The change of hands of the wall of Shattrath caused the orcs to panic. It meant that they were being surrounded. Without a way to retreat, they would be dead. Then the orc warlord began to send out people to try to regain control of the wall.

Some orcs began to climb the uneven edge of the wall and soon climbed up the wall.

"For the Holy Light! For the Crusaders!" Maraad shouted slogans to boost his side's morale, then raised his warhammer and walked to the edge of the city wall, then smashed the heads of the climbing orc warriors like whack-a-mole.

His white armor with gold edges was covered with blood, black blood stains, and white orc brains!

The orcish battle formations were constantly being attacked by the Legion of Light. The ranged attacks of the musketeers and wizards caused great damage to the melee orcs. It might be that there were not many ranged forces among the draenei, which resulted in this orc army not having any effective way to counter ranged attacks.

In the dark corners of Shattrath, many eyes are watching this battle. Most of them are Draenei refugees and mutated Broken.

After the city was captured, most of those who could leave went north into Zangarmarsh, and the rest hid in the ruins and sewers of Shattrath to avoid persecution by the orcs.

Normal Draenei refugees struggle to survive under the leadership of a small group of surviving Aldor priests, and on special days they will secretly hold sacraments in the ruins of the temple in the city.

Another wave of Broken Ones were much more miserable. They were hit by the poisonous red mist released by the orc warlocks during the siege. Their bodies mutated and they not only lost the protection of the Holy Light, but were also rejected by normal tribesmen. After healing their injuries caused by the war, the Aldor priests expelled them from the gathering place. They could only hide in the sewers and struggle to survive.

"It's Maraad!" A hooded Broken One stood in the shadows. He immediately recognized the high-ranking garrison officer holding the purple crystal hammer.

"It's him, but what race are those soldiers who are shorter than him? Draenor has never seen them. Akama, do you know what race they are?" asked another hooded Broken One.

"I don't know, Nobundo." The Broken One named Akama answered his companion's question. "I don't know whether it will be good or bad for us if Maraad and this army regain control of Shattrath!"

After the Draenei were defeated, they were all miserable losers, but the Broken Ones who were cursed and had deformed bodies were even more miserable. Not only did they have to try their best to resist their own decadent desires, they also had to avoid all kinds of slavery and control by the orcs, and finally had to face the rejection and exile of their own people!

As the leaders of the Broken in Shattrath, Akama and Nobundo were worried about the changes in Shattrath, not knowing what the fate of the Broken would be.

"Nubundo, my people think that the Holy Light is silent about us in order to punish us for our failure in Shattrath, but we have dedicated everything to Shattrath! I am determined to die just to let them survive!"

Akama's tone was full of grief and indignation. He was dissatisfied with his people's indifference and exile. They also deprived them of their former garrison officer equipment and left them to fend for themselves.

Later, the Broken Ones' brains became increasingly out of control, and their intelligence was significantly degenerating. Some of them had become completely lost and crazy, becoming a shell that wandered aimlessly all day, speaking incoherently, and eventually becoming the Lost Ones.

Those compatriots couldn't stand this torture and began to leave the camp one by one, never to return. Every day, at least ten Broken Ones couldn't bear it and chose to leave and end their lives!

This is also the reason why Akama's mentality changed later. He did not return to Velen's side like Nobundo, but chose to establish the Grey Tongue Oathbreakers himself. He was hurt too deeply!

Nobundo was also hurt by an Aldo priest named Luo, but he still had hope for his former people.

Nobundo consoled her, "I recently received a revelation in a dream. It was from an elemental messenger called the Holy Spirit Sect. They told me that the Holy Light did not abandon the Broken Ones, but that the magic energy invaded our bodies, blocking our ability to listen to the Holy Light and causing our bodies to degenerate."

"Most importantly, they have a way to make the Broken Ones resist degradation!"

This filled Nobundo with hope. Every time a Broken One chose to end his life, his heart was filled with sadness!

"Elemental power? Isn't that the power used by the orcs' shamans?" Akama became furious when orcs were mentioned!

"The elemental spirits are the will of the world of Draenor. The orcs have abandoned them. I have tried, and the knowledge they taught me in my dreams can bring peace to my heart!"

After Nobundo finished speaking, he offered an excuse that Akama couldn't refuse: "Broken Shamans have begun to appear in Tuurem in the east! An organization called Kurenai is teaching them the ways of shamanism!"

"Kureni!" This is a Draenei word, meaning: to be redeemed.

"I will try to contact them and try myself whether the elemental power can help the Broken Ones!" Nobundo has made up his mind.

Akama did not say anything, but just silently memorized the name in his heart, but he obviously did not agree with the philosophy of this organization. He was originally the strongest garrison archbishop among the Draenei. After experiencing great changes, his thoughts became more radical. Redemption through force was the way he most agreed with!

While the two of them were silently watching, the battle on the other side of the eastern city wall had already been decided!

The heavy infantry's formation could still be maintained, but the orcs could no longer hold on and collapsed prematurely, and they began to flee in panic.

Now it was Garin and Alleria's turn to take action.

The Thunder Legion and the Gale Legion each brought a Naaru and began to encircle the Holy Flame from both sides, completely surrounding the eastern passage. The Naaru's light illuminated the passage in the forest, leaving the orcs nowhere to escape!

"It's the Naaru! It's His Majesty Kure and His Majesty Deori! We are saved!" This was another wave of Aldo priests in the city. The arrival of the Naaru made them feel relieved!

Their fighting ability was not good enough, so they did not dare to get too close and did not see Maraad. Therefore, they were worried that Shattrath would change its owner and they would suffer misfortune again!

Now that they have discovered that there are Naaru among the attacking party, they are saved!

Shattrath City has been recaptured!

The holy light once again shines on Shattrath, and the Naaru once again saves the Draenei!
