Chapter 286 Derrick (4)

Lucius froze, index finger hovering over his Dark Mark.

Bellatrix strode up to the search officer with the sword and asked, "What is that?"

"The sword."

"Give it to me." Bellatrix held out her hand.

"It's not yours, ma'am. It's mine. I found it." The search officer took a step back with the sword.

With a bang, and a flash of red light, the Snatcher was stunned. His companions roared, and Scarbio drew his wand: "What do you think you're playing, bitch?"

"Dizzy," Bellatrix screamed, "Dizzy!"

The people from the search party were no match for her at all, even though they were four against one of her.Everyone else fell where they were, except Greyback, who was kneeling on the ground with his arms outstretched.Bellatrix charged at the werewolf, her Gryffindor sword clutched tightly, her face ashen as white. She whispered to Greyback, taking the wand from his limp hand: "Where did you get that sword?"

"How could you?" growled Greyback, forced to look up at her, only his mouth moving. He bared his fangs and said, "Let me go, bitch!"

"Where did you get that sword?" she asked again, waving it at him. "Snape sent it to my vault at Gringotts!"

Hearing Snape's name, Jane immediately held her breath involuntarily, and couldn't help but take a step forward.Anyway, she had already been seen by Bellatrix, and she didn't care if she would reveal her identity as an eavesdropper.

"In their tent," gruffly said Greyback. "Let me go, you hear!"

With a wave of Bellatrix's wand, the werewolf jumped to her feet, but seemed wary of approaching her.He stepped behind an armchair and scratched at the back with his dirty, crooked nails.

"Draco, get these scum out," Bellatrix said, pointing at the unconscious Snatchers. "If you don't have the guts to kill them, throw them in the yard first."

"How dare you speak to Draco like that—" Narcissa raged.

But Bellatrix screamed, "Hush! It's much worse than you think, Sissy! We're in big trouble!" She stood up, panting softly, looking down at the sword, Studying the hilt of the sword, then turned to look at the silent prisoners. "If he really is Potter, he must never be hurt," she muttered, more to herself, "The Dark Lord wants to kill Potter himself...if he finds out...I must...I must know... ..." She turned to her sister again, "The prisoner must be put in the dungeon first, and I will think about what to do!"

"This is my home, Bella, you can't give orders like this—"

"Quick! You have no idea how dangerous we are!" screamed Bellatrix, looking horribly mad as a thin flame shot out of her wand and burned a hole in the carpet .

Jane looked at Bellatrix's irritable appearance, and guessed that the reason why she became like this was definitely related to the Gryffindor sword. And that sword had something to do with Snape. So, what happened in it?

On the other side, in the living room, Narcissa hesitated for a moment, then said to the werewolf, "Take these prisoners to the dungeon, Greyback."

"Wait a minute," Bellatrix squealed, "except... except this Mudblood."

Greyback snorted in satisfaction.

"No!" Ron yelled, "You can keep me, keep me!"

Bellatrix walked up to Ron and punched him in the face, the sound of the blow echoing through the room: "If she dies during interrogation, you'll be next. On my blacklist, Beneath the Mudblood are pure-blood traitors. Greyback, take them down and hold them. But hold 'em—for now."

Throwing Greyback's wand to him, she drew a silver knife from under her robes, cut Hermione apart from the rest of the prisoners, and dragged her into the middle of the room by the hair.Greyback led the other prisoners slowly towards another door and entered a dark corridor.

Bellatrix dragged Hermione and pushed her to the ground, and asked coldly, "You stole this sword from my vault, didn't you? You dirty mudblood."

"No, I didn't steal it!" Hermione fell to the ground, looking at Bellatrix.

"You're lying, dirty Mudblood, Cruciatus!" Her wand pointed at Hermione with a blinding light, and amidst Hermione's screams, she said, "I know! You've been to my ancient The treasury of the court! Tell me honestly, tell me honestly!"

"No! We didn't take it! We picked it up." Hermione trembled all over.

Jane was standing behind a huge vase not far from Bella Crittery, which happened to cover her whole body.A wand dropped five meters away from her, where the search staff had dropped it.But Lucius was standing half a meter away from the wand, and she didn't dare to rush up to snatch it easily. But Hermione's yell made her heart skip a beat, she didn't intend to hesitate too much, and just when Lucius turned his head, she took a step forward. But before she leaned out, Peter suddenly appeared from another door together with Draco who had just disposed of the corpse of the search staff.

"What else did you take? What else did you take? Tell me the truth, otherwise, I swear I'll pierce you with this knife!" Bellatrix threatened .

"We didn't take anything, we never went to Gringotts!" cried Hermione, tears in her eyes. But at this moment, she saw Jane with half of her body sticking out from behind the vase.

"What else did you take, what else? Answer me! Cruciatus!" Bellatrix obviously didn't believe Hermione's words, and she cast a Cruciatus Curse on her again.

At this time, Peter walked up to Lucius, muttering something. The wand was at Peter's feet.

Draco walked over to his mother, bowed his head and turned his face away.

Suddenly, there was a "pop" sound from the direction of the dungeon, Lucius frowned: "What is this sound? Peter, go and have a look."

Peter left Lucius' side and walked towards the dungeon.

"How did you break into my vault?" Bellatrix screamed. "Did that filthy goblin in the dungeon help you?"

Hermione sobbed, "We never got into your vault...it's not the real sword! It's a fake, just a fake!"

"Imitation?" Bellatrix shrieked. "Well, it's a fake!"

"It's easy to find out!" Lucius seemed to be unable to stand Hermione's screams, "Draco, catch that goblin, he can identify whether the sword is real or not!"

The ordeal was finally over, and Draco quickly brought Griphook up from the dungeon.Bellatrix handed him the sword in her hand and asked, "How is it? Is the sword real?"

"No," said Griphook, "it's a fake."

Lucius couldn't help but follow along.

At this moment, Jane rushed out immediately and picked up the wand on the ground.
