[HP] Riddle's Spirit Behind
Chapter 106 The Bubble of Desire
"You are finally willing to talk to me." Phantom said with a smile.
Tom frowned, then walked straight through Phantom's body expressionlessly.
"Oh, don't do that!" screamed the Phantom in protest. "I don't like being inside, not at all."
Tom ignored her.He walked out of the house and locked the door again.
"Are you going to leave my body alone in the house again?" Phantom Eleanor said after him, "and give me only bread and water every day! You know, I will be malnourished if this continues. "
Tom still didn't speak, he apparated into the abandoned apartment, and picked up the door key again.
A few seconds later, he was back in Hogsmeade. He straightened his clothes, took a deep breath and walked out of the alley, looking as if nothing had happened.
He subconsciously turned around, only to find that the phantom was gone.
So he stopped, frowned and looked around.
But a hand blocked his eyes, "Guess who I am?"
Tom pursed his lips and strode forward quietly.
"Just now you thought I was missing, didn't you?" "Eleanor" picked up her skirt and jumped up to him and said with a smile, "Fool, where else can I go?"
Obviously, the phantom in front of her is more lively and active than the real Eleanor, and she is more fond of pranks.
Tom couldn't help thinking that the phantom summoned by the Resurrection Stone is actually the impression that the living people miss most of the dead.Thinking of this, he raised his eyes and looked ahead, the phantom was humming and walking briskly forward.
She suddenly turned around and showed a bright smile, "Come on, Tom! They have put out the latest model of sweeping brooms." She ran to the shop window and stared at the brooms in the window with a group of lower grade students.
Tom couldn't help slowing down his pace a little, frowning and glanced at the phantom girl from the corner of his eyes.
"It'd be great to play Quidditch on it!" exclaimed one boy excitedly.
"Of course," Phantom sighed. "I used to be the team's Seeker! Too bad I haven't played a single game yet."
Of course the boy couldn't hear what Eleanor said.He began a lively discussion of Quidditch with his companions.
Tom strode past them, and then distinctly heard the girl's footsteps following closely behind.
"Wait for me, Tom!" Eleanor's voice came from behind him.
Tom's frown deepened, and he couldn't help quickening his pace.
That night, Tom sat alone in an armchair in the dormitory, reading a thick book.
Since Lestrange was expelled, he began to use this dormitory alone. He was very satisfied with this, and no one bothered him to read or study spells anymore.
But now there is another noisy phantom in the dormitory.
"Tom, aren't you going to read this book?" said the Phantom, staring at a goblin biography on his shelf. "Come on, let's read it together, what do you think?"
Tom frowned slightly, raised his hand and turned to the next page.
A few minutes later, Phantom stood in front of him.She bent down, her long black hair falling on the pages of his book.
Tom looked up, but just in time to see a bright smiling face.
"Come on, stop reading. There are only two of us in the room now." Phantom said in a slightly hoarse voice, "Don't you want to do something good for your body and mind?"
Tom took a deep breath and tried to turn his attention back to the book.
But Phantom put her hand on his thigh even more vigorously, and then slowly moved up.He lowered his head just in time to see a slender hand caressing himself.Although he couldn't feel anything, it still made him feel very uncomfortable.
She was nothing but an illusion, Tom warned himself coldly in his heart. Then he finally turned his attention back to the page again.
"Come on...kiss me." Eleanor leaned close to his ear and whispered, "I know what you want."
Her lips began to kiss his earlobe, and then all the way down, finally resting on the hollow of his neck.
This still doesn't make any sense to Tom.However, he could clearly hear the moist sound from the girl's soft lips.
He couldn't help holding his breath, staring at the pages in front of him, but he didn't turn the pages for a long time.
Phantom raised one leg and put his knee on the armchair, appearing to be sitting on his lap.
Tom finally couldn't pretend to read a book anymore, and the book in his hand slipped to the ground. He looked up and looked into those green eyes.He could even see the light of the torches on the wall reflected in those eyes.
No, she doesn't look like a hallucination at all. These words suddenly sounded in Tom's mind.
"Yes, I am not an illusion... I am a part of you, and I am real." The girl said softly, she seemed to be able to hear Tom's inner voice, "If you really want to feel me, you can feel..."
As she spoke, she slowly reached out and stroked his cheek, while lowering her head and gazing at him tenderly.
Tom stared at her stiffly, intently.
Her slightly parted lips were showing a faint luster, and then she slowly approached him.
"Feel me...feel it with your heart, okay?" she murmured, and kissed Tom on the lips.
