In the winter of 1992, Zhou Yun had graduated from university.

On the eve of the college entrance examination, his mother finally died on the hospital bed after years of treatment.

Zhou Yun finished his mother's funeral in a daze, and entered the examination room with a [-]-degree fever.

Fortunately, he has a good foundation. Even if he still failed to perform normally in the end, he still went to a key university in Shanghai.

After graduation, he successfully got an offer from a Fortune [-] company with his excellent grades during college.

On the way to work that day, he met an unexpected person.

Zhou Yun stopped when he heard someone calling him from behind. The man was very tall and thin, fair-looking, and somewhat familiar.

Zhou Yun squinted his eyes for a long while before recognizing that it was Wan Jiu.

He didn't know Wan Jiu very well, but he had met him a few times when he followed Qiao Xiaotian back then, and he didn't expect him to recognize him.

Meeting an old man in a foreign land is not a good feeling, at least for Zhou Yun.

The two chatted a few words on the road, and because they each had something to do, they parted in a hurry.

Zhou Yun was disturbed by Wan Jiu's appearance. The past he thought he had forgotten clearly resurfaced in his mind again.

Only then did Zhou Yun realize that seven years passed like a fleeting moment, and memories lasted forever.

In January 1993, a movie called "Farewell My Concubine" was released. Zhou Yun hesitated for that name, but still bought the ticket.

In the movie theater, it was dark all around, and the plot of Cheng Dieyi, played by Leslie Cheung, was playing on the screen. Zhou Yun's thoughts were involuntarily brought back to the play he and Qiao Xiaotian watched in the winter of 1985.

For a moment, he seemed to have returned to the theater where he was singing babbling operas, and sitting next to him was the young man who made his heart beat.

He smiled and looked at himself, his own reflection was reflected in his beautiful eyes, making it impossible to move his eyes away.

At the end of the show, Zhou Yun's face was already wet. I don't know if it was because of the brilliant tragedy of Dieyi and Xiaolou in the movie, or because of his ignorant and youthful youth that never looked back.

He fumbled in his pocket, and was embarrassed to find that he didn't bring any paper. He was about to wipe it with his hand, when a beautiful hand stretched out beside him, and handed over a paper towel.

Zhou Yun lowered his head, was stunned for a moment, took it in embarrassment, and said softly, "Thank you."

The man smiled and said, "You're welcome."

Zhou Yun was stunned, the voice was too familiar, even after so many years, it still made his heart beat like thunder the moment he heard it.

Zhou Yun raised his head abruptly, and saw that man's star-like eyes, staring at him intently, with faint sparkles in his eyes.

He smiled at Zhou Yun and said, "Long time no see."
