Chapter 79 Lock Text

Severus Snape has a head that is not stupid, and a pair of poisonous eyes, he is like a poisonous snake, he is sure to hit you in a deadly place!

"You're jealous of Lily." His tone was very calm.

"At first I thought it was just because of Lily's ability, but then I realized that you are jealous of her..."

He glanced at me, as if estimating it.

"From all sides.

The decision of the Evans couple is normal, people always prefer the better and perfect one. "

I looked into Lily's beautiful green eyes, and she was a little averted.

"Okay."

For a moment, I thought of a good idea.

【Mr. Snape,

In the few months I have known you, your "friendly" attitude and novel knowledge have brought me an unparalleled experience. You are so good, you know a lot of strange things, and you can do some little tricks. I am afraid that you are really a magical, rare and rare friend to Lily!

But such a perfect you also has some small shortcomings.

I don't know if you have noticed, your clothes, of course, I don't mean to belittle.Maybe that's the norm for people like you?But you have to know how eye-catching this is in the real world, after all-no normal person would hang out in mom's maternity clothes.

ps. Your body often smells, maybe it's the smell of magic.Lily doesn't have it, and she often complains to me, but I comfort her, maybe it's because she's not as skilled as you?

Your sincere friend

PE]

Enclosed with the letter is a large box. Lily was still wondering what could hold such a large box, but now she knows.

This simple cardboard box is filled with clothes, jumbled into piles, and assorted old clothes.

I haven't seen Snape much since that incident.I don't go out with Lily anymore, of course Lily would refuse even if I put forward an idea, she is a principled girl.I asked her to deliver that Christmas present, and the faces on both of their faces must have been brilliant.

But the strange thing is that I don't want to see it.

I took advantage of Lily, broke her heart and insulted her friends.Isn't that enough for her to break with me?Lily has a sense of justice, especially when she finds out that the perpetrator is not apologetic at all.

But I don't care, I don't care what she thinks.

Mrs. Evans and her husband discovered the conflict between the sisters immediately.

It would be really hard not to find out. One afternoon just after Christmas, Lily came back in a rage. This description is not entirely accurate, but it is about the same. She is very angry and sad. Before Mrs. Evans could stop her, she rushed straight into her sister's room, and there was a big fight. In fact, it was Lily who was making the noise. Petunia seemed extremely indifferent, but this seemed to aggravate Lily's anger.

"You...you villain!"

The argument ended with this sentence, and Penny's reaction was noncommittal.

Things were bad, and the seriousness of the situation was completely beyond Mrs. Evans' imagination.Because Lily had never...she had never scolded her sister in that way.In fact, during the years when their sisters grew up, it was mostly Petunia who lost her temper and Lily asked her sister to reconcile. Lily always wanted to be softer, and Mrs. Evans had never seen her so angry.

After discussing with her husband who came home from get off work at night, Mrs. Evans decided to talk to Petunia separately, and she chose Lily.

"I never knew what Penny was thinking."

Lily's eyes were swollen, and she lay listlessly on Mrs. Evans' lap, crying sadly, consuming most of her energy.

"But at least I know it's wrong, and she hates me... Mom, Petunia hates me..."

Mrs. Evans fondled her little daughter's hair, she sighed and didn't know how to persuade her.

"Petunia...Penny just...she may think you care too much about your new friend. You know that your little friend hurt her, and she cares too much about you. Lily, you have to know that feelings can be possessive Yes, of course it's not right, Petunia shouldn't influence your choice, but she just doesn't know how to express her feelings."

"Does Petunia care about me?" Lily looked at Mrs. Evans expectantly, but before she could answer, she lowered her head sadly.

"No, she is not……"

"Of course she is!" Mrs. Evans cupped Lily's little face.

"Who wouldn't love our beautiful Lily with magical powers?"

Mom's explanation is very good, Penny does care about me, but sometimes I think she hates me a little more.Mom doesn't understand, she loves us, but she doesn't understand our every thought and feeling.Maybe people are more sensitive to their own emotions, but Petunia doesn't love me that much.

Mrs. Evans closed the door of Lily's room gently, and her exhausted little daughter finally fell asleep under her comfort.Just wait for her to rest for a while, maybe things will get better when she eats?

This hope was shattered when he saw her husband sitting on the sofa smoking a cigarette.

"What did Petunia say?" Mrs. Evans sat down beside her husband and rested her head lightly on his shoulder.

