Chapter 15 15

Say goodbye to Tina and the others, and the two return home. After inspecting the store and seeing that everything was in order, Leo walked upstairs.

"Lucas?" Leo called from the stairs.

"In the studio." The voice came from upstairs.

Pushing open the half-closed door, Leo saw Lucas in a shirt fiddling with the camera. The air conditioner was on in the studio, and the temperature was very high.

"It's so hot." Leo gestured to find the remote control.

"Learn the lesson from last time. Take off your clothes and sit there." Lucas pointed to a padded high-legged high-back carved seat.

"Huh?" Leo froze.

"I remember you were wearing panties this morning. So, just the panties." Lucas said with a smirk.

"No." Leo slowly unbuttoned the cardigan.

"It's not the first time. It's okay to have this book to cover your private parts?" Lucas picked up a large dictionary.

"Okay." Leo took off all his clothes, leaving only his underwear, sat on a chair, took the dictionary and unfolded it, and put it on his lap, "What pose?"

"The left hand rests on the armrest, and the right hand rests on the book."

Lucas looked through the viewfinder, walked over to pull down the underwear, and touched it.He took a few steps back, looked at the camera again, and said, "You should take off your underwear, it's always a little bit exposed."

Leo is still not used to having sex in front of his lover.Looking at Leo, who was blushing slightly, Lucas went up and kissed him, lifted a page of the dictionary and put it in his hand: "Like this, don't move."

After snapping two, Lucas said, "Look up at me."

"Very well, look to your right." The morning light shone on Leo's body through the glass window, drawing light and shadow curves on his face.Lucas held his breath and took several pictures in a row.

"Baby, you are so beautiful." Lucas said, looking at the person in front of him.

"Are you ready?" Leo asked.

"You moved freely, and you were a little stiff just now." Lucas replied.

"Okay." Leo put his left hand down and lowered his head slightly.Lucas took two.Leo straightened his back, leaned on the back of the chair, and tilted his head slightly to the right, as if there was a person sitting obliquely below.Lucas felt that the dividing line of light and shadow in his action was very wonderful, so he took a few shots in succession.

"Can you hold this pose for a while?" Putting the camera down, Lucas said, "It feels great, I want to start drawing now."

Leo raised his left hand, indicating yes.

Lucas quickly pulled over the drawing board and began to outline the lines.

After half an hour.

"Can I move? My neck is stiff," Leo asked.

Lucas raised his left hand, his eyes still fixed on the canvas.

Leo twisted his neck a few times and pinched it.

"It's not easy being a model." Leo exhaled, "Do I still have to pose like I did just now?"

"No. I've already photographed it. The key points are finished, you can go to work." Lucas distractedly answered his question.

Leo was very surprised, he was not like this before. After getting dressed, Leo came over and stood behind him to watch. On the canvas, light brown lines outline the figures, and a few strokes vividly display the expressions and eyes.Leo couldn't help but sigh secretly.

"Then shall I go down?" Leo kissed Lucas sideways, lowered the temperature, and said, "I'll bring the food up at noon?"

"Okay. Thank you." Lucas waved his hand.

Once painting, Lucas's work and rest will be affected to some extent, although there is supervision. When he got up, Leo had already gone to work, and breakfast was on the table.Lucas was browsing the news on his mobile phone while eating breakfast.Well, it's NO.18.Silently thinking about the itinerary for the next week, Lucas decided to buy Christmas gifts for his mother today.Every Christmas, his mother always asks him to buy some dried flowers as condiments, and make all kinds of Chinese pastries and soups. It has become a routine, so when he received the message of "purchase as usual in previous years", Lucas knew what to do.

Checking the time, Lucas put on his coat, picked up the key and went out.

On the streets, many businesses have already decorated with festive lanterns and various spray-painted decorations, and the promotional signs have also been hung up.Lucas parked the car in front of a small shop at the corner of the street, got out of the car and went to buy the cooked food here.Buy some more and keep them at home.Thinking of Leo, Lucas felt a warm current in his heart.

Stop and go, the items on the list are almost bought, and there are two more items in a relatively remote place.Lucas parked the car around the corner. The shop is on the second floor of a residential building a little further inside, and there is a section of the road that is narrow, so he has to walk there in case of a car.

Turning the corner, there is a pickup truck parked in the back corridor of a building on the left front, and a young man is standing there smoking.Lucas didn't care, and was about to move forward, when suddenly he caught a glimpse of a familiar figure beside the man from the corner of his eye, Lucas turned his head and looked over, it was Leo.With his back on his back, he was talking to someone inside, his voice was very low, and he beckoned to the smoking young man to carry a long black box.Subconsciously, Lucas took a few steps back, chose a place with a good view and would not be noticed by them, and slowly poked his head out to observe.

The black box seemed to be very heavy. Two people carefully carried it into the car. Then, Leo took a dark green bag from the person inside and put it in the car.The young man has been keeping watch outside. Finally, Leo went in for a while, and came out with a paper bag and a ceramic pot. The two jumped into the car and drove out.A middle-aged man came out of the store, looked around, and then went back.

