HP Princess bravely enters Hogwarts
Chapter 56: Two-Way Malice
Gareth walked into the Slytherin boys' dormitory, his face devoid of any emotion.
His eyes passed through the dim room and fell on a chair in the corner.
Tom Riddle was sitting there, his figure a little blurry in the flickering candlelight.
"Riddle." Gareth's voice was low and calm, like a bottomless lake.
Tom raised his head, a barely perceptible smile on his lips. "Gareth, you're here."
His voice was light and floaty, as if it was an echo from another world.
Gareth walked over and sat down opposite Tom, thinking secretly in his mind.
During this time, he carefully nurtured Tom's soul.
Now, this soul can finally roam freely in the world outside the notebook.
"Look, Riddle, I've done it for you." Gareth's eyes flashed with ambition and expectation. "Can you feel the breath of this world and the pulse of life now?"
Tom nodded, a hint of longing in his eyes.
"Yes, Gareth, it's all thanks to you, but I want more than that. How was your duel today?"
When Gareth heard this, his eyes suddenly tightened, the corners of his mouth twitched, and he seemed a little impatient.
"Aren't these spells you gave me too simple?" He complained, with a hint of dissatisfaction in his tone. "I just summoned the snake, and in the blink of an eye, Cygnus used the petrification spell to freeze it."
Tom Riddle obviously underestimated this second-year brat.
I thought that the spell was enough to force out the secret of Harry Potter, his Parseltongue identity.
He planned to use the Chamber of Secrets in a clever way and have the Basilisk there clean up the Mudbloods in the school for him, but he never found a suitable opportunity to see the Chamber of Secrets with his own eyes.
Oh, if he really went there, he would find that the so-called basilisk had already been dealt with by Sensenas - not only had its tendons been pulled out and its skin peeled off, but it had also become a valuable material for her to make potions.
"Unforgivable Curses, I thought you would definitely be interested in these little tricks." Tom Riddle's voice was cold, like the cold winter wind, cutting through the air around him.
"But don't worry, Segnus won't touch these things. She still has that so-called justice in her heart."
He thought again of what Sensei had said, that one day he would trample that Malfoy under his feet and tell her that she really couldn't live without him.
Gareth gently stroked the wood texture of the wand with his fingers, a sarcastic smile on his face.
His gaze passed through the dim room and fell on Tom Riddle. Without him, he could only be sealed pitifully in the notebook. What a waste.
In his opinion, such a guy is at most a stepping stone on his way to higher power.
Gareth waved his hand impatiently and tilted his head in Tom's direction, indicating that he had better return to his diary world.
Tom spread his hands and shrugged, looking indifferent, but the moment he turned around, a barely perceptible red light flashed in his eyes.
"Dear sister," he said with a hint of cynicism in his voice, "this game has just begun." He stretched out his finger and slowly drew an arc in the air, as if depicting his plan.
He stood up, walked to the window, looked at the giant squid swimming in the glass window, and the smile on the corner of his mouth deepened.
"If I can do it once, the second time will only be better." He looked back at the corner of the room, where there was a photo. The woman in the photo was smiling brightly and brilliantly.
In the Slytherin common room, Gareth pushed open the door and caught a glimpse of Draco sitting right next to Cygnus. The sight made his heart skip a beat, and a feeling of displeasure slowly crawled in his heart like a tiny reptile.
But he had a polite smile on his face and walked briskly towards the seated figures.
"Hey, Sister Seignus, Senior Draco, good evening! Sister Seignus, is that Oriental tea in your cup?" Chi He asked as he sat down next to Seignus in a familiar manner.
The corners of Segnus' eyes rose slightly, but there was a barely perceptible contempt at the corners of his mouth.
She slowly put down the teacup and frowned. This Chi He was just like that annoying Dementor, omnipresent and annoying.
Draco's brows were furrowed, his eyes were sharp, and he stared at Gareth.
This kid actually dared to ignore his warning and mention Sister Segnus in front of him?
"Hey, Selwyn, have you forgotten what I said again?" Draco tried to lower his voice, but the anger in his tone was hard to conceal.
Gareth shrugged, looking nonchalant. "Hey, Senior Draco, don't be so stingy. Sister Segnus is so nice. I also want to have a sister like her."
Draco played with the teacup in his hand, glanced at Senses with a sly smile on his face.
"Sister, didn't you say before that this kind of tea is called green tea? It's used to describe guys like Selwyn, right?" There was a hint of teasing in his voice.
Cygnus smiled and nodded, silently supporting Draco.
Gareth sat aside, witnessing the laughter of Cygnus and another person, and his eyes were covered with a layer of haze.
How could Chi Tang be so close to others in front of her? They are siblings from the same mother.
His heart was in turmoil at this moment. Even if he died, Segnace could only be his sister.
As for Draco Malfoy, he was destined to die at his hands.
"I won't bother you two anymore. I have something to do and I'll leave first." After saying that, Gareth stood up and patted the non-existent dust on himself, and just looked at Segnus with a meaningful smile.
After returning to the dormitory, Segnus sat by the window, and her right eyelid kept jumping as if there was a small drum beating inside.
She frowned and tapped the table unconsciously with her fingers, as if trying to break the inexplicable uneasiness.
She knew what her eyelid twitching could mean - trouble, and the kind of trouble she least wanted to encounter.
Cygnus took a deep breath and tried to calm herself down.
She is not the kind of girl who waits for the storm to come. What she wants is control and to prepare for the rainy day.
"We have to think of a way," she whispered, a hint of gloom flashing in her eyes, "We have to do something"
She thought of Chi He's smile when he left, and understood Chi He's inexplicable possessiveness. On the one hand, he wanted to kill her, but on the other hand, he didn't want others to get too close to her. After all, he had been like this since his previous life.
It's not hard to guess who this ominous omen came from. "Humph, that bastard Chi He," she said to herself, with a fierce look in her eyes. "I have to think of a way to make sure he never gets his way."
This thought grew wildly in her mind.
