Chapter 14 A Wonderful Group of Two

"Uncle, listen to me. I was forced into a big problem by a nasty guy. What's even more troublesome is that the woman who caused the problem is unwilling to let me save her. She has to wait for that bastard who may not come out. My husband is protecting me. If this continues, that woman will be killed. Now, uncle, what should I do?"

Loki's face turned slightly red after drinking, and he dropped his wine glass on the bar, complaining and asking loudly to a completely unknown uncle next to him.

The uncle who was drinking silently looked confused and didn't understand anything. But when someone asked, he couldn't pretend to ignore it and replied: "Since it's a matter entrusted by the annoying guy, just don't do it."

"Ruthless" Loki glared and yelled, "I really didn't expect that uncle, you have thick eyebrows and big eyes, but you are so cold and heartless in your bones. Are the lives of mother and child so worthless in your eyes?"

"Hey" the uncle was even more confused.

Loki took another sip of wine and said drunkenly, "Is there no other good way, uncle?"

Don't ask me, the bearded uncle groaned inwardly, and learned from the previous experience, he said: "How about knocking him out and taking him away?"

"Idiot," he yelled, the smell of alcohol rolling out of his mouth, "She is a pregnant woman who is more than nine months pregnant and is about to give birth. You ignore her wishes and take her away by force. What if she gets emotional and gives birth prematurely?"

Then don't ask me, the bearded man felt aggrieved. When he thought of things at home, he felt that life was hopeless, and two lines of tears silently flowed from his eyes.

When Loki saw this, his attitude changed again. He put his hand on his shoulder and said with a smile: "Uncle, you seem to be a person with stories. Come on, don't say anything. If you have wine today, you will get drunk today. Cheers."

"Cheers." The uncle grabbed the wine glass and bumped it hard. The two beer glasses made a loud sound.

The two of them raised their heads and drank.

This is the Fantasy Tavern on Center Street. Every night, oil lamps are lit, where a group of drunkards gather with each other and brag.

"Who called me Red Nose?" A shout came from behind, vaguely, as if it was far away.

The drunk Loki reluctantly moved his face away from the bar and looked back. In the center of the bar illuminated by lights, a young man was yelling.

Ah, it's a bit familiar. He blinked. His sleepy mind became more and more intense. Before his thoughts could be sorted out, the boy suddenly stopped shouting and jumped off the table. His figure was immediately submerged by the adults.

Feeling so sleepy, Loki yawned, landed heavily on the counter, and fell asleep.

At the door of the tavern, a young man with a red nose suddenly ran out and knocked the man down. Before the man could curse, he had already run away and hid directly in the shadow between two buildings, gasping for air.

"Bucky."

"Yeah" he screamed and jumped out of the shadow. When he saw the speaker, he quickly patted his chest and said dissatisfied: "You kid, you don't make any sound when you walk. Is it a cat? Damn it, you scared me to death."

The speaker is not too old, about seventeen or eighteen years old, with light green hair combed back. He is wearing a suit. His figure is thin and slender. His pursed lips make his face a little indifferent, but it is easier to attract those girls who don't know the world. Happy.

"It's so rare that you are so scared."

"Hey, kid Crow, I'm not scared at all. I was just a little shocked when I saw an acquaintance." Bucky's face turned red, echoing his big red nose.

Crowe's eyes narrowed slightly, revealing the sharpness of the blade, "Oh, I'm curious, who is your acquaintance?"

Bucky snorted, his eyes covered with haze, and said solemnly: "I advise you, it's best not to provoke that guy."

That guy is a monster who can compete with the captain, he added silently in his mind.

Even though the captain had been dead for a little more than five years, Bucky could still recall the past on that ship, including that bastard Shanks, Uncle Rayleigh, and Captain Roger.

He also remembered clearly the enemies of that ship, the Golden Lion, the White Beard, the Alone Red, and the Bloody Loki.

Among them, the person he fears the most is Whitebeard, a monster who can fight two enemies and is undoubtedly the strongest pirate in the world.

Loki is not as good as that one. <b
