HP Disguise Magus

Chapter 82 Chapter 82

Amy recognized where they landed at a glance, they were outside the gates of Hogwarts.Could that flame be the feather of the phoenix Fox?

Without saying a word, the professor waved his wand, and the chains on the door snapped open. Amy trotted after the professor, her heart sinking.

Without the chattering little wizards scattered everywhere, the entire castle was silent, and the portraits in the corridor were either asleep or had gone somewhere. They ran all the way outside Dumbledore's office.

"Licorice wand!"

The gatekeeper jumped aside, and the professor and Amy climbed the stairs. The door opened, and they saw Dumbledore leaning feebly on the throne-like chair behind the table, struggling to look up.

"Severus—" He raised his right arm weakly, as if a black flame was burning his right hand, the whole hand was scorched, and the flame was still spreading upwards.

"What—" the professor stepped aside to Professor Dumbledore.

"Ring..." Dumbledore's voice was as soft as a whisper. There was a huge broken ring on the table, and Gryffindor's sword next to it. "I... I wore that ring..." Then Professor Dumbledore passed out as if relieved.

Amy covered her mouth, tears unconsciously formed in her eyes.

"Shit," the professor cursed, drawing a circle out of thin air with his wand, and then there was a ripple in the air, and suddenly a row of potion reagents appeared on the table.

Amy didn't dare to vent her anger. Watching the professor quickly but accurately pour several reagents into a crystal cup, the originally colorless and transparent reagent suddenly turned into a thick golden liquid, like flowing gold.

He picked up the potion, murmured a spell, pointed his wand at that wrist, and poured the potion into Dumbledore's mouth with his left hand. The black flame gradually extinguished, and after a while, Dumbledore's eyelids trembled a few times, and he opened his eyes.

"Why," said Snape, "why did you wear that ring? It has a charm on it, you must know. Why do you even touch it?"

Dumbledore smiled wryly. He didn't answer, but looked at Amy weakly and said, "Ah, good evening, Miss Tonks."

Amy waved her hand shyly.Professor Snape snorted dissatisfied.

Professor Dumbledore turned to him and said, "I... I did something stupid. The temptation is too great..."

"What temptation?"

Dumbledore didn't answer.

"It's a miracle you're back here!" said Snape angrily. "There's a particularly powerful spell on that ring, and the best we can hope to contain it. I've temporarily imprisoned the spell in a hand-"

Dumbledore raised the blackened, useless hand and examined it carefully, as if facing a very interesting antique.

"You've done a great job, Severus. How much time do you think I have?"

Dumbledore's tone was relaxed and casual, as if he was asking about the weather forecast.Snape hesitated, then said, "I can't say, maybe a year. There is no way to stop such a curse forever. It will always spread eventually, and the curse will only grow stronger with time."

Dumbledore smiled. He had less than a year left, and the news seemed insignificant to him.

"I'm lucky, very lucky, to have you by my side, Severus."

"If you had called me earlier, I might have been able to take some steps and buy you more time!" Snape said angrily, looking down at the broken ring and the sword. Can the ring break the spell?"

"Probably... I must have lost my head..." said Dumbledore, sitting up in his chair with difficulty. "Ah, I'm sorry, Miss Tonks, did I scare you?"

"It's okay, it's okay," Amy's mind was in a mess. There were too many experiences in this day.

"It's too late, Severus," said Professor Dumbledore gently. "Miss Tonks, would you like to take a break in Gryffindor Tower?"

It is such a big castle that she would not dare to let Amy sleep alone in the Gryffindor dormitory. Professor Dumbledore looked at her and seemed to understand a little bit, "Maybe there is a magical Room of Requirement on this floor. Do you want to rest there?"

"Okay," Amy's expression suddenly became clear, "Good night, Professor Dumbledore."

"Good night. Severus, will you drive Miss Tonks for me?"

The professor nodded at Dumbledore, and accompanied Amy out the door.

"It's been a long day, Severus," Amy said when she came to the safety of the environment, a deep tiredness welled up after her vigilance subsided.

"Yes," the professor was still looking up, watching Amy open the Room of Response, and the two of them walked in.

The Room of Requirement is now like a fancy Gryffindor dormitory, only for one person.

The professor looked around, nodded, and asked her, "Are you hungry?"

Amy nodded pitifully.

The professor waved his wand, and a tray with sandwiches and pumpkin juice appeared in front of them. "It's from the Hogwarts kitchen," he explained. "Eat something and go to bed early."

Amy handed him a sandwich, her mouth already full, and she just nodded.

The professor took the sandwich, his eyes softened a little, "I'm leaving, good night."

"Good night."

Amy guessed that the professor and Dumbledore still had a lot to talk about, but she was almost at the limit anyway, she ate and drank enough, and fell asleep dreamlessly.

The next day, Amy woke up and thought she was in the middle of the semester for a moment. After reacting for a while, I realized that I slept in the Room of Response yesterday. How amazing.

She got up and walked around the Room of Requirement. The big clock in the corner showed that it was 10:15 in the morning. She kind of wondered how to contact the professor or Professor Dumbledore?

Then suddenly a fireplace appeared in front of Amy's eyes.

