American Comics Dark Supergirl

Chapter 60 The Battle for the Mayor

After being stunned for a few seconds, Gordon reacted first and pointed his gun at Batman: "You son of a bitch! Are you with them? Did you capture my daughter?"

Gordon has no ability to think at all. Before, Batman fought with the mayor's men, how could he now become a member of the mayor's group?

Gordon took a few steps closer: "Where is she?"

Batman was calm and bold, and Gordon was so focused that he even slapped the revolver he was holding tightly in front of Gordon.

Without the threat of the pistol, Batman stepped forward and clamped Gordon's arm, trying to calm him down: "I don't know anything about your daughter."

Gordon was tightly entangled by Batman, unable to move his arms, and did not waste that strength with Batman.

He hit Batman's head with the back of his head, pulled his arm free, turned around and punched Batman: "My daughter has been kidnapped, she is locked up here!"

Gordon fights, and he doesn't forget to explain his daughter's affairs.

Batman didn't want to waste time dealing with Gordon. He also wanted to find the birthday boy. After dodging Gordon's fist, he knocked him to the ground with an elbow: "I didn't do that. I'm going to find the birthday boy."

"Ahhhh!"

The girl's panicked cry stopped the two men's movements.

"Barbara?" Gordon heard his daughter's cry, and regardless of the pain in his body, he immediately stood up and followed the source of the sound.

Batman followed Gordon, and Bullock on the other side also heard the sound and rushed over.

The birthday boy is a serial killer who has done countless dirty jobs for Mayor Copperpot.

He would go out looking for prey when he had nothing to do, looking for girls under 20 years old and enjoying the moment of killing them.

Wearing a small birthday hat and a brown cloth mask. He is two meters tall, with an arm circumference of over 50 centimeters. His arms are always congested, and the veins on them are all exposed. His body shape is like an upright adult brown bear.

The appearance of such a birthday boy in Barbara's eyes was like the arrival of a demon.

Barbara screamed loudly, making the birthday boy even more excited.

Holding a large and sharp fruit knife, the birthday boy walked slowly towards Barbara: "Now I have made a wish, but we can't tell anyone."

Barbara's hands were tied, and her legs were not bound, so she couldn't escape from the locked cabin.

The birthday boy's big hands immediately grabbed Barbara's hair, causing her to kneel on the ground, pulling her back to expose her neck and waiting for the blood to appear.

"Where, damn, damn, damn."

The maze-like building made it impossible for Gordon to find Barbara.

Unlike the anxious Gordon, Batman clung to the wall and listened to the sound with his ears, and soon he discovered the location of the sound source.

"what are you doing?"

Gordon saw Batman take a few steps back and leaned forward, as if he was going to hit the wall.

He didn't give Gordon any explanation and started running directly into the wall in front of him.

Seeing that the wall was broken open, Gordon immediately ran over to look inside the wall, and then stayed with Batman.

The birthday boy, who was more than two meters tall, was holding a giant knife and slashed at a woman wearing a black pilot hat and hat goggles. She was dressed in black and had a bat logo on her chest.

This woman, who Gordon thought was a relative of the Batman next to him, held the blade that was slashing at her between her fingers.

The birthday boy's arms were still swelling, his arms and legs were still growing, but he couldn't pull the knife out of her hand.

"Come here Barbara!" Gordon picked up the pistol and motioned for his daughter to come over.

"The killing game is over."

The Batgirl's other hand was pointed forward and flicked, and the birthday boy who was still pulling out the knife was flicked outside.

"The cloak is nice, I want it."

A familiar voice sounded, and just as Batman was about to ask something, he noticed a black cloak appearing behind Batgirl, which looked very much like his cloak.

Looking back, Batman found that his cape was gone. Then he turned to look forward, and the man had disappeared.

Bullock cautiously poked his head out, and only then spoke out after spotting Gordon: "What's going on, Gordon? This big hole,,,,,"

Gordon's focus is now entirely on his daughter, and he has no time to talk to Bullock.

The birthday boy collapsed on the grass, unconscious.

Kara, pretending to be Batgirl, stood next to the birthday boy. In order to prevent him from waking up, she grabbed his neck and smashed it to the ground, ensuring that he would be unconscious for a long time.

Taking Batman's cape and putting it on, Kara felt that the costume was instantly infused with soul. Sure enough, the cape was the real thing.

"Would you like to change to a more advanced cloak, one that can glide and be bulletproof." Batman came over and Kara gave him some advice.

"Why take action?" Batman kept a certain distance from Kara.

"Quite simply, you wasted your time."

Kara turned her head, the moonlight reflecting off her goggles so Batman couldn't see her eyes.

Adhering to the principle of not saying too much, Kara took off and left, leaving Batman thinking in place.

When Gordon and the others came out, Batman entered the building again.

"Call someone to find the Dante brothers and sisters. If such a serial killer is caught by us, it will undoubtedly be a big blow to Copperpot."

Bullock looked good, and catching such a serial murderer would make him more famous.

"This credit is not ours, it belongs to Batman and Batgirl." Gordon made the call after handcuffing the birthday boy and putting his daughter into the car.

Soon police and a large number of reporters arrived in Arkham, reporting on the arrest of the serial killer's birthday boy.

Batman stopped at the basement door as more and more people gathered outside.

"Bruce, how's it going?"

"Demons" real demons. "

"what?"

With a room full of corpses in sight, Bruce took off his hood and suppressed his emotions to speak to Alfred.

"Let me tell you when I get back."

A large number of footsteps reminded him to leave here. Bruce, who put on his hood, thought of what Kara had said before, and he couldn't spend any time in the room.

The next day, news about the birthday boy took the top spot, and the serial killer's crotchless pants were investigated.

"The police chief declined to confirm Batman's involvement and what speculation they have about the masked hero's true identity."

"Next news, there is news that the serial killer Birthday Boy was hired by senior government officials and specifically selected the officials' daughters to target. The police department is still verifying the identities of the large number of corpses found in Arkham."

Apart from Kara, who was sleeping soundly, there were many, many people watching the news.

A roaring Copperpot, a stone-faced Lucius Fox making a Batarang, and a Bruce Wayne preparing to meet Jessica.
