[HP] Can you be gentle with me

Chapter 7 7. Enrollment Notification Letter

Tahlia responded immediately. "It's okay!" she said as she got off the bed and changed her pajamas. "I'll go out later."

Tony outside the door was silent for a moment and asked. "What happened just now?"

"I... I fell off the bed... nothing!" In fact, Tahlia didn't know what happened, just now it felt like she floated up and fell off the bed, but it was so ridiculous Who would believe that?

There was a chuckle from outside the door.

"You're laughing at me!" Tahlia yelled out the door angrily.

The laughter stops. "No."

No wonder! Tahlia thought angrily, she couldn't believe they hadn't accidentally fallen off the bed, and she didn't really fall off the bed.

"Breakfast is ready, I'll go down first," Tony said.

"Well, I'll be fine in a minute," Tahlia responded, going into the bathroom to wash up.

Today's dream is really weird! And even Snape appeared, but it was obviously a dream, the real Snape wouldn't talk to her like that!He didn't bother to speak at all, so he wouldn't run to her and tell her what to do...

But why would she have such a strange dream?Sure enough, it was too late to watch the movie yesterday?Next time, I will tell my brother not to let her watch that magical movie at night.

After a while, Tahlia went downstairs after washing up, but saw a strange scene.

The four big men stared blankly at something on the dining table, and that thing seemed to... move? Tahlia took a closer look. "That... is an owl?" Don't owls appear at night?

Hamish nodded, pointing at it. "It seems to be looking for you."

"What?" Tahlia approached too, standing by the dining table.Seeing Tahlia approaching, the owl flapped its wings and hopped towards her, stretching out a foot. Tahlia realized that there was a letter tied to its foot. She untied the letter and read the envelope. on the word. "Dover, 15 Castle Hill Road, bedroom on the third floor, Tahlia Watson's charge... What is this?"

The four men also looked confused.

Tahlia took a closer look at the envelope. There was a big H on it, four animals around it, and nothing else but the address.

"Your friend's joke?" Tony asked stiffly.

Tahlia shook her head. "How could they even know that I live in a bedroom on the third floor... This makes me feel a little, uh... weird..."

"I think so too," Josh agreed. "Do you want to open the letter?"

"Yeah." Tahlia said as she opened the letter. "Maybe this is a new type of government document..." After all, the residence is accurate to the room, so it shouldn't be the work of some boring people.

Inside the envelope were two sheets of old-looking paper, quite thick.

"This seems to be... parchment?" Tahlia looked at Josh inquiringly, and he checked it and nodded slightly. "How can anyone use parchment in this day and age?" she murmured.Opened the first one.

"Is this a prank?" Tahlia's mouth twitched slightly, and she handed the book list to Josh. "I remember April is April Fool's Day..."

"Is there such a thing?" Billy picked up the admission letter and held it up in the sun. "I don't think it looks like a prank..."

"It says the owl waiting for you..." Hamish pointed to the letter. "Where did we get the owl?"

"I don't know..." Tahlia murmured. "Isn't this really a prank?" If it's true, then what happened this morning can be explained, but... She still doesn't believe it.

Josh made an idea: "Why don't we write a letter to ask?" He pulled a piece of paper and hurriedly wrote down the sentence of the inquiry. He thought for a while, and then added a description of what he thought happened to Tahlia that could not be explained .It took a lot of trouble to tie the scroll to the owl's feet. "Uh... let's go?"

As if the owl really understood what he said, it first took a sip of the water on the table, then flapped its wings, and flew out of the window. Soon, there was only a small dot left.

"So what do we do now?" Tahlia asked.

Everyone looked at each other in blank dismay, it seemed that they could only wait for the reply first, if it was a prank, they probably wouldn't send letters in such a strange way again.

On this day, everyone seemed to be a little absent-minded. People kept looking out the window to see if another owl flew in, but there was no news until after dinner. It must be a prank, right?

"It seems like we're thinking too much?" Tony asked. He got up and was about to close the window, but suddenly jumped back in shock. "God-"

The owl from the morning, at least it seemed to Tahlia to be the same owl, passed Tony and stopped in front of Tahlia, sticking out a foot and looking like it was blaming her for making the extra trip.

Tahlia took down the letter, took a piece of bread and tore it into small pieces and handed it over. The owl swallowed it all in a few strokes, and stared straight at Tahlia again. "Uh..." Tahlia pushed the plate of bread directly in front of the owl. "You do what you want." So the owl began sweeping the bread on the plate.

The speechless crowd watched as Tahlia opened the letter.

Dear Miss Watson:

In view of the fact that you may not have heard of our school before, we will send a special person to your house at [-]:[-] tomorrow morning to explain the relevant information to you, and take you there to purchase your books and materials.

Yours sincerely Vice Principal Minerva McGonagall

"We'll send someone special..." Tahlia looked up, not surprised to see the nervous expressions of her brothers.

"Do we need to prepare anything?" Hamish asked.

"It's not written on it...it seems as if we just have to wait for them to come..." Tahlia read the letter paper carefully again. "I still don't know if this is a prank..."

"It's okay." Josh patted Tahlia on the shoulder. "Tomorrow we will know, you should go to rest now, otherwise it will be a shame to meet that special person with two panda eyes tomorrow."

Tahlia laughed. "I won't embarrass you." As he spoke, he walked upstairs obediently.

As soon as Tahlia was out of sight, the four men gathered together and discussed in low voices.

"This thing shouldn't hurt her, right?" Billy asked a little worried.

"If someone really comes tomorrow, let's observe first..." Josh whispered. "If there's something wrong we call it a stop right away?"

"that is it."

"agree."

The next morning, it wasn't Tahlia with panda eyes, but four men. Tahlia looked at the four blank-eyed brothers silently, are they really all right? However, after a few cups of coffee, everyone was able to sit on the sofa together and wait for the special person to arrive. It must be said that the atmosphere was tense.