"Cool," Amy said, finding Floo powder from a small shelf next to the fireplace, and sprinkled it into a green fire, "Severus! Severus!" Her voice was a little soft, but the magic stove Clearly accomplished its mission.

After a while, a figure appeared in the fireplace. The professor stepped out of the fireplace, looking a little tired.

"Good morning!" said the professor, and a dining table appeared beside Amy and the professor, and after a while, the common food on the Hogwarts breakfast table was placed on it.

"Wow, professor, have you had breakfast? Do you want to have some?" Amy pulled the professor to sit down at the table and handed him a cup of coffee.

"I've eaten," the professor sat down obediently.

Amy nodded and started eating.

"I'll take you to the Order of the Phoenix in a while." The professor said suddenly.

Amy nodded. "What about Bellatrix?"

"After sending you away, I will deal with her." The professor said succinctly.

"How to solve it?" Amy asked worriedly. If she was let go, there was no guarantee that she would not make trouble with the professor, and if her memory was erased, it was no guarantee that she would not show her feet in front of Voldemort.

"Let her go first," the professor frowned, "let's see what happens to the Dark Lord."

Amy put down her fork. "I want to go with you," she wanted to see that Bellatrix could really be subdued, how could she rest assured that the professor would go alone?

"No," said the professor in a drawn voice. "Could it be that you can't believe that I can solve her?"

"No," Amy choked, "Of course I believe it, and I also believe that even if I watch from the dark, you can solve her." She retorted without showing any weakness.

"That would cause unnecessary trouble," the professor said helplessly, "she might go and come back."

"But I really can't feel relieved," Amy said worriedly.

"It's okay, you can just feel how I feel when you go to the Ministry of Magic." The professor said coolly.

Didn't this article turn over... Amy bowed her head guiltily and sipped her oatmeal.

After a while, the professor asked, "How did you know that was a Hufflepuff cup?"

"My father is a student of Hufflepuff," Amy had already thought up the rhetoric, "You know, there are always some secret stories in each college. It is said that Helga Hufflepuff has a magical The golden cup can conjure all kinds of fine wine out of thin air, my father once showed me a legendary portrait, and he held this cup in his hand."

The professor nodded. "I told Professor Dumbledore everything that happened yesterday, and he wants to see the cup."

"Of course," Amy happened to be full, "I'm done."

As soon as the two left, the door of the Room of Requirement disappeared, and it became an ordinary wall again. Amy and the professor came to the principal's office while admiring the magic.

"Good morning," said Professor Dumbledore, looking much better after a night. He smiled and asked Amy and the professor to sit down. Amy opened the small bag and handed the golden goblet with cold tentacles to Professor Dumbledore.

"It's unbelievable, Miss Tonks, Severus told me about your little adventure yesterday," he said with a playful gleam in his eyes, "However, as the headmaster, I still want to remind you that you are so far away from home. Not good."

Amy blushed and peeked at the professor, only to find that the professor was staring at Dumbledore dissatisfied.

"Of course, if it weren't for this, you wouldn't have such an adventure. Thank you for letting me study this cup." He said sincerely.

"That's nothing," Amy looked at his hand worriedly, "Professor Dumbledore, your hand..."

"That's all right," said Dumbledore lightly, "a little ailment is no big deal to an old man."

Amy felt sad and felt powerless.

Professor Dumbledore looked at her with a smile, and her optimistic expression eased her mood.

After bidding farewell to Professor Dumbledore, Amy followed Professor Snape to Apparate and left Hogwarts. Then she was in a state of shock the whole time.Because, the professor took her back to her home, the Tonks' home.

Hey, what did she do this trip out?Wait, why doesn't she know the address of her family's Fidelity Charm yet and the professor already knows?

When Amy entered her yard, she was still overwhelmed. The Tonks and his wife were standing in the yard, as if they had been waiting for them.

"Good morning, Professor Snape," Ted Tonks greeted him, and said very sincerely and enthusiastically, "Thank you very much for sending Amy back."

Amy was speechless, wondering what the professor and Dumbledore told her parents? And what about Tonks?

Amy was dragged by Andromeda in a daze, and as expected, she was glared at, "The little guy is causing trouble for you and Professor Dumbledore, we must take good care of her this time!" Amy was shocked by the determination in her mother's words , began to worry about their next summer life.

"It's nothing, luckily nothing happened," Hogwarts students would be frightened if they were here, they probably have never seen such a gentle Professor Snape, he nodded politely, seeing Don Mrs. Tonks had no intention of letting him into the house and did not show any signs of sullenness, like a very reliable and powerful wizard, "It's time for me to leave, sorry to bother you, fortunately Miss Tonks met Professor Dumbledore, I Just running errands for him."

Ted and Andromeda became more relaxed when they heard what he said. Amy had nothing to say, looking at the professor's well-dressed outfit. Why didn't she notice it at Hogwarts?

The professor nodded to her and her family the way a qualified Hogwarts professor would to a student, and Amy hated herself for simply believing that he would Take her to the Order of the Phoenix!

"Amy, goodbye to the professor," Andromeda scolded her for being impolite, Amy looked dazed, thinking that in the future you would not be so enthusiastic when you know that this guy is going to abduct your daughter!