Mr. Evans put out the remaining half of the cigarette in the ashtray.

"Unfortunately we didn't say a word."

"What happened to her?"

"She locked the door right in front of me, and slammed the door shut with a bang!" Mr. Evans was really angry.

"Oh, that's it again."

"That's right." Mr. Evans hated coming home from a long day's work and dealing with household chores, especially when he was dealing with a grumpy child.

"Why do you think she can't learn from Lily?"

"Probably because I have a temper like yours."

"Oh, Abby, you can really excuse yourself."

Mrs. Evans sighed helplessly as she looked at the closed bedroom door of her eldest daughter on the second floor.

"I've already persuaded a Lily. God, you don't know what Petunia did this time, insulting a child younger than her like this, I think we really shouldn't compromise her temper anymore."

"Perhaps you are right." Mr. Evans couldn't help but took the extinguished cigarette in his hand again.

"Children's bad temper is based on thinking that adults will tolerate them forever."

The affair ended with Mrs. Evans' decision to invite young Snape to her house.

They were going to ask Petunia to apologize to Snape.

As for Lily's unusual friend, they also need to get to know him well, they must understand his character and upbringing. As for those wonderful abilities, perhaps his parents knew more in detail.

"Oh, Petunia, play us a song. Well, how about it?"

Dad's tone of voice was as cheerful as possible, but I heard his subtext in it:

Penny, you don't want to stop kickboxing class, do as I say.

Lily successfully invited Snape, although it was already a month later.Looks like my little trick still played a part, and their bond isn't as close as it used to be.

Snape must have believed what I said in the letter, and he must have thought that Lily secretly despised him, too.As far as I know, if I have such guesses about who, then my relationship with that person must not be able to continue.

We may be somewhat similar, and I can understand what goes on in the minds of people like Snape.

pride.

Of course, look at how he thinks he's an otherworldly magician, superior and contemptuous of others.

However, low self-esteem.

Of course, look at what he looks like, his life, his family. He was poor, humble, and suspicious of anyone's kindness.

Except Lily, of course.

But Lily persuaded him and regained his trust. In fact, he must have been very ashamed when he saw that letter, and the more he thought about it, the more he couldn't face Lily.It wasn't Lily's fault, it was just that he couldn't have confidence in himself.I wonder how Lily managed to regain Snape's friendship and trust.

Then he must be very concerned about her.

Weird, it's only been... just a few months.

Mom and Dad have been preparing for this day for a long time. They planned to invite the Snape family to visit the next day and ask me to apologize in public.

How silly they thought I would give in.

Even if my dad threatens to stop me from going to fight club if I don't apologize, I'm not going to apologize and my own heart won't take it if I do.Mom said I was as stubborn as a cow, but Dad seemed to have made up his mind.I locked myself in the house, and he asked my mother not to bring me dinner. He was serious, so I was seriously hungry all night. There was another morning, because I couldn't bear to pretend that I hadn't found anything and went downstairs for breakfast.

I didn't have a chance to go out until 10 minutes when my mother went out to buy vegetables. There was no one in the house, and Lily wasn't there either.Of course, it's Monday, and I didn't even go to school for the sake of this nonsense. But no one cared about me, not even the school teacher called to inquire.

The house was empty, and the pale sunlight came in from the kitchen window, and my heart felt the same as this scene.

I was even a little afraid of the Snape family coming at night.

He didn't come, though, until today, a month later, after Lily had him back.

"Penny?"

There was some warning in my father's tone, and my mother urged me with her eyes. They might be afraid that I would continue to be stubborn after a month.

When Dad knew that Snape agreed to visit our house, he carefully wrote an invitation letter, inviting the Snape family to visit.

But in the end it was only Snape and his mother who came. Of course, I thought, his father was a domestic violence alcoholic.

Snape's mother didn't look very nice, but she wasn't as bad as I imagined.I've heard people in that area say about her, she's a poor but eccentric and neurotic woman among those idle gossips who swear they've seen her beaten without a fight.

So my impression is that she is a woman who can only cower in a corner and cry.

But seeing her today completely overturned my thoughts, she sat stiffly on the sofa, her back was straight, she was dressed in old but neat clothes, I found that Snape was the same, he finally replaced the ridiculous pregnant woman Pack.It seems that they have prepared as much as possible for this visit.

Mrs. Snape looked more sullen than her son, at least Snape laughed sometimes, but she seemed to have completely forgotten this ability. She didn't look outstanding, and the hardships of life made her look even worse, her complexion was sullen and sallow, and the wrinkles carved by a knife made her look at least ten years older.

