Hogwarts Mental Rehabilitation Center
Chapter 21, Arrival
Waking up from his sleep, Travis glanced out the window. The sun was setting and it should be some time before he arrived at the station.
He put Meow Meow aside and rubbed its belly. In the past month, Travis had been feeding it twice a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, so he wasn't worried about it getting hungry.
Harry was also asleep on the seat opposite. Looking next to him, Ron was sitting on a suitcase, his head resting on the seat, and he was also sleeping.
"It's quite warm. It would be even warmer if Harry had a nightmare and kicked his legs suddenly."
No longer paying attention to the two of them, Travis changed his position and looked at the top of the box in a daze.
Why give up your seat to Ron?
Please, Ron is sleeping soundly now. If you wake him up now, wouldn't you be looking for trouble?
Less than half an hour later, the train suddenly shook for a while, and Travis felt that the train had slowed down significantly.
"The train will arrive at Hogwarts in 5 minutes. Please change into your school uniforms and leave your luggage on the train. We will take you to school for you."
A notification sounded in the carriage, repeated three times in a row.
Harry and Ron also woke up. The three of them each found their suitcases and took out their school uniforms and put them on themselves.
After Travis changed his clothes, he tied the other end of the rope that tied Meow Meow to the suitcase. Meow Meow hadn't woken up yet.
"After all, it is an ordinary creature with zero magic resistance."
Travis squeezed Meowth's pads.
Although the current Meow Meow is just larger than an ordinary house cat, it is not a house cat after all. This pad is really big and feels great in the hand.
"Travis, aren't you nervous?"
Travis looked up at Harry and Ron, who had pale faces, and pointed at Meowth.
“Studies show that petting cats can be helpful in relieving stress.”
Harry was stunned for a moment, turned his head and looked at the cage in the corner.
Owls should also be cats, right?
The train finally stopped, and Travis walked out of the compartment first. Harry and Ron hurried to follow. They were too nervous to fall behind.
It was pitch black outside the car, with only scattered old-fashioned streetlights emitting dim light. Each one could only illuminate a small area, not bright at all.
The platform is also very small. The platform is less than three meters wide and looks even narrower after the branches behind the wall spread over.
Suddenly, a light source lit up, and a huge figure appeared in Travis's sight.
"Hey, darling, this meow must be four meters tall. How tall is a real pure-blooded giant?"
Travis raised his neck and looked at the giant, feeling that the two of him together might not be able to reach his shoulders.
This is because Hagrid is a half-giant. If he were a pure-blood giant, he would probably be able to play with the train on the track next to it like an ordinary python.
"First year, first year, come over here Harry, come over here, how are you?"
Hagrid shouted as he shook the lantern in his hand, which was so huge that Travis suspected it was removed from the front of a train.
Just this lamp, Travis is not bragging, he can use it as an oven and put himself in it
"Wait, why do I discharge electricity even if it's an oven? I should be a light bulb."
In my wild thoughts, I followed Hagrid and walked forward. Hagrid was not walking fast, but the freshmen behind him had a hard time chasing him. His long legs were too disadvantageous.
Travis was at the back of the team. He didn't dare to follow Hagrid, lest Hagrid's feet would slip and bang to death.
Especially after walking out of the simple platform, there were no street lights. The only light source was the lantern in Hagrid's hand. The road was also difficult to walk and full of bumps.
Continuing along the dark forest path, the road becomes more difficult to walk. The stones on the ground have been wetted by water vapor, making them slippery and sticky.
"You can see Hogwarts when you turn this corner."
Hagrid turned around and shouted mysteriously.
After turning a corner, just as Hagrid said, Hogwarts has arrived.
I saw the bright moonlight shining on a lake, and a few waves appeared on the lake from time to time, disrupting the moon in the water. On the other side of the lake is a majestic castle with towering spiers as far as the eye can see, and black shadows can be seen flying past from time to time.
"Get aboard now, no more than four people per boat."
Hagrid pointed to the boats moored by the lake and said.
Harry immediately stood on tiptoes and looked back, but couldn't see anything in the black mass of heads.
Get in line and board the ship.
I thought that the last one to board the ship would get an exclusive "speed boat", but I didn't expect that
"My name is Hermione, hello."
After the ship started, Hermione hesitated for a moment and then stretched out her hand to Travis and said.
"Travis, Travis Clyde."
After Travis reacted, he shook Hermione's hand.
"I heard the conversation between you and Draco in the dining car before. I didn't mean to eavesdrop. I just happened to be eating there and was sitting right behind you."
Hermione explained quickly.
Is that right
Travis glanced at Hermione suspiciously, thought about it carefully and finally didn't think about it.
He didn't have eyes in the back of his head, not to mention that he was concentrating on teaching Draco.
"It doesn't matter, we're not talking about robbery anyway."
Travis scratched his head and felt a little uncomfortable. The two were silent for a while, and finally Hermione was the first to break the silence.
"I read in the book that Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is divided into four houses. Which one do you think you will go to? I hope to go to Gryffindor. I heard that this headmaster, the greatest wizard in the wizarding world, Dumbledore, is from Gryffindor. Graduated from Lanffindor."
"Ravenclaw is not bad, there should be many smart people there."
"Hufflepuff is fine, as long as it's not Slytherin. I read in the book that Slytherin is the house with the most dark wizards."
After quickly explaining her plan, Hermione looked at Travis with questioning eyes.
"I should go to Ravenclaw. Both my parents graduated from Ravenclaw."
Hermione was stunned.
Travis smiled: "My parents are both wizards, but something happened to them. I grew up with my Muggle uncle."
"Oh, sorry."
"It's nothing." Travis shook his head: "Actually, I think Slytherin is not bad. The introduction in the book said that the students of Slytherin College adhere to the principle of strength first. I should be able to live very comfortably there."
"You have mastered attack magic"
Hermione looked at Travis in disbelief with her eyes wide open, thinking, is this the strength of a little wizard who comes from a wizarding family? This is just a little wizard who grew up with ordinary people.
"No, it's the source of my confidence."
Travis raised his hand and squeezed it hard, and his knuckles suddenly cracked.
"You shouldn't be punished for hitting someone in Slytherin House, where strength is paramount."
Hermione:
Is it too late for me to disembark now?
He put Meow Meow aside and rubbed its belly. In the past month, Travis had been feeding it twice a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, so he wasn't worried about it getting hungry.
