Hogwarts: The Savior's Strong Cousin
Chapter 165 Trying to ease the atmosphere
Joffrey's parents come over, frowning, and expressing concern after seeing their son's injuries. The cloaked man explains the direwolf to them, telling them that the direwolf did not mean to hurt Joffrey.
"The direwolf was just frightened. It didn't mean to hurt Joffrey," the cloaked man said soothingly. "We should give it some time to calm down."
Joffrey's parents felt a little relieved after hearing the cloaked man's explanation, but they were still uneasy about the incident.
"What should we do?" Joffrey's mother asked. "We don't want this to happen again."
"We will take steps to ensure this doesn't happen again," the cloaked man replied, "I will work with Arya to train the direwolf to make it more docile."
Joffrey's parents felt somewhat relieved, knowing that the Cloaked Man had a lot of experience and could handle such a situation. They thanked the Cloaked Man and said goodbye to him.
The cloaked man turned around and watched Arya walk away with the direwolf and Joffrey's parents. He knew that in the days to come, he would need to spend more time with the direwolf to help it better integrate into their lives.
As the sun set, the sky gradually darkened. The cloaked man took the direwolf back to their shelter and began to prepare dinner for the direwolf.
"Come, direwolf, eat something." The cloaked man called softly, placing a bowl of steaming broth on the ground.
The direwolf smelled the aroma of the broth and couldn't help drooling. It walked to the bowl and began to eat it in big mouthfuls, making a satisfied howl.
The cloaked man sat aside, looking at the direwolf, his heart filled with emotion. "You were once a wild wolf, but now you are our friend, and we will always be with you."
As time passed, the direwolf calmed down and began to grow close to the cloaked man. The cloaked man took out a branch and played with the direwolf, and a special bond was established between them.
In the next few weeks, the cloaked man spent a lot of time with the direwolf, training it and helping it better integrate into their lives. The direwolf also showed amazing progress, it learned to obey the cloaked man's instructions and became their loyal partner.
On the other side, the matter between Sansa and Joffrey is brewing. Sansa believes that her friend has been wronged, so she decides to come forward as a witness and explain the truth to the adults.
"Sansa, are you sure you want to do this?" Amy's voice was full of worry, she knew this meant Sansa might be involved in bigger trouble.
"I can't just sit there and do nothing, Amy." Sansa's voice revealed a hint of determination, "Joffrey has done nothing wrong, I can't let him bear the responsibility alone."
Amy looked at Sansa deeply. She knew that Sansa was a kind and upright girl. "Well, I will support you."
The two sisters decided to go to school and explain what happened to the teachers and school administrators. They walked through the crowd and came to the door of the principal's office, ready to tell the adults the truth.
Sansa knocked gently and then pushed open the door of the office. The headmaster and several teachers were sitting at the table discussing something, and when they saw Sansa and Amy come in, they stopped talking and turned to them.
"What is it, Sansa?" the Headmaster asked, his voice solemn and serious.
Sansa took a deep breath and began to recount what had happened. She described to the headmaster and the teachers the conflict between Joffrey and his friends, and everything she had witnessed.
"I can assure you that Joffrey did nothing wrong." Sansa's voice was firm and confident. "He just wanted to protect his friends."
The headmaster and the teachers were silent for a while. They listened carefully to Sansa's statement. Then, the headmaster looked at Sansa deeply, expressing his understanding and respect.
"Thank you for telling us all this, Sansa." The headmaster's voice was full of gratitude. "We will investigate this matter as soon as possible and ensure that this matter is handled fairly."
Sansa nodded. She knew she had done the right thing. "I just want the truth to come out and justice to be done."
Meanwhile, Amy stood by Sansa's side, silently supporting her sister. Although she was worried about the matter, she knew that Sansa was capable of facing any challenge.
The matter was soon clarified after investigation by the headmaster and teachers. It was confirmed that Joffrey did not take the initiative to provoke, but was protecting his friends from harm. He therefore received support and protection from the school, and the boy who provoked him was punished accordingly.
Sansa stood in the sun, the breeze blowing her long hair, bringing a hint of coolness. She quietly watched the children on the school playground, a smile blooming on her face. However, the contradiction in her heart made her feel extremely entangled.
"Sansa, are you okay?" A familiar voice broke her thoughts, and Amy walked to her side and looked at her with concern.
Sansa turned her head and tried to put on a confident and strong smile, "I'm fine, Amy. It's just that something is bothering me."
Amy patted Sansa's shoulder gently and said, "If you have any troubles, you can talk to me."
Sansa looked at Amy gratefully, then sighed, "My feelings about Joffrey are becoming more and more complicated. I don't know if I should tell him what I really think."
Amy nodded in understanding. "This is indeed a difficult question. However, no matter what decision you make, I will support you."
Sansa smiled, feeling a little comforted, "Thank you, Amy. I'll think about it."
As time went on, Sansa's inner conflict became more and more intense. She didn't know how to face her feelings for Joffrey, but at the same time she was worried that this relationship would bring them more trouble.
During lunch time, Sansa and Joffrey met by chance in the school cafeteria. They looked at each other for a while, and then smiled at the same time.
"Hey, Sansa." Joffrey broke the silence, trying to lighten the mood.
Sansa smiled. "Hi, Joffrey. How are you today?"
Joffrey sat across from Sansa. "Not bad. How about you?"
Sansa shrugged. "That's fine."
The conversation between them was a little awkward, as if they were testing each other's bottom line. However, Sansa's inner conflict made her feel difficult to express.
"I heard you had a conflict with that boy." Joffrey suddenly changed the subject, his eyes fixed on Sansa.
