Deep in the night knowing the snow
Chapter 7
When Mu Tangfeng woke up again, he found himself in a cell.
Surrounded by three walls, there are ruins and cracked gaps on it, and black painted iron gates in front of him, trapping him inside one by one.The roof beam not far away looks sparkling, reflecting the sky and deep water ripples, as clear and moist as glass.
There were several ripples refracted on the wall beside him, and the long ones glowed with silver light, swaying as the water ripples swayed.
Mu Tangfeng stood up and walked to the iron gate. He looked along and saw a long corridor with iron gates standing on both sides. Men and women around his age were imprisoned inside.
They all bowed their heads, looking as if they had fallen asleep, and the posture of bowing their heads was exactly the same.
In the cell opposite Mu Tangfeng was a man, dressed in a blue robe, with his head lowered, leaning against the wall motionless.
"Hello, son?"
Mu Tangfeng yelled, but the man didn't respond.
"Son—"
The person opposite was motionless, still maintaining a posture.
Mu Tangfeng clenched the Jade Fox Talisman tightly in his hand, feeling a slight heat in his hand.
Presumably the woman brought him here, and Xie Hanyu was on his way.
Mu Tangfeng turned around in the cell, moved his ears, and heard the chains colliding in the distance, and someone came in.
He lay on the ground, closed his eyes while maintaining the waking posture, leaving a small gap under his eyelashes, and looked outside.
Two maids came in with a man. They were all wearing lavender peony robes, their long hair was tied up in a flowing bun, and a begonia pearl was inserted on it. Two glass beads collided with each other as they walked. Cool and cold.
All the faces were beautiful, the man in the middle looked left and right, and said, "You two fairies, what did you bring me here for...?"
Without looking sideways, the maids stopped at a cell opposite Mu Tangfeng and threw him in.
One of them frowned, "Will something happen if we put them together?"
Another said, "Now that the cell is full, let's do this first. Wait until some people come out of the illusion and the cell is empty."
The man was thrown in lightly. He glanced at the other man leaning against the wall and widened his eyes, "Fairy, you don't want to kill me, do you?"
"We have no grievances or enmities. I came here after listening to your words. You are not lying to me, are you?"
The maid smiled, "Of course I won't kill you, you just need to sleep, wake up and go."
As he spoke, he took out a bead from his hand. The bead glowed with dark blue light, and some pear blossom and crabapple patterns were painted on it.
The beads floated into the air, the man became more and more sleepy, his eyelids gradually closed, and he fell to the side with his head down.
The bead lit up, and a figure of a man emerged from it.
The maid took a look at the beads for a while, and was sure that the man had entered the illusion. She pushed open the iron gate and came out, locked it again, and went back along the same road.
Mu Tangfeng waited until the person left, opened his eyes and got up from the ground. The man he brought in just now fell into a deep sleep. He yelled twice, but the man couldn't wake up at all.
Intuitively feeling that this place was a bit weird, Mu Tangfeng took out a small wire from his sleeve, pointed it at the keyhole and turned it around.
When he was a child, he was often bullied and locked in the firewood room. Later, when he learned to be smart, he brought a wire with him, and after being locked in, he picked the lock to get out.
The lock was made of silver with a snake pattern engraved on it. After Mu Tangfeng turned it around for a while, the silver lock clicked and opened.
Mu Tangfeng came out from the inside and walked out in the direction the maid had come from. He didn't meet anyone along the way, and he left the cell.
It wasn't until he walked out that he realized that this was a water prison, and he didn't know what kind of magic was used inside, which was able to isolate the boiling water and create air that was no different from the ground.
Surrounded by the mansion along the corridor, the vermilion walls and green tiles are built, and large areas of crabapple flowers are planted on both sides, swaying wantonly in the wind, blowing a faint fragrance of crabapple.
Mu Tangfeng walked towards the mansion in the middle, when he saw someone approaching and hid behind the bronze tripod.
Still the maids in the same dress, a dozen or so entered the main hall with trays, and retreated after a while.
Mu Tangfeng looked over quietly, and saw the familiar purple-clothed woman in the main hall.
There is another man not far from the woman. She kneels on the ground, and the man sits on the main seat with his head propped up.
The man was wearing a silvery-white gown with moonlight and Chu patterns, his face was bright and beautiful, his eyelids were thin and narrow, his eyelashes were thick like crow feathers, his light-colored thin lips were slightly hooked, and his expression carried the aura of a superior.
As Mu Tangfeng was watching, the man raised his eyes unexpectedly, and he met the man's gaze.
His eyes were dark and deep, and he looked at him with a little interest.
Mu Tangfeng felt his heart beating violently, and a surge of energy and blood surged upwards. He turned around quickly, and his body was firmly hidden behind the bronze tripod.
A chuckle came from beside him.
Mu Tangfeng turned his head to look over, Xie Hanyu didn't know when he was next to him.
"Thank you brother!"
Mu Tangfeng was frightened to death just now, and rushed towards Xie Hanyu, the corner of his mouth twitched, "I thought I would never see you again."
Xie Hanyu lifted him away by his back collar, "Let go."
Mu Tangfeng let go of his hand, his eyes filled with curiosity.
"Brother Xie, how did you find this place?"
Xie Hanyu, "The jade talisman in your hand can be sensed with a charm."
"That's it." Mu Tangfeng glanced at the hall and whispered, "Let's go quickly, the people there just saw me."
Xie Hanyu held his wrist, his figure turned into two rays of light on the spot, and disappeared into the Eternal Spirit Realm.
in the hall.
Fu Gu knelt on the ground, turned his head and glanced, and said, "Master... just let him go like this?"
The man raised his lower lip, "The northern border will soon be chaotic, and Xie Hanyu won't stay by his side for long."
"Just wait...Jin Chan...it's about to be decided."
