Every day, I bundle up tightly and go to the living room to adapt to the temperature, play with electric batons for a while, then go into the space to warm up and add a two-piece Tai Chi set, and then complete aerobics and equipment.
After you have worked up a sweat and finished all the exercises you should do, you can play some other sports, such as badminton, table tennis, and the mentioned yoga and Pilates.
Like aerial yoga, it is placed at the end of the exercise session. After you have finished sweating, your body is no longer dry, and you have even taken a shower, you can hang out and play.
Play some soothing music, put on comfortable and close-fitting sportswear, go to the hammock to play for a while, then create a cocoon, wrap yourself in it and meditate for a while, and then end the exercise.
She does aerial yoga with little intensity. After meditation, she feels calm and no longer sweats. She can just change into her home clothes and go back to the bedroom to play happily.
