I tried to scream, but the sound got stuck in my throat. The pain intensified, becoming unbearable until it consumed me completely. The darkness closed in on me, and I could no longer resist, and I lost consciousness. I fell to the ground.

The last thing I heard as I lost consciousness was a disembodied voice in my head, but in the agony I could no longer discern what it was saying.

"Find the Moonstone, brother." Her voice echoed in my ears, full of guidance. "Never forget where we came from..."

As she uttered her last words, a faint tear fell on Morse's face, and her figure gradually blurred, turning into an ethereal light and flying into the necklace.

Eventually, the necklace dissipated along with the pattern on Morse's body.

"Hmph." Feeling the pain in my head, I woke up with a groan.

Although I could feel an odd sense of freshness all over my body, my entire body was aching.
