"Alas, I didn't insist on doing this. I woke up from the dream and was seriously injured for some reason. I was bedridden for many days. I had to believe that dream. And from time to time, I dreamed that the monk killed me and took my throne." The king's face showed helplessness and worry, and his expression seemed to be shrouded by a dark cloud. He lowered his head slightly, his eyes full of confusion and anxiety, as if he was recalling the fear and pain that the terrible dream brought him.

Xuanzang frowned slightly, his eyes revealing deep thought. He said slowly: "Your Majesty, this dream is strange. How can you kill all the monks just because of this? I have seen many strange things along the way. There must be something hidden in this." Xuanzang's voice was steady and firm, like a small boat on a calm lake, giving people a sense of stability. He put his hands together, his eyes flashing with wisdom, as if he could see through all the fog in the world.

Sun Wukong snorted, his face showing disdain. He said: "It must be that Western guy who did something bad. I think this matter is not simple." Sun Wukong's words were full of confidence and decisiveness. His fiery eyes revealed a sharp light, as if he could see through all conspiracies and tricks. He folded his hands in front of his chest, and casually carried the golden hoop on his shoulder, looking majestic.

Lot thought for a moment, his eyes gleaming with wisdom. He said, "Your Majesty, why don't we investigate for you to see if there is any evil spirit at work. If we can find the root cause, it will relieve your Majesty's worries and give justice to the monk." Lot's voice was gentle and powerful, full of confidence and determination. He raised his chin slightly and looked at the king firmly, as if conveying a kind of strength to the king.

The king hesitated for a moment, with a tangled look on his face. Finally, he nodded and said, "Well, if you can really solve this mystery, I will revoke the order to expel the monks." The king's voice was a little helpless, but also revealed a glimmer of hope. He raised his head slightly, looking at Xuanzang and others with expectation, as if waiting for them to solve this mystery that had troubled him for a long time.

Roth and his friends guessed that it was probably those bald donkeys from the West who cast a spell on the king of Yuhua State, causing him to have nightmares, which caused the king to lose his vitality and become extremely weak.

"That's easy. My flaming eyes can see through everything." Sun Wukong's eyes shone with golden light, which instantly covered the king of Yuhuazhou like a sharp sword. After a moment, Sun Wukong frowned, with a puzzled look on his face. He said, "It's really strange. There is a faint evil spirit on the king. There must be a demon." Sun Wukong's words were full of affirmation. His flaming eyes seemed to be able to see through all evil.

"Wukong, let me come." Xuanzang knew that Sun Wukong had not revealed the truth, and that the evil spirit was now in the body of the King of Yuhuazhou. Xuanzang slowly recited the scriptures, and a golden Buddha light emanated from his body. Countless obscure golden Sanskrit words surrounded Xuanzang's body, like countless golden butterflies dancing. Those golden Sanskrit words gradually turned into a golden rope, which went straight into the body of the King of Yuhuazhou.

"I've caught him." Xuanzang closed his eyes, and he pulled the rope made of Buddhist scriptures. He saw a black figure being bound tightly by the golden rope. The black figure kept struggling, making shrill cries, but he could not break free from the rope of Buddha's light.

Everyone looked closely and saw that it was a ghost-like monster with a hideous face and an evil aura. The king was terrified when he saw the monster, and his face turned pale as paper in an instant. "This... Is this the culprit that caused me nightmares?" The king's voice trembled, full of fear and surprise.

Xuanzang nodded slightly and said, "Your Majesty, this evil spirit has been haunting you, causing you to have nightmares and seriously damaging your vitality. Now that we have captured it, your nightmares will be gone." Xuanzang's voice was calm and gentle, like a spring breeze on the face, giving people a sense of security.

Sun Wukong's eyes were wide open and he shouted at the monster, "You monster, how dare you cause trouble here? Let me show you how I, Sun Wukong, can deal with you." As he said that, he raised his golden cudgel and was about to hit the monster.

Xuanzang hurriedly stopped Sun Wukong and said, "Wait a minute, Wukong. We need to first find out if there is any other force behind this monster." Xuanzang's eyes were full of caution and worry. He knew very well that this matter was not as simple as it seemed, and there might be a bigger conspiracy behind it.

Sun Wukong pointed his golden hoop at the demon. Sun Wukong saw that this guy was actually a demon. After the demon died, it turned into a ghost, so it was called a demon. "Tell me who asked you to enter the king's dream and turn into a monk to scare him. If you don't tell me, I will beat you to death with a stick." Sun Wukong's words were full of threats. His fiery eyes revealed an angry light, as if he could burn the demon to ashes in an instant.

The demon ghost trembled all over under the threat of the golden hoop, but still said stubbornly: "Hmph, don't even think about getting any information from me. I would rather die than tell you." The demon ghost's voice was full of stubbornness and fear, and there was a hint of determination on his ferocious face.

Sun Wukong laughed in anger: "You are such a fool, I want to see how long you can keep your mouth shut." As he spoke, the golden cudgel shook slightly, and a strong pressure enveloped the demon. Sun Wukong's momentum was like a towering mountain, pressing the demon so hard that it could not breathe.

"Wukong, I told you to let me come." Xuanzang stopped Sun Wukong and began to question the monster. The monster was still stubborn under the rope of Buddha's light and refused to say a word. Seeing this, Xuanzang increased the intensity of his chanting, and the Buddha's light became stronger, and the monster twisted its body in pain.

After Xuanzang increased the intensity of his recitation, the demon finally couldn't stand the powerful pressure of the Buddha's light, and cried out miserably: "Stop! Stop! I'll tell you, I'll tell you!" The demon's voice was full of pain and fear, and his hideous face was twisted together, as if he was enduring great torture.

Xuanzang slowed down his chanting and looked at the demon ghost solemnly. The demon ghost panted heavily, fear in his eyes, and slowly said, "I was originally a demon from the West. I committed a crime and was beaten to death by the Eighteen Arhats. My soul went to the underworld and was imprisoned in the Eighteen Hells by Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, and turned into a demon ghost. A year ago, Guanyin Bodhisattva found me and told me to possess the king of Yuhuazhou and enter his dream, and turn into a monk to seize the throne, so that he would be afraid of monks and drive all monks out of Yuhuazhou."

"It was indeed Tathagata and the others who did it." Anger flashed across Sun Wukong's face, his fiery eyes revealing a strong dissatisfaction.

"Your Majesty, the situation is clear. This incident was done by Guanyin of the South China Sea, and it should be under the order of Tathagata." There was a hint of heaviness in Xuanzang's voice. He frowned slightly, his eyes full of worry.

The king's face changed drastically upon hearing this, with shock and anger intertwined on his face. "It was actually... It was done by Bodhisattva Guanyin? What should I do? Aren't they Buddhas? Aren't they kind? My Yuhua Prefecture is a subordinate prefecture of Tianzhu. Before this, we treated Buddhists with courtesy. Why did they want to punish me?" The king's voice was full of confusion and anger. His shaking hands were clenched together, as if he was trying to control his emotions. His eyes were full of confusion, not knowing how to face this sudden truth.
