The bag breaking knife inside the screen is uniquely designed, and the second section of the drum is only equipped with a bag breaking knife at the front end.

After drum screening and sorting, the material under the sieve is mainly organic components, which are used for subsequent biological anaerobic fermentation and aerobic composting treatment, while the material above the sieve is further recovered through manual sorting to recover recyclable materials.

In order to improve the efficiency of metal sorting, the plant uses a strong magnetic separator.

First, the iron metal is separated through general magnetic separation, and then the non-ferrous metals such as aluminum are effectively separated using strong magnetic separation technology.

This type of sorting ensures that all metals are processed efficiently.
