There are beasts and birds in all things. Beasts grow from unicorns, and birds grow from phoenixes. The phoenix has the spirit of mating and breeds peacocks and rocs.

The Buddhas rushed to hear the sound, and the Tathagata was about to kill the peacock, but was stopped by the Buddhas. They all said: "Buddha, you drilled out of her body, just like a human being gives birth to a child. She is your mother. Hurting her is tantamount to hurting her." Mother, please save her life."

Tathagata agreed, and named her the mother of the Buddha Peacock Daming King Bodhisattva, and has been enshrined to this day.

Besides, when the peacock saw Tathagata, he said calmly: "As far as I know, Jin Chan has almost arrived at Lingshan, but I haven't heard you tell me about it."

Tathagata flashed his eyes and said with a smile: "It's not easy to disturb mother with such a small matter."

Peacock said coldly: "I'm afraid this is your wishful thinking. Even I can't figure out Jin Chan's thoughts, and you are the same. Otherwise, how could you send him into reincarnation because he didn't listen to the scriptures?"

Tathagata's face darkened slightly, and he said: "Mother, don't worry about this matter, I have my own reasons."

The peacock raised his head and smiled, and the laughter echoed in the empty hall, and said: "I, the mother of the Buddha, is not as good as any of your disciples, you don't kill me, you just want to maintain a compassionate image in the three realms, and you are What kind of virtue, I know very well."

Tathagata didn't move his eyebrows, and said: "Mother's words are serious."

Peacock said: "Since I had no choice but to surrender to you, I have gotten used to abstaining from killing and eating people, so I have nothing to complain about."

Tathagata smiled and said: "Since there is nothing else, I will take my leave."

The peacock didn't respond, and Tathagata didn't care, and the golden light had already left.

The peacock leaned against the Baolian Terrace, kept the same posture, and remained motionless for a long time, thinking of someone in her heart.

She suddenly murmured: "Jinchan, we haven't seen each other for a long time, do you miss me? Sigh..."

She turned around lightly, and the colorful light flashed, turning into a A young girl in her twenties and eight years, this girl is dressed like a royal princess, she is charming and pure and charming.

On the lotus platform of the seven treasures, the Tathagata had a gloomy face, thought for a long time, and suddenly called out: "Ananda, Kasyapa!"

Ananda, the two venerable Kasyapa appeared at the call, and they clasped together and said, "What is the sacred instruction of the Buddha?"

Tathagata said: "You two, ride the clouds separately, and go to Xuan Wutai to Manjusri and Puxian from Mount Emei to see me."

"Yes!" Ananda and Kassapa had already attracted two Bodhisattvas, Manjusri and Samantabhadra, without a cup of tea.

The two clasped together and said, "What is the Buddha calling for?"

"Here we come!" Manjusri and Puxian whistled at the same time, and after a while, two giants, a green lion and an elephant, walked in quietly and fell down at the feet of their respective masters.

Manjusri and Puxian looked at each other, unable to guess what the Buddha was thinking.

Tathagata suddenly said: "You two Bodhisattvas, let your beasts ride down to the lower realm."

Tathagata said lightly: "Why?"

Manjusri said: "My young son has been restless recently, and even my master can hardly control it. Once he goes down to the realm, he will be destroyed."

Manjusri and Puxian couldn't take it anymore, they fell down on the ground at the same time, and said in unison: "I will follow the order of the Buddha."

Tathagata nodded in satisfaction, withdrew his coercion, and said lightly: "The two beasts you are worried about will go down to eat people, it is a trivial matter. There are so many humans, it doesn't matter if you eat a few, you don't need to worry about it."

Manjushri and Samantabhadra felt chilled when they heard the words, this is the true face of the Western Buddha, who is the only one who respects himself, who treats human life like nothing, and the cruelty in his bones is heinous.

They neither dared to stand up, nor dared to raise their heads, and let the cold sweat drip from their foreheads to the ground, regretting in the depths of their hearts, why did the two of them betray Taoism and go to Tathagata, and now they are completely boarded by robbers , never come down again.

Only the Tathagata said again: "There is a kingdom of lions and camels in the human world. 500 years ago, the Dapeng, the son of the Phoenix, the younger brother of the Buddha's mother, and my uncle, ate the king of the lions and camels and all the civil and military officials. The size of the city is full." He also devoured all men and women, occupied the city, and the city was full of monsters."

Manjusri and Puxian were even more horrified when they heard it, and they didn't dare to speak out.

There was a smile on the Tathagata's face, and he said: "There is a lion camel cave near the lion camel country, and your two beast riders can make their homes in that cave. The roc will find them, and when the time comes , Jin Chan master and apprentice passed Shituoling, after the calamity, when Wukong comes to my Lingshan for help, I will call you to go and subdue your respective beast riders."

Tathagata maintained a smile on his face, with a cruel meaning in his smile, and slowly said: "The skeleton is like a mountain, and the bones are like a forest. Thousands of living people have been eaten. Manjusri, Puxian, this is your beast rider What you have done to human beings in Shituoling, you have always claimed to be innocent and spotless, are you satisfied now? Haha...haha..."

He laughed loudly, and the Qibao lotus platform emitted a blood-colored light, which lasted for a long time, and the demonic nature in his body could no longer be restrained, and it stained the world with blood.

On this day, the maple leaves were turning red, and Xuanzang and his group finally arrived at Shituoling.