Tom suddenly felt the warm breath fill his nostrils. The touch of the girl's lips and body suddenly became real.
His lips parted slightly tremblingly, and then rubbed against the familiar soft lips. This kiss was like a sweet poison, slowly eroding his willpower.
Finally he put his arms around the girl's waist, turning the kiss into a deeper exploration. The girl's soft chest was attached to his body without any gaps, and he suddenly felt that the desire somewhere in his body was eagerly awakened.
Then he felt a soft hand reach into his clothes, start to caress his skin, and then slowly slide down until it landed on the edge of his belt.
"I know what you want." The girl said in a seductive hoarse voice, and then touched his most secret part.
Tom jerked awake, and he pushed the Phantom away, a mixture of anger and shame rushing into his head.
"Damn it!" he cursed petulantly. "Go away, and stay away from me!"
But the girl was not frightened by him at all. Instead, she smiled and said, "You know, if you really want me to leave, I won't show up. Since I'm still standing here, it means you don't want me to leave at all." .”
Tom glared at Phantom, panting.
"You're not real," he said hoarsely. "I want you to disappear right away, right away."
"No, I'm real. Didn't you feel my presence just now?" the girl said softly. "I love you, Tom, and always have."
Tom looked down at her, his lips pursed slightly.
The girl put her arms around him and whispered in front of him, "I'm sorry, Tom. I know it hurts you to leave me, but it won't happen again."
"On the day you disappeared, what was the last sentence you didn't finish?" Tom suddenly asked softly.
"What?" The girl raised her head, blinked and looked at him suspiciously, "Why do you ask this?"
Tom took a step back, out of range of her arms.
"You don't know what that sentence is," Tom sneered, "you don't know anything I don't know. You are the embodiment of my weakest part, and I can only see my own ugly in you." Desire. You have nothing in common with her except in appearance."
The smile on the girl's face disappeared.
"You're right about one thing," said Tom quietly. "You can disappear if I want you to. Good-bye."
In the next second, Phantom Eleanor suddenly became transparent, and then she turned into a puff of gray smoke, slowly dissipating in the thin air.
Tom stared for a long time at the place where the phantom had vanished—just as it had been that day.But the difference was that this time he felt relief instead of despair.
He took a deep breath, then picked up the book on the ground, and turned to the page he had seen before.
After that, Avery and Abraxas sought the help of Principal Dippet, hoping that he could help find Eleanor.
"Although she has dropped out of school, she was also a student of ours." Dippet said kindly, "I will find a way. Don't worry, children."
But months passed, and there was still no news from Principal Dippet.Eleanor disappeared as if suddenly evaporated from the world. So is that Eleanor in Little Hangleton.
Cloris asked her relatives at the Ministry to check on the underage wizards. Then she gave Avery the bad news.
"They say no trace of Eleanor has disappeared," she said worriedly.
"What does that mean?" Avery asked.
"It means that her traces may have been removed." She replied, "It may also be..."
She suddenly stopped talking.
But both Avery and Abraxas knew what she was trying to say.
"She'll be all right," said Abraxas coldly. "Maybe someday she'll write to us and tell us where she's been hiding all this time."
But his face was stiff, and he didn't seem to believe what he said at all.
"I hope so," Avery said with a sigh.
In the end, until the end of the school year, they didn't get a single bit of news from Eleanor.
The three young men can do nothing about it, because they are just students who haven't graduated yet.
During the summer vacation, Abraxas had to go to France with his parents. They need to speak to a wizarding family in France about a marriage.
This is because the previous fiancée was found to be one-eighth Muggle blood, which made Abraxas' parents very angry, thinking that they had been seriously cheated.
Avery has no such worries. On Easter, he and Cloures made their relationship official, and carefully wrote to their parents about it.
Their parents acquiesced in the relationship between the two young people, but did not allow them to be too intimate before marriage, so the two of them did not see each other for an entire summer vacation.
Avery was offered an apprenticeship at the Ministry of Magic at the request of his father.
His father wanted him to enter the Ministry of Magic after graduation, although he had always only wanted to be a healer.Still, he accepted the job because it gave him more free time to do his own thing.
Over the weekend, Avery lied to his father about working overtime and went to Eleanor's rented apartment.
"I put all her things in the attic," said the landlord of the apartment. "You can take it if you want. Also, she owes two months' rent."
The landlord watched him so eagerly that Avery had to offer her some Galleons.Fortunately, gold is commonly used in the world, and the landlord was very happy to accept those gold coins.
"Is that all her stuff?" Avery asked.
