Therefore, good communication skills and expression ability are also one of the key factors affecting luck.

There is no doubt that he is still so overbearing and unreasonable. No matter how I persuaded the big boss with my eloquent words, he remained indifferent. He relied on his wealth and courage to act recklessly and do whatever he wanted. Faced with this situation, we had no choice but to call the captain and other team members to find a solution together.

After all, there is strength in numbers! The other side is relying on power and has a tough attitude. So, if we want to compete with them, we must have strong enough strength ourselves. There should be a certain degree of tolerance and differential treatment between people, but those employees and workers used this as a reason to laugh at us. But this is the cruel reality! From the overall environment, everyone likes to cling to the powerful and flatter, and this phenomenon is particularly obvious in the workplace of Beicun. This is not just an individual problem, but a serious deviation in the entire workplace ecology. .

Of course, when ridicule becomes frequent, we choose to ignore him and laugh it off as if nothing has happened. After all, in this society, people's concepts vary greatly. Some people think that it is wise to be able to endure humiliation and be willing to be inferior to others; while others firmly believe in "iron will" and would rather die than surrender. Therefore, everyone's behavior is also different.

In such an environment and cultural atmosphere, human nature has become complex and diverse. In other words, is it really worthwhile to grow in that situation? Regarding this issue, there is no clear and universally recognized conclusion on who is right and who is wrong, and there is even less rational and objective judgment results. This kind of situation happens from time to time in our security department, which makes people confused. Sometimes we think we should do this, and sometimes we think we should do that. Faced with such a chaotic situation, what should we do? The answer is obvious - we can only keep grumbling and complaining: this is not right, that is not right, let's just not do anything! But then again, those people in the project department actually have a clear mind, but they choose to pretend to be confused.

First of all, the salary of our security guards is indeed relatively low, which is known to everyone. Secondly, there is the issue of education. It is not that our security guards have a lower education level than your project staff, but it is undeniable that your knowledge is indeed your advantage. Moreover, the power is in your hands. As a member of the security team, it is too difficult for us to be comprehensive and strictly follow every regulation to perform our tasks. After all, we need to be ready to deal with various complex situations that may arise at any time. The decision-making ability and way of thinking that you have are really difficult for us to achieve!

In the final analysis, only by doing the job well can we win the respect and recognition of others. Let's put aside those unnecessary excuses. If something happens repeatedly, it will inevitably make us, the security guards, feel tired and impatient. Taking the living conditions of security guards as an example, most people cannot tolerate such a situation, so they resolutely choose to submit their resignations and seek better jobs. For me personally, although I know that job hunting is difficult, I still want to seek a job with better development prospects and better salary and benefits.
