Chapter 22 Aunt May's Cry

[Parker asked Harry how his work at Oscorp was going. Harry told Parker that he was now the director of special projects and that they had made a major breakthrough in nuclear fusion research.]

["You are so capable. Your father in heaven must be proud of you!" Aunt May came over and praised Harry with great satisfaction after hearing this.]

[After Aunt May left, Harry told Parker, "I'm funding your idol, Dr. Otto!" Parker told him that he was writing his report recently.]

[Harry immediately said, "Do you want to see him?" "Will you take me to see him?" "Of course!"]

[Harry also told Parker that Dr. Otto would help Oscorp achieve success that even his father could not dream of. Mary Jane watched Parker talking to Harry from behind, and then was called by Aunt May to help.]

[Harry glanced at Mary Jane, "She's waiting for you." "What do you mean?" "She can't help but sneak a peek at you. Can't you see?"]

[“I don’t have time to date a girlfriend right now.” Parker said in a low voice.]

[“Are you a pig-head?” Parker explained again that he was busy. Harry was a little confused, “Busy taking pictures of your friends?”]

[Parker didn't want to talk about this anymore. Norman's death made him unsure about how to face his good brother Harry, and he didn't know how to resolve Harry's hatred for Spider-Man.]

"Could it be possible that they will fight each other in the future? And Spider-Man will kill his good brother? This is consistent with what Sky said at the beginning that the first generation's biggest regret was watching his good brother die in front of him."

Tony looked at Harry's hatred for Spider-Man, and although he could clearly see that Norman had killed himself, Harry obviously didn't know about it.

If this misunderstanding cannot be resolved, then once Harry learns of Parker's identity, there will definitely be a quarrel between the brothers. Spider-Man, as a superhero and the protagonist of the Sky, will definitely not die, so the only one who will die is Harry.

【"I hope we are true friends, Harry. We must trust each other!" "Then tell me the truth. If you know who he is, please tell me, okay?" Parker could only remain silent. 】

[Looking at Parker's appearance, Harry stood up disappointedly, sighed, and didn't know what to say. ]

[Aunt May was drunk and fell asleep on the table. Parker accidentally found a mortgage notice. Parker took Aunt May's hand and woke her up.]

Aunt May thought it was Ben calling her, and subconsciously asked, "What's the matter, Ben?" Then she remembered that Ben had passed away, and she called out to God. 】

[Aunt May tells Parker that she dreamed about things that happened many years ago, and asks Parker if Harry and the others had fun before they left. Peter replies, "Of course."]

Aunt May told Parker to go home, she was fine and he didn't need to worry about her, and told him to go home without worry. She also reminded Parker to be careful on the road, she didn't like Parker driving a motorcycle and thought it could be dangerous.

[“I’m worried about you. You’re all alone. I just saw the letter from the bank.” “Oh! You saw it! So? It’s just a small difficulty. Everyone will encounter it!”]

[Aunt May didn't want to continue this topic. She rushed Parker home and gave him $20 as his birthday present, saying that he needed the money more than she did! ]

【“No, I can’t have it!” “You can!” Aunt May suddenly said loudly, “For God’s sake, even though it’s not much, please take it! You must keep it for me, I’m, sorry!” Aunt May began to cry at the end. 】

[“I just miss your Uncle Ben so much. I can’t believe it will be two years since he passed away next month. Sometimes I think about facing everything alone in the future, and I just... I don’t know what to do.”]

[Aunt May kissed Parker on the face and asked him to take the remaining cake back. Parker felt very upset and he hated himself again for not stopping the robber at that time.]

Seeing Aunt May crying, Flint Marko felt very sad, but he had no choice. Fortunately, Skyrim changed everything. Ben did not die, but he had no accomplices and didn't know how to get the money. He didn't dare to face Spider-Man. If it wasn't Skyrim, then the two of them would be the murderers of Uncle Ben.

"A penny can make a hero fall, let alone you. Mei, thank you for your hard work. I will be by your side." Uncle Ben hugged Aunt May, who was sitting next to him and shed tears for her future lonely and helpless self.

[Parker walked out of the house with the garbage, still the familiar location, still the familiar time, still the familiar person. Mary Jane came out from next door and greeted him. ]

[“I saw your poster.” “Isn’t it a little funny? I’m really embarrassed.”]

[“No, it’s very beautiful. This way I can see you every day.”]

[Mary Jane looked at Parker, her eyes full of tenderness, "Nice to see you tonight, Peter!" Parker looked at Mary Jane, and the two looked at each other affectionately. ]

[“Want to tell me something?” Parker hesitated under Mary Jane’s gaze, “I…want to…know if you still live in the village.”]

[Mary Jane was a little disappointed, "You are so unpredictable." She reached out and stroked Parker's cheek, "Peter..." "What?" "Happy birthday."]

[Mary Jane turned and left, and halfway through she turned back to tell him that she was dating someone. "You mean your boyfriend?" Mary Jane said she liked him.]

[After hearing what Mary Jane said, Parker lowered his head in disappointment. Facing Mary Jane's question, Parker forced a smile and said, "That's good." You have someone to keep you company. ]

[“Maybe we’ll go further,” “Further?” “I don’t know.”]

[“I’ll go see your performance tomorrow night.” Mary Jane asked with a little surprise, “Will you come?” Parker looked at her firmly. “I will go!”]

[“Don’t let me down!”]

[“I won’t!”]

"I'm guessing that Parker won't be able to go. There will definitely be a lot of troubles waiting for him, which will prevent him from arriving on time, or even make him arrive after the party is over." Tony made a prediction about Parker's dance tomorrow night based on his premonition.

"Parker, don't promise things you can't do, okay?" Uncle Ben looked at Parker and reminded him.

[Parker returned to his rental house. Just as he was about to enter, the door opposite opened and a voice came from inside: "Rent!"]

[Parker turned around and saw the landlord was playing cards with someone, but he could still hear Parker coming back. He knew it was Parker even without opening the door or turning his head.]