But she behaved nothing like a poor and ignorant woman. She was very restrained, and her movements were rigid, as if she had been trained in a very rigid way.

She answered her parents' endless questions about magic, about that world and those magical academies in a not so gentle manner. But she seemed to be very measured and did not offend Dad and them, so they even talked a little happily.Lily spared no effort to recommend the snacks prepared by her mother to Snape, because we haven't talked for a long time about that incident.

At first it was because she was angry with me, but later when she wanted to talk to me, she found that her sister had become taciturn, and the relationship between the two of them became strange and repulsive.

It wasn't all because of that Christmas present.

Sometimes people will find that once close people get farther and farther away, and the relationship seems to become awkward and unfamiliar.

It's not because of anything else, by the time you realize that there are more and more differences between the two sides, the cracks are already there. This is the case with Lily and I. She noticed my jealousy and sinisterness, and she no longer kept it as unreserved as before, and I... I don't want her to see my more miserable heart.

Mom, Dad and Mrs. Snape talked in detail about the environment in which the children would go to school in the future. Lily and Snape began to discuss a plant that I had never heard of?maybe.

I went to the piano in the corner, and after a month, my father was not so forceful that I had to apologize to Snape face to face.Perhaps it was the atmosphere at home and the relationship between the two daughters that made him feel something in the past month. Now he only asks me not to talk or make trouble at the party, and to play a piano piece at the right time to add a little bit of excitement. atmosphere, as a tactful apology.

"Don't think that this counts as a real apology. You retaliate by hurting someone's self-esteem... Oh, I don't know where you learned this, but it's wrong. Petunia, you have to Knowing that the human heart is the most elusive but the most vulnerable place, you can’t trample on it with means. If you still know your mistakes and don’t correct them in the future, one day, you will regret it..."

A beautiful and gentle tone flows from the teaching.

"Oh, the Londonderry ditty!"

Dad exclaimed appropriately, and he laughed: "This is a good piece of music. I always think it represents the tenderness of the family, but it's best to use the violin."

He sang along:

Oh wish I were a delicate apple blossom

falling from crooked branches

Floating in your tender bosom

I make it my home and I'll live forever

Oh wish I were a bright apple

Waiting on the tree for you to pick me off

Under the shade of the tree, the sun paints on your body

Light up your golden hair too

Oh I would like to grow in the rose forest

walk with you i can kiss you

I become a bud on the lowest branch

I can gently touch the most beautiful you

Oh since my love has no hope

I would like to be a daisy blooming on the path

You walk in the wilderness and step on me

I die at your feet

Time is slow and hard at times.

But often when you look back, the prime years are gone, and the past is hard to catch up.

The relationship between Lily and me is like this time, unhurried, neither salty nor weak. It's hard for us to get back the joy and laughter we had when we were young. When she saw me, she called me Petunia, and I nodded. The two of them sat together in a manner that was almost unfamiliar, talked about some irrelevant topics, and passed away a few irrelevant afternoon teas.

I'm still me, she's still her.

But we can't be what we used to be, and it's not Lily's fault, I know.I was rejecting her, and she felt something. The relationship between women is like this sometimes, a little bit of strangeness, some awkwardness that I can't explain myself, is enough to destroy the emotional base.If we are friends, we may gradually lose contact, but we are sisters, relatives, and have an inseparable blood relationship. Those unspeakable quarrels are always slowly offset in warmth.

I can't see it, but I know it's there--because I'm still jealous of Lily.

I carefully concealed this, and Lily must have felt it too, so she also began to be careful not to use magic in front of me.We carefully maintain a difficult balance, but it is too difficult, every time we pretend to laugh, every time we shake our heads indifferently.

I love Lily, but I hate her too!

This kind of feeling should not exist between relatives, it torments me... Maybe it can be said that my conscience torments me, and I am ashamed of my despicableness.

This balance is not sustainable, it broke when Lily was 11 years old.

Lily was going to the school of wizardry, and she had received the notice, just as Snape and his mother had said.

It's a lively platform, like any other normal train platform.Everyone is busy saying goodbye, the children are fighting or crying, and the adults are nagging endlessly. This place is so similar to the normal world but it is out of place. I looked at an empty carriage and couldn't take my eyes off it.

"Penny."

