However, the reason is that some American generals and soldiers believe that with Germany's industrial base, it is not difficult to produce brand new aircraft to replace those that were lost due to being shot down in air battles. Fifth, the parachute can be opened safely, but this is a matter of luck.

Therefore, unless absolutely necessary, most pilots would rather make an emergency landing than parachute.
