Mystic Wizard in Azeroth

Chapter 182: Mage, alien (part 2)

Time came in the blink of an eye in February 2005, the Gotham Wayne House.

Along with the knock on the door, Alfred's voice rang outside the door: "Master Bruce, are you ready?"

"Come on, Afu." Bruce Wayne, wearing a straight suit, closed the book in his hand and broke the magic in his hand. After he opened the door of his house, the loyal old butler walked in, a white light flashed in his pale blue pupils.

Alfred looked at the only heir of the Wayne family, who had grown up in front of him, and sorted out the somewhat crooked bow for him. Then his eyes were red. He immediately took off his glasses and wiped it, smiling. He said: "Master, today is your eighteenth birthday party. Looking at you now, the wife and the master must be very pleased. By the way, Master, will the two of Salem come?"

"I don't know, Afu." Bruce Wayne shook his head. "But Mr. Aristophane said that you don't care about him and Diana. They are going to Kansas today. If they can catch up, they should come."

"I understand, but the time is almost up. Let's go down, Master, Miss Zatanna has been waiting for you early."

Bruce laughed blankly and followed Ah Fu out. Before leaving, he turned his head and glanced at the bookshelf behind him, and then closed the door. No one noticed that a heavy book flashed with blue light on the bookshelf behind him.

On the other side, in the middle of the United States, Aristophanes and Diana are driving along an asphalt road.

"Aristophane, why did you suddenly think of coming to Kansas?" Diana looked at the bare fields on the side of the road, some unmelted remnants of snow still left on the ground, "You even called me on purpose? Today? But Bruce’s birthday, won’t you celebrate it for him?"

"I don't think Bruce cares about whether we go or not," Aristophane held the steering wheel. "But you are right. When we finish dealing with things here, we will send it over."

"You haven't said yet, why did you come to Kansas?" Diana put her slender legs on the front desk and turned to ask.

"I am looking for someone."

"Find someone?"

"Yes, find someone who can compare with you, or an alien, and exchange some information with him about the knowledge I need."

Hearing this, Diana became interested, her eyes flashed, but her face showed an expression of disbelief: "Couldn’t the alien you mentioned be the's' we investigated before, right? He looks like a human at all!"

"Who said that aliens can't look like humans?" Aristophane knew that Diana didn't believe it, and he didn't explain it. The "s" would naturally satisfy her when she arrived.

The two drove into a small town, and Diana saw the location sign that flashed past: Smallwell.

After asking passers-by about the location of Kent Farm, they continued to drive west and leave the town.

"You said that ‘s’ lives on Kent Farm?" Diana held a steaming tortilla in her hand, and the rich aroma filled the carriage.

"If my guess is correct, it should be." Aristophanes said while looking at the sign on the roadside, "This is it, we are here."

Diana looked up and saw the black "KENT" on the old white mailbox, and a common two-story building was faintly visible in the distance.

Aristophane drove into the muddy dirt road, and soon the two stopped at the door of the slightly old wooden house.

Hearing the movement outside the house, a slightly old middle-aged woman with messy brown-red hair opened the door and walked out.

"Is this the home of Jonathan Kent and Martha Kent?"

"I am Martha Kent, may I ask you who are you?" Mrs. Kent asked, standing on the stairs, tightening her coat.

"We are from Salem, Salem, Massachusetts." Aristophane said gently, "I came here specially for you and Jonathan's child Clark Kent. Would you mind if we go in and talk?"

Martha Kent was a little nervous, but still invited the two people in front of her into the cabin and poured them hot tea.

Then she couldn't wait to ask Aristophanes: "Clark... what happened to him?"

Aristophane smiled and shook his head: "Don't worry, Mrs. Kent, Clark has nothing to do with him. On the contrary, he has saved many people with his ability. I have to say that you and Mr. Jonathan have educated him very well. ."

Martha was relieved to hear this, but her face faded at the same time: "Since Jonathan died in an accident, Clark has become more and more taciturn, and last year he left without saying goodbye. To be honest, I am worried about him."

Diana looked around the slightly gloomy room at this time, the broken wooden floor, and the old TV from the old days, no different from other ordinary American farm families.

It seems that Martha hasn't talked to others for a long time, and is now eloquently telling the story of Clark Kent to Aristophanes.

"Mrs. Kent, is it convenient to take us to see Jonathan's grave?"

Martha nodded, got up and walked out, Diana and Aristophanes quickly followed.

"This land belongs to the Kent family. Clark's favorite thing before is sitting on the top of the barn over there and watching the sunset." Martha pointed at the tall barn top to them as they walked.

"It looks like the person you are waiting for is not at home, Aristophanes." Diana whispered.

Aristophane looked at the distant fields, then looked up at the sky: "That's not necessarily true, Diana."

Soon they arrived at the cemetery of Jonathan Kent.

"That's it." Martha Kent looked sadly at the tombstone in front of her, which read: Jonathan Kent, 1951-1997.

"Sorrow, ma'am." Diana couldn't help but comfort.

"It's okay, two. I'll go back first." Martha Kent held back her tears, turned and walked back to the second floor cabin.

Aristophane stared at the tombstone, and Diana stood beside him, with a long shadow on the ground.

"Since you are here, you don't have to hide," Aristophane suddenly raised his head and said to the distance, "I know you can hear it, Clark Kent."

What Diana was about to say, a strong figure suddenly appeared in front of the two.

"Who are you? Why do you want to check me?" His face was beard and dusty, but his eyes were as bright as stars.

"My name is Aristophanes and she is Diana. We are here to make a deal with you."

"Look for a deal with me? As you can see, I'm just the son of a farmer. There is nothing I can trade with you. Please leave!"

"What if it is related to your life experience?"

"What did you say?" Clark became excited immediately, unable to control his power anymore.

And Diana immediately felt the terrifying strength of the young man in front of him, even more pressured than when facing the God of War.

But Diana was not afraid at all. She immediately took off her coat, revealing the armor inside. Just as she was about to take out her spear and shield to fight him, Aristophan stopped her.

"Take a deep breath and control your power, Clark!" The wizard mage also returned to his original shape, holding the ebony cold and said, "I mean I have news of your biological parents and your home planet in my hand."

"Huh," Clark took a strong breath, and Diana saw a cold mist spray out of his mouth and the temperature around him dropped a lot.

"What do you want?" Clark Kent regained his composure again.

"Some technologies, some technologies from your home planet."

"Technology? What technology?" Clark asked.

"Don't worry~www.wuxiaspot.com~ What I want is not weapons, but some techniques for deep space travel and human training."

Clark replied happily, "Yes, but as you can see, I have nothing now."

"There will be, Clark, as long as you follow my method, you will know everything."

The young man nodded, and then he couldn't help being curious: "Then what are you? Elf? Did you just take the magic wand?"

Aristophane put away his staff and released himself a disguise spell again: "Yes, Clark, as you can see, I am an elf mage."

"I thought those were fairy tales..."

"My story will be told later. Now this Miss Diana has something to tell you." After Aristophane finished speaking, he retreated behind Diana, and Clark fixed his gaze on Diana who was eager to try.

"Clark Kent, I am Diana, the princess of Amazon, the queen of the future, I can feel your power, come and fight!"