Lily grabbed my hand, she smiled forcedly, it seemed that because she was about to leave, she planned to give up the past quarrel and make a final salvage for our relationship, she hoped that we could still be the same as before.

"I listen... I heard that the headmaster Dumbledore in the school is very nice, maybe... no, I can ask you as soon as I get to the school..."

"Ask what!"

I interrupted her sharply, and the dusty darkness hit my heart again, I pulled out my hand vigorously: "I don't need anything!"

"No, no, Petunia."

In the train carriage, the cats were squatting in the arms of their owners, and the owls were hooting in the cages. Some students had already changed into black robes, some were carrying luggage on the locomotive emitting red steam, some After parting ways during the summer vacation, they greeted each other happily.

Tears welled up in Lily's eyes.

Staring at her, I almost had a pleasure: "Let go, monster..."

Lily's hand was finally freed by me, and I also realized what I said, I was flustered for a moment, I lowered my head and dared not look at her.

Lily glanced at Mom and Dad, her eyes glistening with tears.Mom and Dad looked around the platform, seeming to be enjoying the atmosphere.

"You've always thought that, haven't you?"

I dare not answer her.

"And you didn't think it was a weird school when you wrote to our headmaster begging him to take you in?"

I felt my face turn pale and red with embarrassment.

"I saw his reply, he is very nice."

"You shouldn't be watching—"

I felt very uncomfortable in my throat: "That's my privacy... how can you."

Lily's small glance at Snape made me realize.

"He found it! You entered my room without my consent!"

"No—" Lily argued weakly, "Severus saw the envelope, he didn't believe Muggles could write to Hogwarts, that's it! He said there must be wizards disguised as Muggles at the post office to guarantee... ..."

She couldn't finish the sentence.

I hid my trembling hands tightly in my sleeves - a slap in the face.

I'm sure our relationship really... will never be the same again.

As long as I'm still jealous of her.

10

Abby Evans has been feeling very uncomfortable lately.

She and her husband have two children, both daughters. The eldest daughter has excellent grades and a wide range of interests.Oh, this is not a mother talking nonsense to save face. Mrs. Evans has never seen a child who has more hobbies than her eldest daughter. She has practiced fighting all the year round, likes shooting and darts, and is also good at painting and piano. I also fell in love with photography for two years. Not proficient at all, but enough for Mrs Evans to brag about at tea parties with neighbors and friends.

When her little daughter's affairs were not made public. When asked about her youngest daughter, she told everyone that she went to a boarding school not nearby.

And now, to her slightly saddened moment, her eldest daughter... asked to transfer schools after Lily returned from her first term.

"Oh, Petunia, I don't understand."

Mrs. Evans was almost choked up, and her husband took her in his arms and stroked her shoulder reassuringly.

"Lily can't be with us anymore, you have to..."

She couldn't go on.

Mr. Evans took up the conversation, very seriously.Maybe men are always fundamentally different from women, he asked very rationally.

"Have you thought about it, Petunia? You're going to go to school in a place more than 200 miles away. Why Penny? Your current school has a very good reputation."

"Yes, Pedro Secondary School is really good in this area, but I want to go further. Dad, the reputation of Odyssey School is well known, and its university is one of the best in the UK. If I can study after Odyssey Secondary School Their college division is going to be super easy. Dad, you know what that means, please."

Mr. Evans was noncommittal, but his brow never relaxed.

"It's good that you have pursuits, but Petunia, you have to know that it's not easy to be so far away from home. Everything about food, clothing, housing and transportation may become a problem, and with such a distance, if someone bullies you... I mean always There are some relationships that can't be handled well. Petunia, you have always seemed withdrawn, and Dad doesn't want you to get hurt where we can't see."

I feel some warm currents surging in my heart.

"Thank you, Dad, but I've already made up my mind."

Mr. Evans sighed wearily: "Then I have nothing to say."

"No!" Mrs. Evans suddenly became excited: "I don't agree!"

"Petunia, no matter why you have this idea, get rid of it! You don't know what it's like for a 12-year-old girl to be alone, how do you take care of yourself? You will even..."

"Since Lily can, why can't I?"

I stared at my mother's teary eyes, not knowing what to find out.

"Lily is different, you know it! Her school..."

"I have already submitted an application to the school for transfer." I stood up and walked upstairs, not wanting to know what my mother said next.

"...You know she's different." Mrs. Evans finished speaking, and let the tears slide down her face in a daze.

evening.

Sunset dusk.

Mrs. Evans entered the eldest daughter's room with a plate of steak.

