Celebrity House [Anna]

Chapter 7 Chapter 7

Maybe it’s really nice to have someone there for you when you’re not feeling well.

"I just don't want to make trouble, compromise or showing weakness is the best, isn't it?"

A small voice retorted forcefully.

Anna looked at the other person, with a small face tucked inside the furry scarf, which made her look a little different from her usual indifferent and confident look, like some kind of non-aggressive animal.

"If that makes you feel at ease." Anna said softly.

Karenin looked at her, frowned and thought for a moment.

"Well, if something goes wrong in the evening I will stick to my mind," said Karenin, deciding to back off a step.

Anna breathed a sigh of relief.

In order to convince the man that she was really not sick enough to see a doctor, she insisted on eating the same food as usual even though she didn't have much appetite for dinner.

Although Anna was concentrating on eating her own food, she knew that Karenin was watching her, but she decided to pretend not to know until Karenin looked away at ease.

Seryozha was a little sensitive to Anna's hiding behavior, but from his father's expression of concern for his mother, he guessed that her mother might be uncomfortable.

After supper Seryozha went to his mother's bedroom.

"Mom, are you feeling well?"

"Oh, just a little bit." Anna blinked and said.

"If you feel unwell, you should see a doctor. Dr. Cullens is a good doctor. If you are afraid of taking medicine, he will give you a delicious candy." Seryozha put his hands on Anna's knees and squatted with.

He seems to like this pose very much, and his eyes are fixed on each other, which is full of dependence.

Anna stroked Seryozha's hair and smiled.

"I will."

"Well, I can't bear it when I'm sick." Seryozha nodded his head, and then he got up.

"Mom, you need to lie in bed. I don't need you to tell me a bedtime story today. I will tell you "The Tale of the Fisherman and the Goldfish" later."

Seryozha urged Anna to go to bed and lie down.

This is like chasing a duck, and Anna is undoubtedly the duck who has a thousand knots in her heart and is not so honest.

Be obedient, be obedient to the wretch, Anna told herself.

When Seryozha went to get the storybook, she changed clothes and lay under the covers.

Seryozha had also changed into a warm nightgown and plush slippers, with curly hair and large, bright blue eyes.

He climbed onto the bed, settled himself properly, and tucked the blanket for Anna. Although his technique was immature, he was very thoughtful, and he couldn't tell that it was a child who was only seven years old.

"Are you ready, mother?" Seryozha asked, and the fat man opened the book, and turned to the page "The Fisherman and the Goldfish".

Anna glanced at the other party, and only after seeing the rounded jaw was she convinced that this was indeed a seven-year-old child, not an adult.

"Yes." She replied with a smile.

Some of the irritability during the day was relieved by Seryozha's behavior.

Seryozha cleared his throat to indicate that they were about to embark on an adventure.

"A bit childish, full of imagination, and, moreover, a little gentleman." Anna made an evaluation in her heart while listening.

Seryozha's original intention was to put his mother to sleep, but later he dozed off himself and shook his head.

"Are you sleepy, mother?" Seryozha asked, rubbing his eyes.

"Yes, I think I'm going to bed." Anna said in a low voice, almost subconsciously lowering her voice when facing the child.

"Well, then I'm going to bed, good night, mother." Seryozha turned around and kissed Anna, and then quickly got out of bed to go back to her bedroom.

Anna looked at the child with the storybook under her arm, and felt that the scene was very familiar, and then quickly recalled, isn't Karenin the same?

"Inherited genes are really powerful!" Anna clicked her tongue twice in her heart.

"What's the matter, mother?" Seryozha asked, turning around.

Sensitive little ones.

Anna smiled.

"Nothing, good night, Seryozha."

"Well, good night, mother." Seryozha showed a soft smile, with crooked eyes, like a delicate little girl.

As soon as Seryozha had finished speaking, the door was knocked twice, then the lock was turned, and Karenin entered.

Anna couldn't help but finally burst out laughing.

The father and son, who had a book under their arms at the same time, didn't react and looked at Anna suspiciously.

Anna coughed twice to indicate that she was fine.

"Good night, father," said Seryozha politely.

"Good night, son."

Karenin watched Seryozha leave, and did not close the bedroom door until he had entered.

Anna looked at Karenin. The royal blue nightgown was very thick, and even the ties were meticulous. However, this gentleman seems to only wear this kind of attire when he is sleeping, so?He is going to sleep here!

Thinking of this, Anna felt a little uneasy.

After closing the door, Karenin looked up and felt that he seemed to see some kind of strong resistance from his wife, but when he blinked, it seemed to be just an illusion.

In official circles, Karenin is always as alert as a wolfhound, but at home, he is used to letting himself take a little breather, after all, this is his home, not outside, isn't it?

Karenin dropped the suspicion, walked forward, and then stood there by the edge of the bed.

"How are you feeling now, Anna."

"I'm fine, nothing serious." Anna said with a smile, but her heart was tense all the time.

Karenin raised his hand to check her temperature, and there was indeed nothing unusual.

"That's why I said don't bother Dr. Cullens to come here." Anna said in a relaxed tone.

"It's just a fluke, still not very rational, Anna." Karenin said calmly.

If someone else was like this, there would probably be refutation and provocation, but Karenin was meticulous in both his expression and tone, so people would not think too much about it.

"However, it's fine." Karenin finally said.

"Well, I have nothing to do." Anna agreed with the other party, and at the same time cared, "How much progress have you made in reading this book today?"

Karenin glanced at the book in his hand and said, "One tenth."

so little!

Alarm bells were ringing in her heart, and Anna was very unwilling to face the result, but it was clear that the struggle was just delaying time, and Karenin was not easy to change his mind.

"A lot less than usual."

"Yes, Anna, although you are fine now, I think it would be better for me to sleep here today." Karenin calmly said what he thought was the most sensible question.

But Anna felt that someone had slapped her head hard.

Therefore, she used to think that her husband is good, her children are good, and her family environment is good, but now she needs to change it immediately-sleeping in the same bed is always absolutely wrong!
