Chapter 89 Who's Greedy

In the evening of the second day, the sixth grade students were notified.Added the apparition class, which lasted twelve weeks. The tuition fee is 12 Galleons.

"At least you've learned it and done well." Nancy said to Draco, looking at the notice.

"But I haven't passed the exam, which is actually illegal." Draco said with a smile.

"Yeah? Why doesn't the Ministry of Magic arrest you? That way I'm less likely to burn the back of my hand like a madman." Nancy said.

Seeing her mentioning that matter, Draco quickly diverted her attention with other words, "Aren't you going to the library to return the book? You go! I'll pay the apparition fee for both of us, and then the restaurant See you, okay?" Although he was asking, he couldn't wait to push her forward.

Nancy snorted as she watched his back as he ran away quickly. He turned and walked towards the library.

After returning the book, she took a shortcut to go to the restaurant quickly. She heard Severus' voice faintly at the door of the last classroom in the corridor.

She quickly put her ear to the door.

"...if you're fired—"

"Isn't that in your favor? You can just grab my credit!"

"Your approach is clumsy and stupid, if it weren't for me, someone would already doubt you!"

"I have other plans--you don't need to worry about them!"

"Only relying on you?"

"I have other helpers! Just wait - I'll let everyone see!"

Nancy heard footsteps from the door without even a second of mental preparation. She hurriedly hid in the crevice in the corner, pressing against the wall with all her might. Then she saw Severus and Theodore walking down the corridor, one behind the other. She didn't dare to show her air, and tried her best to blend in with the wall.

She breathed a sigh of relief after they had all gone a long way.Start to think about what is the plan Theodore said?

"So it's you!" A sinister voice suddenly sounded.

Nancy shivered in fright, and then a cold wand was placed on her neck.

"Don't act rashly... I don't want to cast a curse by mistake because of being frightened—" Theodore threatened viscously.

"I'm not moving—" Nancy promised hastily, "but you don't move—you have to cast a curse on me—"

"I know, Malfoy won't let me go, will he?" Theodore mentioned Draco's teeth itching with hatred, and his expression became more ferocious. "Tell me, what are you hiding here? Don't tell me this is a little game between you and Malfoy—if I hadn't seen the corner of my robe showing—"

"I went to the library to return the books, I have no intention of listening to what you say...you know Severus won't allow me to inquire about anything he doesn't want me to know...I didn't hear it when it was his voice If you keep listening, I was going to leave, but when you came out suddenly, I subconsciously hid it... One thing more is worse than one thing less." Nancy explained half-truth.

Theodore still looked at her suspiciously.

"I really didn't hear anything... I promise you! I made an appointment with Draco to go to the restaurant for dinner, and he knew I was coming to return the book... If I don't go, he will definitely find came."

"Are you threatening me?" Theodore asked slowly with a fierce look in his eyes.

"It's not an important matter, there's no need to make a big fuss. I don't want Draco to know, you know I don't like to make trouble." Nancy said softly and slowly.

"Really?" Theodore's expression gradually became calm, and his wand slowly slid down her neck, over the collar of the shirt, and then down.

"Not!" Nancy's expression changed, and she became angry.

Theodore put away his wand and said regretfully, "What a pity..." His sticky eyes were like a poisonous snake. "Remember what you said—" He turned and walked away.

Sitting in the restaurant, Nancy tried her best to keep a calm expression, but the food she put into her mouth couldn't taste at all.She didn't want Draco to know what was happening in the corridor.Theodore led Voldemort's mission, and even Severus spoke cautiously to him.And Draco avoided confrontation with him at first. If it wasn't for the last time...she didn't want him to cause trouble again.

Theodore strutted into the restaurant, sat next to Elena and hugged her and kissed her.Nancy felt sick to her stomach.

"What's the matter with you?" Draco could always notice her abnormality, even if it was only a little bit.

"I'm fine!" Nancy widened her eyes slightly.

Draco gave a short laugh, "You'd better say it."

"I'm really fine!" Nancy repeated.

"Really?" Draco looked at her suspiciously.Seeing that she was unwilling to speak, she could only press Question.

The first Apparition class was scheduled for Saturday to avoid delaying other classes. This disappointed a lot of people. They thought they could miss a class.

All the tables are gone, and a wooden circle is now placed in front of everyone. The four deans stood at the four corners and looked at them. The teacher sent by the Ministry of Magic was a small man. After he explained the precautions, he asked everyone to try it for themselves.

Nancy stared at the wooden circle in front of her, concentrated her attention, and spun in place to let herself enter a void state. But she immediately lost her balance and fell to the ground. But almost everyone is like this. There are people wobbling and falling everywhere.Only Draco stood intact in the circle, looking at her with a smile on his face.

"It's too difficult..." Nancy said, getting up.

"Then you don't learn it." Draco said immediately, he really hoped that she would not learn it.In this way, she won't just walk away one day. "Not all wizards do."

"That won't work!" Nancy opened her arms, spun on the spot, and tried again, but she still sat on the ground.

After the class ended, everyone walked out of the auditorium.Nancy saw Harry pushing forward. "How are you doing?" Nancy asked.

"Not much, I'd rather fly," said Harry.

Draco watched them impatiently, wishing Potter would hurry up and get the hell out.A morning of rest day has been wasted.

Seeing what he meant, Harry said unhappily to Nancy, "Tell him to go away! I have something to tell you." But anyone could see that he had nothing to say.

Draco knew that he had nothing to do with Potter for the time being, so he had to say that he would go back to the Slytherin common room and wait for her before Nancy could speak.

He strode unhappily toward the Slytherin common room.Walking into a narrow corridor, he was distracted by the quarrel in the sidewalk. He couldn't help but slow down.