"Petunia." She knocked on the door, but no one answered.

She pushed open the door, and Petunia sat at the desk by the window sill with her back facing her, the sunset that was left behind cast a layer of golden-red afterglow on her body.

"...You didn't go downstairs to eat."

Mrs. Evans put the plate in front of Petunia, but her eldest daughter was still in a daze, maybe it was another kind of refusal.Mrs. Evans was bewildered as to the cause of all this, but dimly she seemed to understand something.

"Is it Lily?"

The eldest daughter's eyes moved slightly.

Mrs. Evans covered her mouth in disbelief. She didn't expect that it was the reason why she couldn't believe it the most. She originally...was just asking casually.

"Mother……"

Petunia finally spoke up: "...Odyssey is better."

Mrs. Evans expected to hear other, more sincere answers, but this alone made it clear that her eldest daughter did not want to be honest with her.Like she closed the door on her dad.

"Petunia, tell me, Mom is listening." Mrs. Evans took her daughter's hand.

"You are my daughter too."

She saw the eldest daughter lower her head slowly, and her throat rolled, but in the end... everything was still silent.

The door closes softly, leaving the mother feeling powerless in the end.

let me say what?

I used to want so much to yell at my parents:

You only know Lily!

But what's the use?People's preferences will not be diverted too much because of a little guilt. Their eyes may stay on themselves for a short time, but they will eventually return to Lily.I am very tired, the joy of my mother and Lily being together is so obvious, her love seems to be overflowing, and even her voice is a few degrees softer.

If the child tells the family that they are jealous that you are softer with the other child's voice, they will do the same for you -- and speak two notes lower to you.

Ah.

They always appear clever and perceptive to adults, but stupid and cruel to children.

I don't need these anymore, I've had enough of Lily showing off her magic at home during the summer vacation, and I've heard enough of my parents exclaiming and laughing.

Maybe a little farther... to have a comfortable solitude.

11

Another year.

Time flies.

If you use a day to measure time, then it passes quickly, if it is a year...it is a little slower, but it is also fleeting.

Diagon Alley is bustling with crowds, and it is busiest at two times of the year, before school starts and after holidays.

The Hoggerts students apparently supported more than one storefront, and Zoko's Joke Shop had the largest crowds and was the loudest. Those high-spirited students have the destructive power to tear down entire storefronts, oh well, luckily there's magic.

The windows of the broom shop were full of chattering boys, no doubt ex-Hoggerts students.Even so, there are very few people in the store, which can be called deserted.

After all, the flying broom can be regarded as a luxury, and few families will consume it.

An ordinary middle-aged man kept passing through these high and low grade students who were shouting or simply fighting on the road, as well as those stupid adults who were doting on them.

He had a bad complexion and looked very serious and gloomy. But few people cared about him, everyone was busy enjoying their lives.

A group of people wearing black hats and black cloaks walked silently through the middle of the road. The street fell silent for a while, and the crowd looked at them with fear and respect.

The middle-aged man also stopped his steps, his eyes burning with desire. The group of black hats slowly left the crowd, but it seemed that their power still remained on the street, and the bustling scene just now had not been restored for a long time.

The man withdrew his gaze, lowered his head and turned into an alley silently, no one noticed him.

Knockturn Alley is adjacent to Diagon Alley, but it's not another paradise. There are dragons and snakes mixed here, few pedestrians can be seen clearly on the street, and the alleys are full of black magic shops.

It's... a place of disdain for most wizards.

But especially for him.

The middle-aged man pulled up his hood and hid his face in the shadows. He hurried into a twisted alley, and at the end of that alley was a small shop with no sign.

There was a wizened little old man sitting in the shop, he looked like he was dying of old, and even the presence of customers did not cheer him up a little.

The man seemed to have gotten used to it, he took out a few crystal pancakes from his pocket and placed them in front of the shopkeeper.

The little old man picked up one of the bottles with his bony hand and put his cloudy eyeballs on it.

"Oh, good quality, but nowhere near the top."

"If your eyes weren't so cloudy, you could tell what it was about."

The man stood outside the counter with a look of disbelief.

But the shriveled old wizard just sneered disdainfully, he raised his eyelids and looked at the man with those cloudy eyes: "So what? I told you that only I have what you want, a few bottles of potions The reward is too light.

Oh, you have to know that someone found me again today. Her identity is not easy to mess with. I rejected her for you. Shouldn't you show some sincerity? "

The man stared blankly.

