【One Piece】Dawn in the Darkness

"The town won't disappear! Fight me!"

When Luffy, Zoro and Nami arrived at Buggy's base camp, they saw the mayor being held in the air by Buggy's severed hands, strangling his neck.

Luffy stepped forward and grabbed Buggy's hand, pulling it off the mayor's neck and tightly pinching Buggy's separated hand with his hand.

“The guy with the straw hat!” Bucky yelled angrily, and he could feel the pressure coming from his separated hands.

"I'm keeping my promise," Luffy said with a feral smile on his face, "I'm here to beat you to death!" He clenched his hands hard, successfully making the pirate utter a sound of pain.

"Let me make it clear first, fighting is your business, I don't care. I just want to take away the sea chart and treasure." Nami looked at Zoro and said, making it clear that she would not participate in their fight.

"Got it." Zoro responded nonchalantly.

"Little devils...what are you doing here? Outsiders, please don't meddle in my business...this is my own battle!" The mayor struggled to support his body and shouted loudly, "I will protect this town! Don't let any of you interfere!"

"boom!!"

Nami screamed in shock. She saw Luffy smash the mayor's head against the wall and fainted instantly. She shouted at Luffy angrily, "What are you doing? Why are you hitting the mayor..."

"He'll be in the way!" Luffy interrupted Nami and grinned.

"Good idea...If we leave him alone, he will die, so it's safer to let him faint." Zoro expressed his support for his captain's behavior.

"Don't mess around!" Nami still shouted at Luffy angrily, "There are many other ways!"

Luffy ignored Nami's anger and walked forward and yelled at Buggy "Big Nose!"

"Hey hey!" Nami looked on in horror. She was frightened by these words. Even Zoro was frightened and turned to look at Luffy.

“Asshole! How dare you say that to me, you idiot!” Buggy angrily ordered his men, “Fire the Buggy bomb and blow him up!”

"Fire!" The cannonball was aimed at Luffy below.

"It's all because of what you said! You idiot!" Nami screamed and fled from the direction of the cannon.

"Hey, Luffy!! Run! You'll be blown away!!" Zoro shouted to Luffy with a worried look, trying to get his captain to leave, but Luffy just stood there grinning.

"I can handle this kind of shells!" Luffy grinned, "Rubber, rubber..." Then he took a deep breath and filled his body with air, turning into a huge balloon. "Balloon!" The flying shells sank into Luffy's huge and elastic belly.

"What the hell is that thing!" Buggy shouted in horror as he saw the Straw Hat bounce the Buggy Bullet that had sunk into his stomach back out!

"You should have told me earlier... Don't scare me." Zoro covered his face with his hands, annoyed that he was worrying in vain.

"Okay! The number of enemies has decreased! Let's do it!" Luffy grinned and casually pressed down his hat that was blown by the explosion.

"What are you doing!" Nami shouted angrily at Luffy while sitting on the ground.

The walls around the building were reduced to ruins, and huge smoke was generated. Nami looked at Luffy and asked, "I felt strange from the beginning when you duelled with the lion. That is not something a normal person can do! What was that balloon-like thing just now?"

"Eraser...Balloon!" Luffy said with a confident smile.

"I'm not asking you your name!" Nami shouted angrily, "I'm asking you what that is!"

"We were hit brilliantly!" Buggy said grimly, throwing away his men who were used as meat shields.

"This is definitely the biggest humiliation we have experienced since we set sail, Captain!" A pirate crawled out of the ruins, holding a lion in his hand to block the sword.

"Kabachi, I... am so angry that I can't speak," Buggy said angrily.

"Using your own friends as shields..." Nami said with disgust.

"Damn it, did I faint?" A pirate crawled out of the ruins.

"You're still alive, Mochi!" Kabachi laughed.

"Kabachi, what did you do to Richie?" Mochi shouted angrily at the lion in Kabachi's hand.

"Oh, you mean this sick cat... I was afraid of dirtying my clothes, so I used it as my shield." Kabachi said disdainfully.

"You bastard!!" Mochi roared angrily. He saw the guy in the straw hat standing there from the corner of his eye. He immediately shouted to Buggy in horror, "Captain, that guy in the straw hat is a rubber man with the rubber fruit!"

"Rubber man?" Nami looked at Luffy in surprise.

"Yeah, look!" Luffy said as he stretched his cheeks with his hands to show them to Nami.

"Why didn't you say it earlier!" Buggy angrily threw Mochi towards the Straw Hat Boy.

"The battle begins!" Luffy kicked Mochi away.

"I am the chief of staff of the Buggy Pirates, Acrobat Kabachi! I will be the one to avenge the pirates!!" Kabachi swung his sword and attacked Luffy.

Zoro quickly drew his sword and stood in front of Luffy, blocking Kabachi's attack and pushing him away "Since you use a sword, then be my opponent!"

"Roronoa Zoro... It would be an honor for me as a swordsman to kill you..." Kabachi said confidently while riding a unicycle and waving his sword, "I will become famous in the East Sea!"

"Then come and try it!" Zoro showed an excited smile on his face.

Kabachi took the lead in attacking, first breathing fire at Zoro's face to block his vision, and then kicking Zoro hard in the waist.

"Come on Zoro!" Luffy watched the two fight excitedly.

"That guy is really despicable!" Nami watched Kabachi trying to attack Zoro's wound with his foot, but it seemed that Zoro's wound had healed and was not affected too much. Zoro seemed to have the upper hand in this battle, so she was not particularly worried. She called out to Luffy who was cheering for Zoro, "Luffy, listen to me!"

"Huh?" Luffy looked at Nami in confusion.

"There is a warehouse behind the collapsed bar. Their treasure must be stored there. Buggy probably has the sea chart on him, so I will take advantage of the chaos to get all the treasure and then run away! So your win or loss has nothing to do with me." Nami said with a smile, then he pointed at Luffy and said, "But if you can get the sea chart from Buggy, then we can work together again!"

"Good luck!" Nami said and stood up and ran towards an alley.

"Oh, thank you!" Luffy said with a smile.

Luffy's attention was refocused on the battle between Zoro and Kabaki. He stared in amazement as Kabaki flew into the air on his unicycle and exclaimed, "Wow, that's so high!" Then Luffy saw Buggy separating his hands, as if he was planning to sneak attack Zoro like before.

"Kabbage! I'll catch Zoro and you go kill him!" Buggy shouted to Kabbage.

"I know!" Kabachi showed an evil smile on his face. "Die!"

"You bastards..." Zoro also heard what Buggy said and shouted angrily, but he was now entangled by Kabachi's moves and had no way to avoid Buggy's sudden attack. He was prepared to be stabbed by Buggy.

"Boom!"

Luffy stepped on Buggy's hand before it reached Zoro, a murderous smirk on his face, "Don't try to interfere with Zoro's battle!" and then he stepped down hard.

“Waaaaaaahhh!!” Bucky screamed in pain while holding his remaining arm and angrily shouted “You bastard!”

"I've had enough of your boring acrobatics!" Zoro glared at him angrily, then skillfully performed his moves and rushed towards Kabachi, "Demon Slash!!"

Kabachi fell from his wheelbarrow, his chest cut by Zoro's sword, blood gushing out, and he lay on the ground, not knowing whether he was dead or not.

"Kabachi!" Bucky yelled in disbelief.

"Good job, Zoro!" Luffy grinned and flexed his biceps "Leave it to me next!"
