Two Worlds: I studied at Hogwarts
#226 - Family Master
With the Auror's explanation, especially after hearing the words "Dark Wizard," the wizards who had gathered around left even faster.
Seeing Professor Snape leave with the Aurors, Moon felt a little more at ease.
"Thank you, Professor."
Seeing the Aurors off, Moon turned and bowed to Snape.
If this Potions Professor hadn't been there today, Moon wouldn't have known how to resolve such a situation.
"Hmm~"
Snape exhaled through his nose before looking directly at Moon.
"Do you have any enemies outside of school?"
From the moment Moon mentioned being attacked, Snape had been thinking about the identity and motives of the black-robed wizard.
Because he highly doubted the Aurors' abilities, he waited until they left before asking.
"No, absolutely not."
After saying that, Moon immediately added a sentence.
He knew very few people in this world, let alone outside of school; Moon couldn't imagine who he would have a feud with.
Hearing Moon's affirmative answer, Snape frowned and pondered.
"If not outside, then inside the school. To try and kidnap this little lion with the [Stunning Spell], they must want to obtain some secret."
Thinking of this, Snape looked at Moon and shook his head helplessly.
The secrets on this little lion in front of him were already enormous.
Whether it was the bizarre potion ingredients or the words Dumbledore had said, they all proved that the little lion in front of him was very unusual.
However, very few people knew about this.
Perhaps only Dumbledore, McGonagall, and Snape himself knew.
Moreover, Snape guessed that McGonagall, like him, only had a superficial understanding even if she knew.
From this, Snape could deduce that Moon's own secrets were not the main target of this Dark Wizard.
"How many people know about you helping Sprout modify the challenge?"
Snape only pondered for a moment before immediately thinking of the most likely reason for Moon to be attacked.
"Not many people know about this. Besides the professor, only Hermione and the others guessed a little, but I told them all to keep it a secret."
Moon naturally knew Snape's intention, and he answered truthfully.
"Foolish! How can you trust others to keep secrets! A single [Legilimency] spell from a Dark Wizard can obtain anything he wants."
"But I trust them, just like I trust you."
"Trust?, ·..

Moon's one sentence made Snape swallow all his sarcasm.
The air suddenly became quiet.
Snape stood there for a while before speaking again.
"If I'm not mistaken, the other party should want to obtain the secrets of the new challenge from you, but they didn't succeed this time, so there will inevitably be a next time."
"There will be a next time? Then do I need to return to school?"
Moon never thought that he would be targeted this time he left school, and he couldn't use magic casually outside of school, which made Moon very passive.
"No need. Although the individual strength of the Aurors isn't that great, they will inevitably increase manpower after such an event, so Diagon Alley is still relatively safe during the holidays."
Snape's words reassured Moon a lot.
His holiday plans weren't finished yet, and he didn't want to return to school so early.
"That puts me at ease. See you next time, Professor."
Today was already Sunday, and Moon still had a lot of things to do, so after expressing his gratitude to Snape again, Moon turned to leave.
"Stop! I said you can rest assured, but I didn't say it's today. Don't expect too much from the Aurors' speed, especially during the holidays."
Snape said as he walked to Moon's side.
"I'll take you back to the hotel first, and you can come out again in two days after the Aurors are in place."
"Is that so? But Professor, I still have a lot of things to buy today."
Hearing Moon's words, Snape didn't show any impatience this time. He took out a gold watch from his pocket and looked at it.
"You better finish everything before 6 PM tonight. I still have to attend a banquet at Malfoy Manor."
"6 PM, that's enough, but Professor, I remember your victory banquet isn't on Wednesday evening next week?"
Moon remembered very clearly that the dinner invitation Dumbledore gave him clearly stated that it was that day.
"Yes, but some friends want to celebrate in advance."
Snape didn't have any joyful expression on his face when he said this.
In fact, he really disliked these ineffective social interactions and would rather conduct more experiments alone in the potions room.
While chatting idly with Snape, Moon arrived at the second-hand shop again.
As soon as he entered the shop, before the clerk could ask, Moon went straight to the area where the second-hand wands were placed.
As for Snape, he wandered aimlessly around the shop.
"Are all of these wands usable?"
Moon pointed to the cabinet where the wands were placed.
"Of course, sir. I have personally tested each one. Although some of them are not in good condition, they can definitely cast spells, and the price is low. You can buy one for 2~3 Galleons."
Seeing Moon choosing aimlessly, the shopkeeper stood beside him and gave a kind reminder.
"Sir, I advise you to buy a wand with the same material as your original one, so as not to delay your studies."
The owner of the second-hand shop regarded Moon as a small wizard who had accidentally damaged his original wand.
He had encountered many similar students before and naturally knew how to deal with them.
"Oh, I'm not using it myself. Also, please wrap up all the wands in this cabinet."
"Okay, wait! All of them? There are hundreds of wands here. Are you sure?"
Seeing the shopkeeper's surprised expression, Moon nodded firmly.
"Don't worry, I can afford it. Pack them quickly."
Seeing that Moon's expression didn't seem fake, the clerk began to pack quickly.
Just as he was halfway through packing, Professor Snape also walked over with two small trinkets he had chosen.
"What are you going to do with so many wands?"
"Listen, I want to study and refer to them. Don't you know? I once made a wand, but the effect wasn't very good, so I want to see if there's anything I can improve."
"There's no need to buy so many, is there?"
"Actually, it's okay. Only with more materials can I summarize the rules from them. Boss, please settle Professor Snape's items together with mine."
"Okay, that's a total of 381 Galleons and 11 Silver Sickles."
Snape was about to refuse when he heard Moon opening his mouth like a lion again.
"Also, boss, please pack five better-quality flying brooms for me."
Hearing Moon's words, the shopkeeper didn't hesitate at all. He walked briskly towards the back of the shop.
"No problem, I'll pick the brooms that are closest to new for you."
Seeing Professor Snape stunned in place, Moon hurriedly replied in advance.
"If you want to ask, it's because I still want to study how to make flying brooms."
Hearing Moon's perfunctory answer, Snape snorted coldly and turned his head away.
In the second-hand shop, Moon spent a total of 862 Galleons.
He obtained 172 wands of various materials, as well as 5 Nimbus series flying brooms.
Watching Moon and Snape disappear into the crowd with the flying brooms, the shop owner stood at the door and thought hard.
"Could this be a young master from some magical family? I've never seen him before!"
