The daily work of security guards seems easy, but it actually requires a high degree of vigilance and responsibility. They sit there and watch the place, seemingly having nothing to do, but in fact they are responsible for maintaining the safety and order of the place.

However, to survive in this position, it is far from enough to just "sit and watch". More importantly, security guards need to have proper communication skills and a keen sense of handling things. Unfortunately, not everyone can understand this.

Some people don't take the security guards' work seriously, always complaining about them not doing well here or doing wrong there. In this environment, security guards not only have to stick to their posts, but also have to deal with doubts and pressure from all sides. It is not easy. Their efforts are often overlooked, and few people know the difficulties they face. Perhaps we should give them more understanding and support so that they can better perform their duties.

Those so-called "bosses" simply disdain our management requests. Every time we tell them not to do something, they insist on doing the opposite, which really gives us security guards a headache! Take that time, for example, a visitor came and I asked him, "What are you doing here?" He replied that he just wanted to come in and take a look.

I asked him what company he was visiting, and he said he was here to check the progress of the renovation project we had contracted. So I reminded him that he needed to register before entering and put on a helmet to ensure safety, but he asked me impatiently, "Why do you need to register? I'm just taking a look, do I need to wear a helmet? Is it necessary?" After that, he rushed in without looking back.

Although I have tried my best to yell at him, he is indifferent. There is no way, after all, we have to maintain basic courtesy and respect to persuade him, but even so, the self-righteous and arrogant boss still ignores our words. At this time, if there is a little problem, it will cause a small friction.
