World of Gods

My keywords for 2019

Today is January 1, 2020.

At the beginning of the new year, I summarized my three keywords for 2019.

Pain, growth, joy.

Pain makes me grow, growth makes me happy.

I won’t talk about the specific pain. As for how to grow and how to be happy, they are all written in The World of the Gods. Old readers should be able to feel the change in the style of the new book.

When chatting with Sweeping Tianya, the author of Picture of Creation that was released today, I also said that I was destined not to be able to write easy things, but within a few months, I started to let myself go, which is really delicious.

Sure enough, no one can escape the law of true fragrance.

I won't say much about the content of the book, I will talk about it before it goes on the shelves.

At the end of the year, like last year, I still carried out a life review (see my official account article last year for the method).

There is a lot of content, but I will only mention three key points.

1. Successfully lost 25 catties.

And it only took half a year, and now another half year has passed, and there has been no rebound.

Hahahaha...let me laugh on my hips for a while.

This incident made me realize that I can completely change myself!

There are many factors for successful weight loss, but the most important reason and method, I wrote in the previous chapter, probably no one can find it.

2. Successfully master emotional management.

This is actually a blessing in disguise.

It may be due to road construction outside the community and various factors that caused my tinnitus.

Then, I started to look for a solution to the tinnitus, but in the end I found it difficult to solve, so I changed my mind and controlled my emotions.

Studying, enrolling in classes, reading books... Finally, I successfully built my own emotional management system.

The foundation is based on psychology and neurology, regardless of whether it is scientific or not, it is very effective anyway!

This matter has the highest happiness index on my annual coordinate system chart, which is higher than the weight loss of 25 catties.

3. Awareness.

This is the ability I have learned through meditation, learning, emotional management, etc. this year.

Before this year, half my life was in chaos.

After this year, I will be clear forever.

Most outstanding people will acquire the ability to perceive in childhood. I don't have it, but I always thought I had it.

Fortunately, through continuous learning, I have learned the ability to be aware.

I am not good enough now, but I believe that I will become a good person in the future.

In a way, this year is also the year I always find I don't have it but I think I have it.

I even firmly believe that starting from discovering I don't have it but I think I have it, starting from discovering one's specific mistakes and actively finding ways to change, is the beginning of a person's self-awareness and progress.

Not to mention the details, it needs a considerable space.

Pain, growth and happiness are describing phenomena.

Weight loss, emotional management, and awareness are resuming actions.

The next step is to summarize the rules and refine the thinking.

Well...it can be reflected in the text, so I won't go into details.

In the end, it is planning for next year, not a prospect, not a fantasy.

I think about the keywords for next year.

1. Deliberate practice.

It didn't sound like anything to me when I first heard it.

After reading other people's simple explanations and reading notes, I feel nothing, I understand.

When I went to watch the original work seriously, I was first lying, and then it was really delicious.

Keeping deliberate practice on writing methods, learning methods, reading methods, self-management methods, other methods, etc. is my top priority for next year.

This theme will probably continue for many years.

I'm particularly happy that the keyword theme for 2019 last year was accumulation, useful but too empty.

But this year, my deliberate practice keyword is more specific.

This also made me realize that every real learning is a subversion of I understand. If you can't subvert I understand many times in a field, it means you don't understand.

I understand, it's the brain's self-protection.

Overturning I understand shows the ability to think deeply.

2. The most stupid learning method.

This is a set of learning methods that I have summed up by standing on the shoulders of giants. For ordinary people like me, using it once is equivalent to draining my brain once.

In order to avoid excessive brain fatigue and physical confrontation, I dare not use it every day.

This is very complicated to say, and I won’t say much, it will appear in the text.

The current goal is to use it 50 times a year, about once a week. After it is solidified into an ability, it should be used more often.

3. Replay.

I did a good job in reviewing this year. This year, I not only reviewed the events of the year, but also the characters of the year.

The sense of accomplishment is overwhelming.

However, my monthly review, writing review, and weekly review are very bad.

I don't force, I don't criticize, I don't deny, I don't question, I just take a small step forward: that is to review the writing every month.

Wait for the writing monthly review to be solid before considering other reviews.