When no one could be seen, Lucas walked out slowly, squinting at the location, which seemed to be the back door of a shop.Lucas strolled to the front of the street, which was a grocery store, and the middle-aged man he saw just now greeted the shopping customers at the door.Lucas walked over and looked at the various seasonings and sauces on one side of the stall, and daily necessities on the other side. The owner greeted him warmly, with a little native accent in his substandard French, which is common in this area.Seeing nothing unusual, Lucas bought two things at random, and the shopkeeper handed them to him in a paper bag.Lucas brushed his fingers intentionally, nothing out of the ordinary.Thank you, Lucas turned and left.

Putting the purchased things in the trunk, Lucas leaned on the seat and looked at the grocery store opposite. The shop owner and clerks have been busy welcoming customers and the business is very good.More than an hour later, Lucas drove away.

When I got home, it was past noon.Carrying things into the kitchen, Lucas saw a post-it note on the refrigerator. "Call me when you come back, I'm afraid the food will be cold." Leo has been here.

"Hi, baby, I'm back. Yes." After hanging up the phone and tidying up the shopping, Lucas went to the bedroom to change his clothes. When he came out, Leo had already entered the door.

"I thought you were painting upstairs, I don't want you to go out." Leo said while setting up the lunch box.

"I went to buy ingredients for Christmas for my mother. She makes a bunch of Chinese specialties every year, so I went to Chinatown." Lucas said, staring at Leo.

Leo still smiled and said, "Really? I just went there to buy goods this morning. Go get the tableware? Stewed ribs."

Lucas turned and went into the kitchen. He couldn't see the difference, but he couldn't let the doubt in his heart disappear.Depressing this question for now, Lucas took out the cutlery.

"I bought some Luojia sauce meat, which is in the refrigerator." Lucas sat down.

"Is it the one at the crossroads in Chinatown?" Leo put a bowl of corn ribs soup in front of Lucas. "His shop sells a limited amount every day. I was wondering if I could make a reservation. It's just right."

"Mom loves to eat, so I buy a lot every time. You keep the ones in the refrigerator for Christmas." Lucas took a sip of the soup, which was rich and sweet with corn flavor.

"How long are you going to be away?"

"About ten days, come back after New Year's Day." Lucas paused and said, "Maybe earlier."

"Oh, don't worry, I still have colleagues and friends, you can spend time with your family." Leo said, "By the way, when are you free before you leave? I want to take you to see a Chinese medicine practitioner."

"No. 20, both in the morning and in the afternoon."

"Okay." Leo quickly finished his meal, went downstairs, and soon brought a brown clay pot.Lucas felt a little familiar.

"This is the medicinal wine brewed from my family's secret recipe to treat joint pain. I will rub it on after you massage at night. It just smells strong." Leo went upstairs carrying the medicine jar.

Watching his back disappear around the corner, Lucas slowly put the last bite of rice into his mouth, feeling a sense of joy in his heart.

That night, Lucas knew that the medicinal wine was really pungent, and it was hot when rubbed on his body. With Leo rubbing it vigorously, Lucas felt that a piece of skin was about to burn.

Leo opened the window to diffuse the smell.

"How do you feel?" Leo asked, turning around.

"It's burning, but it's very comfortable." Lucas rubbed his nose, "This smell is very refreshing."

"Haha, I got used to it slowly. The medicine is strong enough to penetrate into the skin. I'll wash it off." Leo went into the bathroom.

His body was hot, Lucas simply got up and put on his clothes.

"I'll go up and draw. Go to bed first." Lucas hugged Leo from behind and went upstairs.Immersing himself in the art world will make him forget some worldly troubles. He didn't recover until Leo came up and told him to sleep.

"Good morning." Leo kissed him on the forehead, got up and opened the closet, and helped Lucas find clothes: "The weather has changed, so wear something thicker. How about this black turtleneck sweater?"

"Okay." Lucas sat up, took the clothes and put them on his upper body, pulled Leo to hug him, and put his head on his shoulder. "The left side of my head hurts."

While supporting the large koala, Leo asked, "Where? This way?"

"Well, go down a little bit." Lucas narrowed his eyes.

"Did the windows not close last night? I caught a cold." Patting Lucas on the back, Leo pushed him away and said, "Get up and wash up, and I'll make ginger tea for you."

"What?" Lucas asked as he pulled on his pants.

"Dispel the cold." After saying that, Leo disappeared outside the door.

After Lucas was fully dressed, he sat at the dining table, and Leo put down a bowl of steaming red-brown soup in front of him.

"Add lemon and brown sugar, drink it while it's hot. Breakfast is in the pot. If you go out, remember to wear a hat." Leo closed the windows of the living room. "What do you want for lunch?"

"Spaghetti, tomato sauce, and fried fish fillets." Lucas took a sip, a little hot.

"Okay. I'll tell you to go down and eat or bring it up?" Leo stood at the door.

"Wait for you to come up and eat together."

Leo nodded at him and went down.Lucas touched the outside of the bowl, which was a little hot, and felt that this bowl could be used as breakfast after drinking it.
