The vampire diaries
Chapter 91
Damon leaned over and hugged Amber's waist possessively, "What are you talking about?"
"Don't watch so closely." Lexi poured him a glass of wine.
"I'm worried about you doing bad things to her." Damon drank his drink with a smile, "This kind of thing is absolutely forbidden."
Lexi shook her head and walked off with the bottle.
"What did you do?" Amber sniffed his collar, "It smells like blood."
"Did something bad."
"Oh." Amber nodded and played with the cup in boredom.
Damon waited for a long time and didn't see her asking a question, so he could only say, "I'm helping Liz find the vampire in the town."
"Yourself?" Amber asked the bartender, putting the glass aside, "Do you have orange juice? With ice."
"I want to be with you for the rest of my life." Damon drank the remaining half of her glass of wine, "If you hang up too early, there will be no drama."
"Really?" Amber raised her eyebrows, "Wait and see, what are they doing?"
She was referring to the group of police officers who took away a man in black, "You?"
"I found it by accident, other vampires." Damon took a sip of the orange juice the bartender had just brought and stood up. "I'll see if they need help."
Passing by the surprised Lexi, Damon said to her secretly: "Are you lucky? It was originally yours."
Putting the empty wine bottle on the table, Lexi was furious, "He's really bad!"
"It's okay after all." Amber ordered another bottle of tequila, "I'll make amends, I think you should come here less, the two of you are at odds."
Lexi pointed to the bottle of wine, "That's it?"
"Drink whatever you want." Amber beckoned and asked the bartender to take another bottle, took out her wallet and was about to pay the bill. After thinking about it, she said, "This lady's consumption tonight will be charged to Damon's account."
Problems that can be solved with money are not problems, Amber thought.
"I like this." Lexi gave her a thumbs up, "I'll get drunk tonight."
"Be careful, I'll go and see my friend when he's drunk." Amber saw that Caroline in the crowd was a bit unsteady when she was drunk.
"Caroline, why are you so drunk?" Amber helped her to the nearest booth and sat down, "Are you okay?"
"I haven't sobered up from the wine last night..." Caroline looked at her with a smile, "Aren't you going to accompany Damon?"
"If you don't wake up, you will be the headline of tomorrow's social edition. The young girl died of alcohol poisoning and rescue efforts failed." Amber held her body steady, "Send you home?"
Caroline pushed her away and took two staggered steps, "You all don't love me, stay away from me!"
"I really love you..." Amber hurriedly helped her out, "Come on, I'll take you home."
And Caroline woke up in a daze and found Amber clutching her chest and screaming when she changed into her pajamas and lay beside her disheveled Amber.
Liz ran over and pushed the door open, "What happened?"
"Good morning." Amber rubbed her eyes thinking it was dawn.
"Why are you still dressed like this, Amber..." It's absolutely normal to be self-oriented! Caroline was sure.
"You've been drinking all night, and Amber took care of you all night, thank you." Liz closed the door and went back to catch up on sleep.
"It's not yet dawn, Caroline." Amber pulled back the quilt that she had snatched most of, "Sleep for a while."
"Why didn't you come home last night?" Mandy found Amber who didn't come home that night in front of the locker.
"Caroline was drunk, crying and yelling that she wouldn't let me go, and I was also very distressed." Amber pointed to herself, "This dress still belongs to Caroline!"
At this time Caroline came over, "Don't mention the embarrassing things again!"
In the afternoon, Damon drove a high-profile sports car to pick Amber up from school. As soon as Amber put on her seat belt, she heard someone call her name. It was the new history teacher Alaric Saltzman.
"Michaelson, you need to make up a paper on that long vacation you took before Halloween."
Amber looked at him in surprise, "Aren't you kidding me? I have a note."
"I'm serious." Alaric nodded, "But don't worry, just leave it to me before the end of this semester. Is this your boyfriend?"
"Hmm." Amber nodded, "What about the thesis topic?"
"Um, I think school should be over now." Alaric glanced at Damon nonchalantly, "I'll probably be at the Grill tonight."
Damon's expression was not very good, "I have to interject when I hear this, is it really okay for a teacher to invite beautiful female students to the bar on the grounds of the topic of the thesis?"
Being choked up so directly, Alaric was a little embarrassed, "It's nothing else, you can also call Jeremy Gilbert, he also needs to make up the paper."
"I see." Amber nodded, Damon slammed the gas pedal and took Amber away, leaving Alaric standing there with meaningful eyes.
In the car, Amber tugged Damon's shirt hem a little annoyed, "I always thought I was a good student!"
Damon touched her hand soothingly, and ate the soft tofu without any trace, "In my heart, you have always been No.1!"

"Hey Jeremy, are you here for that paper too?" Amber saw Jeremy holding a notebook and pen at the door of the bar.
"Ann? Are you too?"
"Ann? I can't believe you're calling me that again." Amber walked beside him, "Got it figured out?"
"That's cool, isn't it?" Jeremy turned into the sunny boy Jer again, "I'm just angry that you all kept it from me."
Amber is noncommittal.
"Hi Jenna." Amber greeted Jenna and sat across from Jeremy.
"Aren't you the same as Jeremy..." Jenna twirled the straw in the cup, "It shouldn't be."
Amber looked a little depressed, "I think so too. I handed in the leave note, but Mr. Saltzman said that I have to make up the paper. My God, is the topic of 'ferocious animals' too broad!"
Amber, who was holding her mobile phone and bowed her head to Google, was about to go crazy.
"How about the investigation report on the beast wounding incident?" Alaric at the next table came over and suggested, "It just so happens that there are ready-made cases in this small town, and you can use local materials. Google is sometimes quite unreliable."
"Uh, okay." Amber put down her phone, and gave a "tss" to Jeremy's ambiguous eyes.
Jeremy smiled and introduced to Alaric, "This is my aunt Jenna."
"I'm Alaric Saltzman, nice to meet you."
"Thank you for giving Jeremy a chance. We are all worried." Jenna still had a good impression of this teacher who helped Jeremy, and after finding out that he was still a handsome guy, his smile became more sincere.
"It's the first day at work, I always want to make a good impression on everyone." Alaric smiled brightly.
Amber and Jeremy looked at each other, always feeling that there was an undercurrent between them, something was wrong!
"I think, I'm going home early." Amber tidied up the pens and papers on the table.
Jeremy also stood up, "Let's go together, my family has newspapers from recent years, which can be used as a reference for your thesis."
"Really?" Jenna couldn't believe it, "You just left?"
"That's right." The two walked out of the deck, "You should play more here."
Jenna could only smile awkwardly at Alaric, "Those two...do you want to sit over?"
"why not?"
