HP through the autumn

Chapter 6 How to Sort

Summer vacation always goes by too quickly, and in the blink of an eye, it’s the start of school again. With her luggage and Sweeping Seven Stars, Qiu walks through Platform Nine and Three Quarters, and meets Ravenclae’s Chaser Luo on the way. Jay Davis, he saw Qiu’s new broom at a glance and praised it: “Qiu, is this your new broom? Did Diagon Alley see Nimbus 2000?"

"Of course! I've looked at it for a long time, and it looks very perfect, but the price is a little expensive, so I finally chose this sweeping Seven Stars."

"It's okay, sweeping the Seven Stars is also great! Are you going to try out for the Quidditch team this year?"

"Yes, I want to be a Seeker. Our original Seeker has just graduated. I want to try it. I specially practiced for a holiday."

They chatted all the way to the train, when two voices came from behind: "Hi, Qiu—"

Cho knew who was saying hello without turning her head. She motioned for Roger to get in the car first, and waved back at the same time: "Hi, Fred, hi, George, how was your vacation?" She turned her head. .

"Pretty good," replied Fred, "except—"

"Mom tried her best to confiscate our gadgets again," George continued.

"That's a shame, but I'm sure you two won't let her succeed."

"Of course, she searched a few times and found nothing," said Fred. "Cho, is this your new broom? Are you going to try out for Quidditch this year?"

"Yes, I fly fairly well."

"Then we can play together on the Quidditch pitch this year," said George. "Fred and I won't show mercy."

"Don't worry, George, I won't show mercy either." Qiu patted George on the shoulder.

That's when they saw a thin boy trying to push the luggage onto the train's running board, but failing twice. So George stepped up to him and asked, "Help me?"

"Yes, please help me." The boy gasped.George called Fred to help push the box into the corner of the cubicle.

"Thank you very much." The thin boy thanked him while brushing his sweaty black hair away from his eyes.

"Oh, my God," said Fred, "could you be—"

"Is he..." George continued, "Did you—"

"What is it?" Harry asked.

"Harry Potter." The Weasley brothers replied in unison.

Molly, the twins' mother, yelled from the platform: "Fred? George? Are you in the car?"

The twins turned and got out of the car, just in time to expose Cho, who was too late to leave, in Harry's sight.

"It's you! You're Cho Chang, right? We met more than a year ago, do you remember?" Harry said eagerly to Cho.

"Oh, Harry, it's you, I didn't expect you to be a wizard, Harry, I'm so glad to see you here." She put the luggage in the box.

"I didn't expect you to be a wizard. I always thought you came out of the mountains. After all, you haven't watched a single TV show. Did you go to Privet Drive to visit the Muggle world?"

"Yes, and then I met you."

"No wonder. If they didn't live nearby, no one would go to Privet Drive. You also told me that you were in elementary school at home, but you are actually squatting at home."

"No way, wizards don't have primary schools, so I can only squat at home."

"Hey, Qiu, you're here, come on, come to my box, I'll introduce you to some Quidditch players from our academy!" Roger Little Angel went online, and Qiu hurriedly agreed. She said goodbye to Harry hurriedly and walked out of the box.

She didn't want to stay in that box at all to disturb the whole process of the Gryffindor trio's first acquaintance, which was the basis for defeating Voldemort. If the trio was not successfully established, wouldn't she want to play Ron herself? Or Hermione?

The thought of spitting slugs or making Polyjuice Potion made her feel that the protagonist's life was very difficult.

Harry watched Qiu followed a boy out of the box with some gloom. He felt that he still had a lot to talk about with Qiu, such as various interesting things that happened when he received Hogwarts admission letter, such as when he was talking to Qiu. All kinds of interesting things I saw in the corner alley, and Uncle Vernon has watched several new TV shows in the past year...

But then Ron's arrival diverted his attention, then Hermione and Neville, then the Slytherin trio.

Cho returned to the box to get her school robes, just as Malfoy Goyle and Crabbe rushed out like a whirlwind.

Qiu looked at the pale golden hair flying from the top of the little boy who looked even smaller between the two hills, and once again despaired of all kinds of messy settings in fanfiction.

The legendary platinum aristocrat did not expect that not only was he not an aristocrat, but he didn't even have platinum.

Veela bloodlines do not exist, elf bloodlines have never been heard of, and soul mates do not exist.

It is estimated that only the mountain of gold Galleons really exists.

Hermione and Cho walked into the box one after the other.

"What happened?" Hermione asked looking at the chaotic carriage.

Qiu also looked at the candies scattered all over the room, and flicked his magic wand to bring all the candies together.

Hermione immediately cast her an interested look.

Zhong Qiu couldn't help but tremble under her eager eyes. In order to avoid Hermione asking long-winded questions, she took the initiative to change the subject: "Do you want to know how the schools are sorted?"

Ron, Hermione, and Harry immediately turned their attention to her, and Ron said, "My brother always told me that would hurt us a lot. They were joking, weren't they?"

Hearing this, Hermione also began to ask anxiously: "Will it be difficult? I have read all the textbooks and memorized all the spells on them. Should I read more books? She anxiously seemed to be about to rush back to her box, take out the book and recite it again.

Harry watched Cho nervously, too.

Facing the earnest gaze of the three people, Qiu blinked, and began to lie to the children without changing his face: "Actually, it won't be too difficult. The school will definitely allow you to study, and you won't pass the exam just because you can't pass." You guys sent them home. I don't know what the test will be this year, but last year—" She paused intentionally, making the three of them even more nervous.

"Last year we passed the triathlon. Do you know what a triathlon is?"

Harry and Ron shook their heads, and Hermione's eyes lit up: "Swimming first, then cycling, and finally long-distance running? I've seen it on TV."

Ron held back thousands of questions about this sentence, including what is a bicycle and what is a TV, but he wanted to know Qiu's answer even more.

"It's very similar, but the triathlon for the wizards is to swim through the Black Lake first. You know there is a lake in the school, right? Then ride a Pegasus and fly through the Forbidden Forest. In the process, several little wizards were thrown by the Pegasus Go down. But don’t worry, the professors will catch them. In the end, the little wizards run around the Hogwarts castle, and the students who successfully reach the castle will be able to enroll.”

Qiu concluded by saying that seeing the three children in front of him, they all froze.Ron turned pale, Harry felt his heart sink, and Hermione began to tremble a little nervously.

"But how come I've never heard of triathlons in the wizarding world?" Ron asked.

"Because this is the untold secret of Hogwarts." She said mysteriously.

"Don't worry, everyone will be assigned to their own college. You will never be sent home because you can't complete the task. I will cheer for you by the side." Qiu picked up the school uniform robe and walked out of the box, leaving behind a look at each other. The Gryffindor trio.

When she and her classmates arrived at the school in a carriage pulled by Thestrals, and were sitting in the auditorium waiting for the sorting, the first-year students came in.

The little carrot heads in the first grade looked nervous, but they couldn't help but look around at the candles floating in the air and the ceiling revealing a little bit of starlight.

After the Sorting Hat sang, Qiu was not surprised to see three of the first-year students with particularly prominent expressions of disbelief.

It was Ron, Hermione and Harry.

Cho thought she was going to roll over the Ravenclaw table laughing.
