Hogwarts: The Savior's Strong Cousin

Chapter 164 She is the one who treats you well

Joffrey picked up a stone and threw it into the river. The stone bounced a few times on the water, splashing water.

"Look at me!" Sansa also excitedly picked up a stone and threw it hard into the river. Her stone jumped farther and splashed higher, which made her feel very satisfied.

The two of them had a lot of fun, throwing stones non-stop to see whose stone could slide farther. The gurgling river, accompanied by their laughter, formed a beautiful picture.

Suddenly, Sansa's eyes glanced at a corner of the river, and she found something strange. "Joffrey, look!" She pointed to a pile of debris by the river, which seemed to have some strange marks on it.

Joffrey ran over and looked at the miscellaneous items carefully. "What are these?" His voice was full of curiosity and confusion. He also wanted to know what happened here.

Sansa squatted down and carefully examined the debris. She found some broken branches, a broken basket, and some clothes covered with mud. "It looks like someone left it here." Her voice was a little nervous. She didn't know who the owner of these debris was, nor did she know their purpose.

Joffrey also felt a little uneasy, "Should we go back and tell the adults?" He knew that he and Sansa might be in danger, so he decided to leave this place as soon as possible.

Elsewhere, Arya and one of her little friends were playing happily on the grass. They ran around, chasing each other, and their laughter filled the air.

Suddenly, a tall boy came over, his eyes revealing a hint of dissatisfaction. "You kids are making too much noise here! Get out of here!" His voice was aggressive, overbearing and arrogant.

Arya and her friends stopped, feeling a little uneasy facing this strange boy, but Arya was not going to give up, she stood up straight and decided to speak for herself and her friends.

"We are having a lot of fun here. You are not the owner here. Why should we leave?" Arya's voice was firm and powerful. She was unwilling to give in and wanted to protect her rights.

The boy sneered. He was not going to let Arya off easily. "I am the master here. What I say is what goes! You country folk should listen to me!" His tone was arrogant and presumptuous. He felt that he had the right to control everything.

A trace of anger flashed across Arya's face. She didn't like being treated arrogantly by others. "We are not country people, we are children here and have the right to play here!" Her voice was full of indignation. She was determined to fight for the respect she and her friends deserved.

Joffrey stood aside, he saw all this, his heart was full of worry. "Arya, let's go, it's not worth arguing with them." He knew that the boy was difficult to deal with, so he hoped to leave this place as soon as possible to avoid conflict.

But Arya didn't intend to give up. She knew she was right and didn't want to give in easily. "I won't leave. I'm going to tell my brother and let him handle this matter!" Her voice was firm and powerful. She was determined to fight for the rights of herself and her friends.

The boy sneered. He was not afraid of Arya's threat. "Tell your brother to come to me. I want to see what he can do!" His tone was arrogant and disdainful. He felt that he was omnipotent and could control the fate of others at will.

At this time, a figure came over from a distance. It was Arya's brother, the cloaked man. His eyes were cold, revealing an inviolable majesty. "What happened?" His voice was calm and stern. He knew he had to solve this problem.

The cloaked man listened to Arya's story, and a trace of displeasure flashed across his face. He knew that his sister was a brave and resolute girl, but he didn't want to put her in danger.

"Thank you for telling me, Arya," he said gently, then turned to the boy. "Who are you and why are you confronting these kids?"

The boy was obviously a little surprised. He didn't expect a stranger to suddenly appear and question him. His attitude immediately became respectful. "Sorry, sir, I am a resident nearby. I just think these children are too noisy here."

The cloaked man frowned. He didn't like hearing such an explanation. "Even if they are playing here, you shouldn't interfere. You have to know that children have the right to spend their time happily here."

At this moment, Joffrey suddenly screamed. His arm had been bitten by the direwolf raised by Arya, and blood flowed from the wound.

"Joffrey!" The cloaked man immediately ran to Joffrey and checked his wound. "What happened?"

Joffrey's face was twisted in pain, but he tried to remain calm. "It was Arya's direwolf...it suddenly went crazy and bit me."

The cloaked man frowned. He knew that now was not the time to blame, but to treat Joffrey's wound as soon as possible. "We need to get you to the infirmary to treat your wound." He looked up at the boy, "Do you know if there is an infirmary nearby?"

The boy quickly pointed to a small house in the distance. "Over there, not far from here."

The cloaked man nodded, then turned to Arya, "Take Joffrey to the infirmary. I will take care of the direwolf."

Arya nodded, holding Joffrey in her arms, trying to steady him as best she could, and then she walked carefully towards the infirmary.

The cloaked man stayed where he was. He walked towards the direwolf and tried to calm it down. "Diewolf, calm down and don't hurt anyone anymore."

The direwolf's eyes were still full of anger and frenzy, and it howled as if showing its strength to the cloaked man.

The cloaked man stared at it, trying to find a way to get to it. "I know you feel very uneasy right now, but you can't hurt anyone. You are Arya's partner, and she is the one who treats you well."

With the cloaked man's gentle persuasion, the direwolf's mood seemed to ease, its howling gradually weakened, and its eyes gradually became calm.

"Good boy, you have calmed down." The cloaked man gently approached the direwolf, trying to establish a connection with it. "We will take you to the infirmary and check if you are injured."

The cloaked man came into close contact with the dire wolf, checking its body to make sure it was not injured. The dire wolf seemed to feel the cloaked man's kindness, it closed its eyes, lay quietly on the ground, and waited for the cloaked man to check it.
