bloodline temptation

Chapter 8 The Death Dog from Hell

After dinner, Lin Jing excused that she hadn't finished her work, and entered the study room early, holding a book and reading it earnestly and assiduously.

Ximo sat on the sofa in the living room, looking at the closed study door, with an imperceptible chuckle at the corner of his mouth.

After snapping his fingers lightly, a goblet immediately appeared on the table, filled with a light red liquid, exuding a faint aroma of wine mixed with a hint of rose.

And in the distant castle, the vampire count with a gentle and handsome appearance leaned against the fireplace, just about to pick up the red wine in his hand, when suddenly the glass in front of him disappeared instantly, so he was stunned.

Three seconds later, the maid who was dozing by the door was startled awake by a roar.

"Bastard! That's Lao Tzu's Bordeaux in 69!"

Ximo smiled playfully while holding the red wine in his hand. Before he could figure out what excuse he would find to harass that stupid human being, he suddenly heard someone gently... kicking the door.

Uh, yes, it was definitely kicking the door, but it was very careful, not rude, it must have something in your hand, and it is inconvenient to ring the doorbell.

Xi Mo frowned slightly, put down the wine glass in his hand, walked to the living room and opened the door.

A slender black-haired boy stood outside the door, holding a large plate of pies in his hands.

"Prince." Tang Tang never dreamed that it would be Xi Mo who opened the door, so he was scared out of his wits.

"Don't bark!" Ximo took the tray that fell from Tang Tang's hand in time, threatening him with a gloomy expression.

"Yes." Tang Tang didn't dare to speak anymore.

"What are you doing here?" Ximo frowned and looked at the things in his hand.

"Master... Master made strawberry muffins, let me send some over." Tang Tang lowered his head.

"Take it back." Ximo lifted Tang Tang's chin, and looked at him fiercely, "Do you know how to tell Han?"

"I know." Tears welled up in Tang Tang's eyes, "I'll knock on the door, but there's no one."

"Go." Simo stuffed the tray back into his hand, "Say one wrong word, and I'll destroy you."

Tang Tang ran away with the tray in his hand.

Ximo smiled coldly, turned around and closed the door.

"Was there just now?" Lin Jing poked out half of her head from the study when she heard the movement.

"It seems so, but I opened the door and saw no one." Ximo smiled at him, "Do you want some fruit?"

"No need." Lin Jing retreated into the study and quickly closed the door.

Ximo picked up the red wine on the table, smiling like a rose in the night, gorgeous but weird.

After waking up the next morning, the breakfast on the table was still extremely gorgeous, with rye bread accompanied by honey with truffles, served with French foie gras and pigeon soup, exuding bursts of tempting aroma.

Lin Jing sat at the dining table with no appetite.

"Don't like it?" Ximo asked him considerately, "Then what do you want to eat, I'll make it again."

"No." Lin Jing shook her head, and said honestly, "Don't be so troublesome in the future, I'm not used to it."

"Not used to eating, or not used to me cooking?" Ximo looked into his eyes tenderly.

"..." Lin Jing moved her mouth, but said nothing.

I'm not used to someone being so kind to me.

"Let's have breakfast." Xi Mo didn't

Asked, just handed the bread coated with honey to his hand, "I'll show you something nice after eating."

"What?" Lin Jing's curiosity was successfully aroused.

"I'll show you after eating obediently." Xi Mo pinched his nose, affectionately and ambiguously.

Lin Jing was stunned for three seconds, and then her face turned red.

While eating the foie gras with a spoon gracefully, Ximo held back her laughter until her intestines cramped.

The atmosphere was too weird. After breakfast, Lin Jing's stomach hurt from eating.

However, Ximo was in a good mood. After eating, he didn't even clear the table, so he dragged Lin Jing to sit in the living room.

On the coffee table, there is a big milk box.

"What is this?" Lin Jing was puzzled.

Ximo opened the box and took out a small thing from inside.

"Ah!" Surprised, Lin Jing took it from him.

Fluffy short fur, floppy ears, and black eyes—it is a little white dog the size of a palm, with a bunch of upturned black hair on its head, so cute.

The puppy was not afraid of life, and after taking a look at Lin Jing, he shook his head and tail, and stretched out his almost transparent little pink tongue to lick his fingers.

"What kind of breed, why is it so small?" Lin Jing couldn't be happier.

"It's not a rare dog. The owner of the pet shop said it was a hybrid." Ximo also teased the puppy with his finger. "At first he said he couldn't keep it alive and planned to throw it away. I think it's pitiful and he's coming back soon. It's okay." stay?"

"Yeah." Lin Jing didn't have any resistance to furry animals, and this little thing was so cute, so she couldn't bear to let go of it.

After playing for a while, the puppy began to wilt, a little listless.

"What should I do?" Lin Jing was taken aback, "Could I play it to death?"

"No, are you hungry?" Xi Mo took the puppy and frowned.

"I'm going to warm up the milk for him!" Lin Jing ran to the kitchen.

