Even though the [Shadow clone] might be mutating, Ajax didn't rely much on it. So, even without that skill, Ajax had enough confidence in defeating the guardians of the other halls.

Even though his Abyssal beast god bloodline could last for an hour, Ajax didn't want to waste a single minute in it. Therefore, he chose to challenge the second hall.

As soon as Ajax chose to continue challenging, he disappeared from the Horned Nether Hog's hall and reappeared in the next hall.

'It looks like there is no change in the scenery in the halls from the first level.'

Since Ajax had cleared 10 halls in the first level of the battle tower, he was able to tell that other than the strength of the hall guardians, everything remained the same.

Looking at the water terrain and narrow bridge to the other end of the land where a huge brown-coloured lizard was sleeping peacefully until Ajax appeared in the hall.

Seeing Ajax, the monstrous lizard roared at him before jumping into the water.

Hiding inside the water, the lizard released mudshots at Ajax.

Ajax was already waiting for the brown lizard's attack. So, he dodged it without much effeort.

Once the monstrous brown lizard enters the world, it becomes invisible. So, Ajax waited until it attacked him to pinpoint its location.

Without any surprise, he found the location of the lizard and used 'Teleport' to appear behind the monster.

"Absolute Darkness."

The monstrous brown lizard was ferocious on the surface; however, it had the weakest spirit consciousness. So, Ajax didn't use the 'Advanced spatial blades'; instead, he used Absolute Darkness which didn't require Ajax to pinpoint the exact location.

'As long as it is within the 10 meters radius, it will be affected by my skill.'

With a slight smile on his face, Ajax waited for the brown lizard to twitch in the water because of his skill.

As he expected, the brown lizard was affected by his [Absolute Darkness] and started twitching itself in the water.

After twitching in the water for a bit, the huge brown lizard's body floated to the surface and it didn't know any movement. Obviously, it was dead.

All of a sudden, the battle tower's voice resounded in the hall, giving Ajax a pleasant surprise.

Initially, Ajax thought after the brown lizard was affected by the Absolute Darkness, he could use his other skills to kill it easily; however, he didn't expect that the brown lizard had already died because of Absolute Darkness.

'Who cares how weak its spirit consciousness is. As long as I get the reward, I am happy with it.'

Even though Ajax didn't what's the use of 'Sacred Dragon Fruit', he could tell it was not a regular item. So, he revealed a slight smile and hurriedly checked his inventory.

In the inventory, he saw a red-coloured fruit that had a dragon insignia on it.

Item name: Sacred Dragon Fruit.

Use: The fruit that could help the spirit beasts increase their cultivation to the king realm.

Note: 1) It is very effective towards the dragon-type spirit beasts.

2) It can only be consumed by the spirit beasts below the bestial king realm.

Soon, the information about the fruit appeared in front of him.

However, Ajax was disappointed by it because he was expecting some kind of heaven-defying usage from the Sacred Dragon Fruit.

Soon, Ajax appeared in a new hall where a masked humanoid being was waiting for him with a huge scythe in his hands.

"I have been waiting for you. You are lucky to be defeated in the first level but here my strength is upgraded to 50 percent of my original strength. Let's see how you are going to defeat me this time…keke."

As soon as he finished his words, the masked reaper rushed toward Ajax with an eerie chuckle.