"Oh, no, some clothes were taken away," said the landlady.
"Taken away?" Avery asked in surprise, "By whom?"
"A young man," she answered. "He came a few months ago. He said he was a friend of Miss Alford's. Then he took a big bag of clothes."
Avery's heart was beating wildly, "What does he look like?"
"Black-haired, tall," recalled the landlord, "—very handsome."
—It's Tom.Avery thought.
But where was he going to find Tom?He had no idea where Tom was spending the summer. All he knew was that Tom had been raised in an orphanage. But he knew that Tom would definitely not go back to the orphanage now.
He wrote to Abraxas and Cloris about this.
As a result, the next day, he was surprised to see Abraxas appear at his door.
"I sneaked back." Abraxas said lightly.
"what?"
"Aren't you going to invite me in?" Abraxas said with a smile, and strode into the house.
"But... how about your fiancée?" Avery couldn't help asking.
"Very well, except for the pimples all over her face, and her mouth is a little crooked, she is quite nice." Abraxas replied blankly, "Her favorite hobby is whipping her family's domestic animals. Elf. Anyway, she's a nice girl."
"Oh." Avery blinked. "I sympathize with you. But let's not talk about that, you must want to know what I just discovered."
Avery walked to the table and produced a piece of parchment.
"Well, remember when Cloris' uncle said a year ago that he lost his memory for a whole month?"
"Of course I remember."
"Clauris told me about this many times. His daughter Saoirse also had a memory confusion at the same time. People from the Ministry of Magic said that someone might have cast a memory spell. Then just a few days ago, Mr. Travis found this in the crevice of his desk."
Avery unfolded the triangular piece of parchment.
"It's part of his research journal, and it looks like it was accidentally torn out," he said. "Of course, he doesn't remember writing it down at all. Look here."
Among the complex and profound magic formulas in the research log, Alford's name appeared impressively.
"Miss Alford was reborn because of the Resurrection Stone, so the Resurrection Stone may not be as simple as people think..." Travis scrawled, "... After talking to her, I am very happy with her and The connection between the resurrection stones is of great interest."
"So, Eleanor once met Cloris' uncle?" Abraxas said with a frown, "and it happened not long before she disappeared. There must be some relationship between the two."
Finally, they plan to go to Travis's house to see the situation.
Since that incident, Travis and his daughter have moved out of the house, so the Floo network is no longer connected there. They had to travel in a Muggle carriage to a nearby village and then walk there on foot.
They found that almost everything in the house had been emptied, not even a scrap of paper or an empty can in sight. They had no choice but to leave there disappointed, and then returned by the same way.
Just as they walked out of the woods, Abraxas suddenly stopped.
He stared intently at the old house at the end of the path ahead, and said softly, "Did you see it?"
"See what?" Avery frowned.
"In the window on the second floor of that house."
Avery looked at the window, only to see a long-haired figure in white pajamas flash by.
"Eleanor," Abraxas whispered.
"What?" Avery looked at him in surprise.
"That's Eleanor," repeated Abraxas, "don't tell me you didn't recognize it."
"She flashed past, I didn't see clearly." Avery explained, and at the same time quickly followed Abraxas, "Are you sure you saw her?"
But Abraxas did not answer, but walked forward quickly with a solemn expression.
The two boys hurried up to the old house, then walked cautiously through the fence and up the steps.
Avery reached out and knocked on the door, but there was no answer.
"The door is locked," Abraxas whispered. "I'll see if I can get in through the window."
The windows were also locked and the curtains were drawn.
Abraxas took a stone, smashed the window, and opened it from the inside.
"We're breaking into a house," Avery muttered, and followed Abraxas through the window.
The house was so dark that it was almost impossible to see anything clearly.
Abraxas pointed to the second floor, and they went up the creaking stairs.
There are three rooms on the second floor, and the door of one of the rooms is slightly open.
"That's the room." Abraxas said softly.
Avery swallowed. They obviously came to see Eleanor, but the current situation made him feel inexplicably nervous.
"Eleanor?" he called aloud.
But no one responded to him.
They walked slowly to the door.Just when Avery was about to reach out and push the door open, the door was suddenly pulled open from the inside.
The girl in white pajamas looked at them expressionlessly.
"Eleanor!" Avery exclaimed.
Abraxas stepped forward and hugged the girl tightly, "Oh, thank God you're fine!"
The girl let him hold her without moving. Her dull and empty gaze fell over Abraxas' shoulders and fell on Avery, and Avery felt a little bit of fear.