"Okay." Ximo smiled softly until Lin Jing's back disappeared into the kitchen.

"Wow!" The puppy held in Ximo's hand swept away its half-dead look, and grinned at him.

"Be more honest!" Ximo knocked on its forehead.

The puppy blinked to understand, and quickly whimpered and collapsed in Ximo's hand.

Lin Jing adjusted the temperature of the milk in the kitchen, brought it out and placed it in front of the puppy.

The little white dog stepped forward to sniff it, turned his head in disgust, and pointed his butt at the milk dish.

"What should I do? It won't eat." Lin Jing squatted beside the table worriedly.

"How come, it 'must' like to drink milk." Ximo gritted his teeth.

"Woo..." The puppy barked twice, then turned around to lick the milk reluctantly.

"Eat, eat!" Lin Jing was pleasantly surprised.

"Yeah, I said it, it likes to drink milk." Ximo stood up, "I have something to go out and come back later."

"Where are you going?" Lin Jing raised her head and asked him upon hearing this.

"Caring about me?" Ximo teased.

Lin Jing blushed a lot.

"Don't worry, I'm just going out to find something." Ximo put on his coat, "I'll cook for you when I come back tonight."

"Yeah." Lin Jing nodded and continued to play with the puppy, but her heart was a little dazed.

The illusion of being in a trance, as if he was the little lover raised by Ximo at home. He didn't have to do anything, just tease the dog, and then we would have dinner together when he came back...

Pooh! What a broken metaphor!Lin Jing was taken aback by herself, this is my house, and I will raise him if I want to raise him!

Ah no!Who wants to raise that vampire!

Shaking his head manically!

The little white dog was lying on the table, licking the milk while looking at Lin Jing, silently despising him in his heart.

Look stupid.

After Ximo went out, he walked to an empty alleyway, and disappeared without a trace in an instant.

After returning to his castle, he saw a blond demon standing at the gate, looking around anxiously.

"Prince!" Seeing Xi Mo, the demon rushed forward at the speed of light.

"Freddie?" Simo frowned, "Why did you come back from the gate of hell?"

"Did you take my death dog away?" Freddy held Simmel's arm without letting go, "Give it back to me!"

"I don't know." Xi Mo calmly opened his fingers.

"It was obviously taken away by your subordinates!" Freddy was angry. "That is my birthday present to the count. Give it back to me, ah, ah, ah, give it back to me..."

Simo was annoyed by the noise, so he stretched out his index finger and tapped Freddy's forehead, touched his light-colored lips up and down, and said four words gracefully, "I, no, know, know."

You know it right away!Freddy was immobilized by the magic, so he silently greeted all the ancestors of Xi Mo in his heart.

Ximo returned to his room, and unexpectedly saw the red-haired boy standing by the fireplace.

"Prince." Danny came over, holding a glass of red viscous liquid in his hand.

Ximo took the fresh blood in his hand, sat on the recliner and drank it in one gulp.

Danny knelt on one side, obediently pinching his leg.

"Kicked out of the earl's castle?" Simo looked up at him.

"Yeah." Danny nodded, and said in a low voice, "It's not just me who was kicked out by Lord Freddy, all the pets raised by Lord Earl were kicked out... I have nowhere to go."

"Oh, then you can stay here." Ximo was obviously in a good mood and didn't pursue it further.

"Thank you, Prince." Danny bit his lower lip, boldly trying to kiss Simo's right hand.

"I don't have time today." Xi Mo patted his head, "Go and call the doctor and tell me I have something to do."

Lin Jing played with the puppy all afternoon at home, and before he knew it, it was already seven o'clock in the evening.

"Why haven't you come back so late?" Lin Jing said to herself, and put the sleeping puppy into the cotton basket.

Waiting is boring, why not...try to cook a dish by yourself?

So when Xi Mo came back, he saw the bright lights in the kitchen, and Lin Jing was cooking clumsily by the pot.

"Didn't you tell me that I would cook?" Xi Mo stepped forward to take the shovel in his hand.

"I can do it myself..." Lin Jing muttered softly.

"Yes, I know you will." Ximo glanced at the yellowed vegetables in the pot, and looked at him amusedly.

"...a momentary mistake." Lin Jing defended herself.

"I know." Xi Mo smiled.

With a gentle face, "Go and play with the puppy."

"It's been sleeping." Lin Jing unbuttoned her apron, "Let's go out after dinner and buy a litter box and dog food for it."

"Okay." Ximo hesitated to speak, "Xiao Jing, I... can I ask you something?"

"What's the matter?" Lin Jing asked him.

"Don't tell anyone about my living here, I mean, don't tell anyone." Xi Mo looked a little embarrassed, "I don't want others to know."

"I didn't tell anyone, even Yi Feng didn't know." Lin Jing smiled at him, "Don't be afraid, I won't let others know that you are here."

"Thank you." Ximo said gratefully.

"You're welcome." Lin Jing stood by the sink helping him wash the vegetables, her ears feeling hot for no reason.

The person who lives in my house is the most gentle vampire in the world.
