“Yan Beicheng, get up, don’t you need to get to the school?” Lin Chu was bound by him and could only try her best to push him away.

Yan Beicheng took a deep breath, it felt good to see Lin Chu in his arms the moment he opened his eyes. He lowered his head and gave her a peck on the lips.

Yan Beicheng let her go and got up before Lin Chu had time to react.

He walked toward his cupboard and took off his pants before pulling the cupboard door open.

“You are. We’re kissed, we’ve hugged, we’ve touched. Are you not taking any responsibility?” Yan Beicheng pouted.

Lin Chu took a deep breath, “I’ve no idea why you are being this way after only meeting a few times. I don’t understand what exactly do you see in me. I’m just a nobody. I can’t afford to play these relationship games. Master Yan, if you are looking to cure your boredom, I’m not the person you’re looking for. Moreover, I don’t exactly match up to you, Master Yan.”

Yan Beicheng did not say a word. His gaze on her turned from warm to cold.

After that, he did not say a word to Lin Chu.

His angry, dark face warned people against coming anywhere near him. Lin Chu did not dare walk alongside him. They walked towards the garage with one after the other. Lin Chu had not anticipated the situation to become so awkward. She was not sure if Yan Beicheng still needed her to give him a lift.

She was still holding the car keys Yan Beicheng had passed to her when they left his house. She could not decide whether to return them to Yan Beicheng.

The car window rolled down and Yan Beicheng looked out from the car with a cold gaze, “Aren’t you going to start driving?”