"How many bottles of potions? If my memory is not wrong, these bottles of potions appearing in the world are enough for the people of the Ministry of Magic to catch a few unlucky ghosts and put them in prison..."

While putting the potions on the table into the cabinet behind him, the old man said casually, "Then I hope your luck is better."

"Another bottle, give me something."

The man took out another crystal bottle from his arms.

The old wizard turned his head, a sly light flashed in his cloudy eyes.

"That's right, that's right young people."

After carefully putting away all the potion bottles, he took out a small box from the innermost enchanted cabinet.

"33 Years of Devil's Weed.

Young man, I know that it can be made into many precious potions. If you have any results, you are welcome to sell the finished product to me. You know, there will be a good price. "

After checking it, the man stuffed the box into his clothes, turned around and left, as if he had no intention of listening to the greedy old man's chatter.

His raised black robe almost brushed the old wizard's face.

"If you're still alive."

The dry old man snorted coldly.

12

"it's him?"

A voice sounded in the darkness, and a voluptuous woman stepped out of the shadows. Her hair is black, and her eyes are bright but full of fierceness.

The old wizard smiled all over his face: "Yes, that's him."

As soon as the woman stretched out her hand, the old wizard reluctantly took out the potion that had just been put in the cabinet.

"It's all here, Miss Black."

Bellatrix Black, a... a crazy person.

Of course, you can say that she is too bohemian, in short, she is not a likable person, just as difficult to get along with her famous family.

...This is already a very euphemistic way of saying it.

"I heard that you and Mr. Lestrange are getting closer?"

The old wizard complimented her graciously, looked at the potion bottle in her hand with reluctance and greed, and kept leaning towards it with his shriveled body.

The tip of Bellatrix's wand pressed against him fiercely. The old wizard was frightened and wanted to stay away from the wand as much as possible in fear.

"Old stuff."

Black's wand was so hard it seemed to pierce the old wizard's slack flesh.

"You gave that man the devil's weed I asked for."

"I... didn't we agree?

Bu...Miss Black, that person is an excellent potionist, look at the potion in your hand, it is rare in the market!

I know that you are very favored and trusted by that lord. If you introduce a potion master to that lord, what a great opportunity it is.As for the devil's weed, I believe that gentleman will not bear to refuse your request,

but me……"

His eyes involuntarily moved to the crystal bottle in Black's hand, the panic in his eyes couldn't hide his greed, and his voice sounded like sleepwalking: "I only need a small bottle of it."

Blake's dark eyes were full of the indifference and treachery of a child doing evil.

"Crucio!"

A hoarse scream sounded.

"You don't deserve to offend a noble man, you don't even deserve to mention him. Oh, a Cruciatus is a small punishment to hear these remarks about the master from your mouth.

You cunning old thing, when did I promise you?

and……"

She shook the bottles in her hand in disgust, making them jingle.

"Master of Potions? Not far off."

London streets.

A girl is framing a camera.

She was tall, with shoulder-length hair and a slender figure. She was wearing a white shirt and looked a little fragile.

This is 13-year-old Penny.

Almost a year of living away from home has eased her relationship with her parents and Lily.A person who stays away from home all the year round is always more likely to feel lonely, and thus becomes more quiet.

Dad was right, it's hard being alone. No one will give you hot meals, no one will greet you, and even the annoying chatter before is gone.

Because she didn't adapt to the dormitory life, Penny moved out after only two months. The coldness and indifference between the new neighbors was just what she wanted.

There is a retro bookstore, which I used to frequent before I left home.

It is well-built, tall and classical, and it is very different from some frizzy and noisy modern buildings around it. They are incompatible with each other but complement each other.

I looked for every angle, trying to get the best feeling.

--but

I put down the camera, raised it up and aimed at the bookstore again.

I've never noticed that next to the bookstore I've been to so many times, there is a dilapidated, vaguely-broken... Broken Ax bar?

There seemed to be a white light flashing in my mind.

"Yes... Broken Axe... the bar, little wizards... will be shopping for school supplies at...."

It's Lily!

I didn't accompany Lily to visit this famous magic street, maybe I was still angry at that time, too jealous to visit that ridiculous world.

The door to the wizarding world.

After I put down the camera, no matter how hard my eyes searched, I found nothing. But through the lens, that erratic bar appeared vaguely again.

My footsteps seemed to be disobedient, and when I came back to my senses, I found myself standing in this bar.
