jane closed her eyes in disappointment, "Just friends? Peter Parker!"]
[“I can only give you this much!” The two looked at each other, and Mary Jane’s tears finally flowed from her eyes. Parker looked at her crying and left silently.]
[Mary Jane suddenly touched her lips, as if she realized something, and turned to look at Parker, who gradually walked away.]
['No matter what my future holds, I will never forget that sentence: With great power comes great responsibility. This is my gift, but also my curse. Who am I? I am Spider-Man! ']
[The last scene is a clip of Spider-Man swinging on a web in the city, and finally landing on a flagpole.]
"Because you're Spider-Man, you don't want to drag Mary Jane down? You're such a pure-hearted kid. It's a pity you didn't meet me, otherwise I would tell you that you can be a superhero and a lover at the same time!"
Tony sighed when he saw Parker choose Spider-Man and gave up his love with Mary Jane. He also felt narcissistic about the fact that he was both Iron Man and Pepper.
Nick Fury, who had just arrived at the Malibu villa, heard this and said unhappily, "That's because you are a billionaire and Peter Parker is just an ordinary person. He can't handle everything by himself because of Spider-Man, Aunt May and Mary Jane. This is the biggest obstacle for someone who aspires to be a hero."
"Accepting Mary Jane would mean that Mary Jane would be in danger, which is absolutely unacceptable to Parker. He would rather get hurt than let the people he loves get hurt."
