Naruto: We are invincible

Chapter 263 Meditation

"I am very clear about your strength. Even if your chakra is sealed, I am no match for you in a physical contest." Izuna said with a smile.

"Ah..." Izuna said, scooped up a spoonful of soup and handed it to Hinata's mouth.

Hinata stared at him in disbelief, eyeing the food in front of her with suspicion.

"No poison." Izuna sighed.

Hinata nodded reluctantly, opened her mouth, and drank the soup. It tasted quite good.

"Where am I?" Hinata asked while eating.

"The Hidden Rain Village." Izuna answered, and Hinata immediately stopped what she was doing.

"The Hidden Rain Village is under the rule of Konan." Hinata said suspiciously. Suddenly, she seemed to realize something and her face was full of shock.

Only Konan knew the final destination of Nagato's Samsara Eye, which meant...she had met with an unexpected disaster. Madara found her.

"So... Madara now rules the Hidden Rain Village?" Hinata thought to herself, secretly noting down this information.

"No." Izuna put down the bowl and said.

"Then can you tell me why I am here?" Hinata asked, more like expressing curiosity than questioning.

Without chakra, she can't do anything. This is really sad. It shows how dependent ninjas are on chakra.

"How should I know? I'm not a worm in his stomach." Izuna explained.

"That's true." Hinata replied in a friendly tone. "You are just his lackey, forced to do these chores. It's really ridiculous to think that a powerful Uchiha like you has fallen to the point of feeding a captured Hyuga clan lady. It's ridiculous." Hinata said with a smile on her face.

"Your trick won't work on me." Izuna said with a smile, while Hinata frowned. "You're making a wrong calculation if you want to sow discord between me and my brother. If it were any other Uchiha, they might really be bewitched by you."

Hinata mumbled something that no one could hear, and her eyes fell on the metal tray on the ground.

She watched closely, noticing her own reflection in the tray's surface.

But soon, she found that there seemed to be a strange pattern painted on her forehead. She observed it carefully, fearing that Quannai would find it.

Hinata carefully felt the seal on her body.

"Madara carved the seal directly into me."

Although she was not a master of seals, she knew that this seal was extraordinary.

"Damn headache," Hinata thought painfully, her current situation was bad enough, and now she had to suffer from this damn headache.

Naruto didn't explain it to her at all.

"I'm done eating."

Izuna stood up with the food tray.

"See you later," he said and walked out of the room, leaving Hinata alone.

"How is she?" Madara asked curiously.

Izuna glanced over and saw Madara leaning against the wall. He had returned to his human form and used the Rinnegan to get rid of the Ten-Tails' shell.

"What do you think?" Izuna replied unhappily.

"Are you angry?" Madara asked, and Izuna shook her head.

"No, she has accepted the fact that she was kidnapped and is now more concerned about why you wanted to capture her", Izuna said and Madara smiled.

Izuna mumbled something else, but Madara didn't hear it clearly.

"Say it again?"

"I swear I saw her eyes glowing," Izuna said, stroking her chin.

"Izuna," Madara said calmly, "the Byakugan don't glow, they don't spin, and certainly don't flicker."

“This kid.”

## A few days later ##

"Good...morning," Izuna said as she opened the door and walked into the room.

He expected Hinata to be lying down sleeping, or leaning against a wall, but he found her sitting on the floor, legs crossed and back straight.

Hinata was in a standard meditation posture, eyes closed, breathing evenly.

"What are you doing?" Izuna asked in confusion. What's the point of meditating if you can't use chakra?

"Are you meditating?" Izuna asked, kneeling in front of her.

Not getting any response, Izuna frowned.

"Whatever you want," he muttered, putting his food down.

He walked to the door, looked back one last time, and then closed the door, leaving Hinata alone.

Izuna walked past Madara, cursing under his breath.

"What's wrong?" Madara asked with a raised eyebrow. Izuna was always more cheerful than the other Uchiha clan members.

"She didn't say good morning to me," Izuna complained, pretending to cry.

Madara shook his head in disbelief. How on earth had he tolerated Izuna before?

"Stop complaining--huh?" Madara suddenly felt something in Hinata's room. "Is it my illusion? I feel that the chakra in her room has become stronger."

"What is she doing?" asked Madara curiously.

"Meditation," Izuna replied in confusion. "Why are you asking that?"

Madara didn't answer, but just stared at the door, as if expecting something.

"Brother--" Izuna was about to speak when they both felt a powerful chakra bursting out from Hinata's room, and they were even a little unsteady on their feet.

The chakra wave swept through the entire building, shaking off the dust on the ceiling.

"What happened?" Izuna looked at her brother in horror.

Madara just smiled and looked at the door. Izuna was too familiar with this smile, it always meant trouble.

There was a loud bang.

Izuna looked in the direction of the sound and was almost hit by something flying.

He activated his Sharingan and took in the wooden door, which had been blown off its hinges and flew past inches above his head.

'Finally' Madara thought with a sneer as he saw Hinata walk out from the dust cloud.

Her gaze was determined and her white eyes were shining, but what attracted Madara the most was her aura.

The curse seal that had previously sealed her forehead disappeared, replaced by purple lines extending from the mark to her cheeks and chin.

An intense purple aura surrounded her, and in Madara's Sharingan, she seemed to be enveloped in purple flames.

"Sorry to have kept you waiting," said Madara.

Hinata twisted her neck and punched the wall next to her, and the entire wall instantly turned into rubble.

"Izuna, don't interfere," Madara warned and walked forward.

"You have to beat me to do this," Madara said, clenching his fist. "Want to try?" he asked with a sneer.

Hinata said nothing and rushed forward, her fists wrapped in chakra ready to attack.

"Come on," Madara shouted, and rushed forward. "Let me see if you are qualified to fight me," he said, and punched Hinata.

Hinata exploded in a splash.

'Water clone', Madara thought, letting the water splash over him until he saw a blurry figure pass by him.

He tracked Hinata with his Sharingan, only to see her dart past him and towards the door.

Without thinking, Madara chased after him.

Hinata knew her bait had been discovered and Madara was approaching quickly. She bit her lip and ran forward. The exit was right in front of her.

She clenched her fists and turned suddenly to the right.

Madara's hand just managed to grab her hair.

Hinata jumped into the air and slammed her fist on the ground. With a loud bang, the floor began to break and the whole building shook.

"Izuna, come out quickly, this place is going to collapse," Madara shouted to his brother, and Izuna nodded.
