Chapter 32 Picking up the ring

After a dance is over, I just hope that the crown prince in front of me can retrieve his ring in peace, go back to rest, and stop doing anything else.

We walked back to the corridor just now. Archibald first picked up the cloak that fell on the ground, put it on again indifferently, and even picked up the things that helped me and handed them to me.

"Your Highness, it's getting late. It's time for you to go back and rest." I sighed inwardly, and took the cloak with my hand.

There was already dust in the corridor, plus the water stains left by walking in the snow, the cloak was inevitably dirty, but after a closer look, there were no big water stains, so I lowered my head and put it on again and fastened the buttons .

The moment the cloak returned to me, so did the warmth.I quietly rubbed the soft plush collar on the cloak. The fur on this cloak was an experimental product that Brian sent me last year. He said it was a special soft fur that can heat itself. I didn’t know what to do after receiving it. What to do, or Andrew reminded me that it can be used as a fur collar for a cloak.

"It's so comfortable to wrap your neck around your neck in heavy snow all the time." Andrew said.

I have to say it was the right decision.I nodded.

There was a muffled laugh in front of me, and I realized that I was still staying with Archibald in the late-night deserted corridor. When I looked up, I saw Archibald smiling, rubbing his fingers against his chin, his eyes seemed like Watching children.

So he saw all my actions just now?

Feeling a little shy for no reason, I coughed dryly, straightened my back, and said calmly, "Your Highness, if you don't need to retrieve that ring, can you go back and rest? It's getting late."

"But I still want to chat with Ansair," Archibald said to himself, his violet-like eyes staring at me all the time, "The rose of the empire looks indifferent, but in fact But he is very soft-hearted, even naive like a child. The action just now is really childish, reminds me of a kitten I once saw..."

I couldn't maintain my calm look, so I reluctantly replied: "I think you probably got it wrong."

"Really?" Archibald raised his eyebrows, "I don't think I have a history of being dazzled."

"So now you have it." I said bluntly, ignoring his exaggerated surprised expression, and brought the topic back on track, "Your Highness, it's time for you to go back and rest."

After I finished speaking, I stared straight at him without dodging, until he shrugged and passed me by.

"Good night, sir." Archibald's voice passed by me, and Rose gradually moved away.

I was finally relieved, looked back at his back, and prepared to continue what I was going to do from the beginning - to check those sleeping knights.

Thinking of this, I recalled the direction, and caught off guard that Archibald, who had disappeared at the end just now, turned back again and waved to me.

"See you tomorrow." He finished and disappeared around the corner again.

I was taken aback by him, and it took me a while to react.

"Is he sick?" I let out a breath, turned and walked quickly towards the previous room.

When I first opened the door, the situation inside really shocked me.A dazzling red light shines from each of them, and each of them can be used as a warning redstone for the knight's alarm. I immediately closed the door and walked closer to check it carefully. I didn't find any adverse reactions.

"If we let them wear that bright red dress now, I really can't tell who is more popular..." I imagined that scene and laughed.

Coming out of the sleeping knight's room, I closed the door and blocked the red light in the room.To my horror, there was still some red light shining through the crack of the door, and I even found the ring dropped by Archibald through this red light.

The ring fell on the side of the pillar, illuminated by the red light, and reflected a golden light, I bent down to pick it up.

An exquisite ring, the whole is gold, with fine gems of various colors inlaid on the edge, a flower that I don't know is carved in the middle, and a small text is carved in another language underneath.

I stared at that paragraph of text several times, and finally found out with regret that I didn't know a single word.

Well, definitely not wanting to know the name of that well-known beauty family.

Although Archibald said that there is no need to retrieve the ring, I'd better send it back tomorrow morning.I put the ring away, tidied up the somewhat messy collar, and took advantage of the warmth of the collar, and walked back to the room quickly.

On the way, I thought about how to condemn Archibald’s stupid behavior with Brian more than once, and organized a lot of words in my mind, but the moment I opened the door, I swallowed all my words into the stomach.

Brian was still leaning on the pillow, but he had closed his eyes, the black eyelashes drooped, the sharpness completely disappeared, and it looked soft.

"...Are you asleep?" I muttered, relaxing my movements.

After tidying up, I walked to the bed and sat down tiredly, ready to lie down and rest. This night, I heard the secrets of the royal family of the neighboring country, and was dragged to dance in the snow. After the end, the sleepiness really came up.

"Knock-knock-knock-"

I froze when I lifted the quilt.

"Knock knock—" The intermittent knocking on the door was not an illusion, I raised my voice slightly: "Who is it?"

Without answering, I put on my shoes, picked up the sword I had set aside, and walked to the door and opened it sideways.

A snowball rushed in--

I was surprised to see it pounced on my bed, watched it spread its wings and looked around blankly, and watched it fly towards me, and finally rushed into my arms accurately.

"Xue Yin?!" A beautiful little dragon like snow, Auston's little dragon.