Elena has been feeling depressed recently. She accidentally found out about Theodore. In fact, he didn't avoid her either. He often shows off intentionally or unintentionally that he is going to be promoted. To do more important and exciting things.

Elena knew who he was talking about. This made her extremely afraid. She thought he was crazy. That is mission impossible.Even she knew that this was a cannon fodder-like task.Only a fool like Theodore thinks this is a treasure.

She began to regret her decision in the first place.

"Are you scared?" Theodore pushed her hard, and she slammed against the wall.Yet he wasn't at all worried about whether she was hurt or not.

"I don't think...that's impossible...you're only 17..." Elena said tremblingly.

"Don't be verbose! Do what I ask you to do! Don't take me for a fool, I don't know why you are with me? Now that I give you what you want, you have to repay me."

"But...but I'm afraid... I'll give you everything back, okay? You can't succeed..." Elena sobbed.

"Are you cursing me?" Theodore was upset because there was no progress for many days, and he heard her crying every day, just asking her to do something. "Stop crying!" he said irritably.

Elena didn't listen to him and was still crying, begging to return the things while crying.

"I told you not to cry!" Theodore felt like being surrounded by a fly, and he grabbed her hair violently.

Elena screamed, "Don't hit me..."

Draco couldn't take it anymore. "Hitting women? Nott, you've opened my eyes more and more." He stood up from the shadows.

"Don't mind your own business!" Seeing him, Theodore let go immediately.

"Don't mind, you go ahead, I'm just passing by." Draco smiled.

"Don't...don't go!" Elena rushed over and hugged his leg.

Draco resisted the urge to shake her off, he was afraid that Nancy would get angry again if she found out.

"That's not your style—don't you tell me you're still interested in her?" Theodore's face was full of sarcasm.

"What you think is what you see." Draco smiled softly, "I can't expect you to think anything good, because obviously you are already a bad person."

Theodore's eyes flashed a venomous look for an instant. But he didn't make any provocative actions rashly. He knew that would only bring him humiliation. He stared at him fiercely for a few seconds, then turned and walked away.

Draco watched him disappear around the corner, looking down at Elena, "He's gone."

Elena thought of Theodore's impatience towards her these days and the ferocious expression just now, and her legs were so weak that she couldn't stand up.She was still crying.Holding Draco's leg was like holding all hope.

"Are you out of strength?" Draco sighed and could only pick her up.

Probably at this time she was too fragile and needed comfort too much, and Draco's tone was rarely gentle. She looked at his face and blurted out, "I like you. I have liked you for a long time..."

Draco frowned and looked at her. He had heard such a confession since he was a child, but he didn't feel it at all. "Nancy wouldn't like to hear it. You're her friend," he said patiently and quietly.

"I know, I'm not greedy, I'm not trying to replace her. I just want you to know that I like you enough. I've liked you since first grade. I liked you before Nancy. In fact, I don't I think she likes you. She is still writing to Fred Weasley. I sent her letters to the Owl Tower for her."

Draco listened indifferently at first, but when he heard this, he clenched his hand into a fist, then slowly let go, looked at her indifferently and said, "Since she kept it from me, you shouldn't have said it."

"I know, but I think you should know. You asked me to keep an eye on her and tell you everything she did, didn't you?"

"That was a long time ago. I haven't let you do that for a long time," Draco said slowly.Elena's words kept going back and forth in my heart. Her correspondence with Fred...I sent it for her...His heart was throbbing and he couldn't breathe. .

"I don't expect you to treat me like you did to Nancy, I just want to have a small position..." Elena lowered her head in embarrassment, "Do whatever you want. OK... you can ask me to do anything for you..."

Draco looked at her and smiled coldly, "You probably misunderstood something..."

Elena suddenly looked up at him.

"Because you are her friend, I just intervened just now. But if she doesn't treat you as a friend in the future, you will be nothing." Draco looked at her coldly, "Don't betray her again. If Let me know and I'll do it harder than Nott!" He walked around her and strode away.

Back in the Slytherin common room, he sat on the sofa, probably because of his gloomy face, and the other students avoided him. After a while, a black school robe stopped in front of him.He looked up and Nancy gave him a sweet smile before sitting on his lap and wrapping her arms around his neck. "I'm hungry, let's go eat!"

He wrapped his arms around her waist, looking at her face and feeling very tired. "Nancy, since when did you like me?"

Nancy froze for a moment, then stroked his face, "Why do you ask this suddenly?"

"Just curious," Draco said.

"Probably in the fourth grade." Nancy thought for a while and said.

"Yeah." Draco hugged her a little tighter. "Would you like me more in the future?" He begged in a low voice.

Nancy looked at him suspiciously, not understanding where the sadness in his eyes came from. "I've always liked you, Draco." She cupped his face in her hands and looked at him, "Did you hear something?"

Draco said nothing.Rubbing her face as she likes.

Nancy kissed him, "Don't listen with your ears, feel it yourself... Draco, I only like you. Maybe I may have had a crush on someone, but that's only a crush. There is only you in my heart from beginning to end.”

Draco opened his eyes slightly, he had never heard her confession. It sounded unreal to him.He almost thought it was all his own fantasy. "Say it again." He looked at her eagerly.

"I like you, Draco, I only like you." Nancy repeated patiently. It's a little funny, he looks like a kid eager for candy.

"You're not lying to me?" Draco still didn't believe it.

"I'm not lying to you." Nancy moved closer to him and put her lips on it.She kisses carefully. With the unique gentleness of women. There is a faint entanglement on the tip of the tongue.

The unsolicited kiss almost made Draco unable to contain himself.Nancy felt his change, blushed, and jumped off him.He took his arm coquettishly, "Let's go eat! I'm starving to death."

Draco smiled and stood up.He took her hand and thought, even if it was a lie, he would be willing, as long as she was willing to lie to him forever.
